双向FDI与经济增长的实证研究

从双向FDI的角度分析OFDI和IFDI与经济增长的关系。选取双向FDI对经济增长的3个主要影响因素,分别对双向FDI与GDP、投资、净出口和产业结构的关系进行实证分析。研究发现:双向FDI对于GDP和投资都具有拉动作用;IFDI对投资的影响滞后4期才能产生,对净出口的增长起到正向促进作用;OFDI的扩大不利于净出口的增长;双向FDI与三次产业都存在较强的灰色关联度。据此,提出改善对内对外投资环境、发挥双向FDI对固定资产投资和净出口的促进作用、强化双向FDI对产业结构的调整作用等建议。     

提升高校学术期刊国际影响力的路径简析

高校学术期刊是衡量一个国家科技创新水平和综合国力的重要标志。在信息技术革新不断加深的今天,提升高校学术期刊国际影响力既是适应时代发展的需要,也是促进国家文化软实力发展的需要。目前,我国高校学术期刊存在着英文期刊数量偏少、中文期刊质量参差不齐、对论文质量把控不严等问题,国际影响力难以有效提升。为了不断提升期刊的国际影响力,我国高校学术期刊需要做到：积极参与国家重点项目,获得国家政策的有效支持;通过外引内联提升国际知名度,努力吸引优秀的国际论文;严把论文质量关,提供高质量高水平的学术论文;与新媒体合作,共享最新科研成果。只有这样,我国高校学术期刊才能不断提高自身学术质量,积极参与国际学术交流,实现期刊国际影响力的有效跃升。     

Assisting the High Administrative Court in Restricting Too Broad a Concept of Academic Judgment

I have received substantial monetary compensation and a formal apology from my first doctoral school, and a Ph.D. from another university. This essay describes my personal view on discussing the boundaries of academic judgment and research supervision with the ombudsman agency for higher education, and at the High Administrative Court of England and Wales. The Court’s judicial doctrine addresses substantial research accountability matters. It clarifies that although the Court and ombudsman agency must not interfere with academic judgment, not everything done by an academic can be considered as academic judgment. A Ph.D. supervisor can seriously fail to perform his/her duties.

Correlated random effects regression analysis for a log-normally distributed variable

In regression analysis, it is assumed that the response (or dependent variable) distribution is Normal, and errors are homoscedastic and uncorrelated. However, in practice, these assumptions are rarely satisfied by a real data set. To stabilize the heteroscedastic response variance, generally, log-transformation is suggested. Consequently, the response variable distribution approaches nearer to the Normal distribution. As a result, the model fit of the data is improved. Practically, a proper (seems to be suitable) transformation may not always stabilize the variance, and the response distribution may not reduce to Normal distribution. The present article assumes that the response distribution is log-normal with compound autocorrelated errors. Under these situations, estimation and testing of hypotheses regarding regression parameters have been derived. From a set of reduced data, we have derived the best linear unbiased estimators of all the regression coefficients, except the intercept which is often unimportant in practice. Unknown correlation parameters have been estimated. In this connection, we have derived a test rule for testing any set of linear hypotheses of the unknown regression coefficients. In addition, we have developed the confidence ellipsoids of a set of estimable functions of regression coefficients. For the fitted regression equation, an index of fit has been proposed. A simulated study illustrates the results derived in this report.     

荷兰战后移民及其影响

战后非殖民化运动导致印度尼西亚和苏里南大量人口移居荷兰;20世纪50年代中期开始到70年代初,荷兰从地中海沿岸国家输入大量劳工,随后劳工移民带来大量家庭移民;80年代中期以后,难民以及寻求庇护者纷纷进入荷兰,成为荷兰移民的重要部分。随着类型多样、来源广泛的移民不断进入,荷兰的人口结构发生重大改变,大量外来移民的存在,尤其大量穆斯林人口的存在,成为荷兰社会面临的重要问题。

台静农是二十世纪二十年代享有盛名的乡土作家。其乡土小说中展现了为人生的文学观、以场景展示为主的叙事技巧、对故乡乡土民俗风情的生动描写,具有独特的悲剧色彩,这些都深受鲁迅先生影响。台静农是深受鲁迅影响同时又有着自己鲜明特色的地之子。     

A log-Birnbaum–Saunders regression model with asymmetric errors

This paper introduces a skewed log-Birnbaum–Saunders regression model based on the skewed sinh-normal distribution proposed by Leiva et al. [A skewed sinh-normal distribution and its properties and application to air pollution, Comm. Statist. Theory Methods 39 (2010), pp. 426–443]. Some influence methods, such as the local influence and generalized leverage, are presented. Additionally, we derived the normal curvatures of local influence under some perturbation schemes. An empirical application to a real data set is presented in order to illustrate the usefulness of the proposed model.     

穆旦与奥登：历史追问与现实反思——兼与江弱水先生商榷

江弱水在《外国文学评论》上发表的《伪奥登风与非中国性：重估穆旦》指出穆旦诗歌是对奥登诗歌的移译，而非中国性这一特征造成了穆旦诗歌的失败。而文本从选择奥登的原因、伪奥登风的消解、穆旦诗歌中的“非中国性”追问、传统与现代的反思等四个方面探讨和重新考察穆旦诗歌与奥登的关联，进而认为穆旦诗歌的特质与奥登并非密切相关。     

动态视角下中国城市群土地利用TFP测度及影响因素研究

提高城市群土地利用TFP对合理高效利用土地资源,协调好城市群经济发展、资源配置和环境保护具有重大理论和实践意义.文章运用DEA-Malmquist指数对2003—2016年动态视角下中国城市群土地利用TFP进行测度和时空演变分析,并利用Tobit回归模型对影响城市群土地利用TFP变化的因素进行深入研究.结果表明:从时间维度看,城市群土地利用TFP年均上升0.7％,城市群土地利用TFP增长由技术效率和技术进步"双核驱动",技术效率的提升主要与纯技术效率提升有关,规模效率是技术效率和土地利用TFP提升的瓶颈约束;从空间维度看,晋中、哈长、海峡西岸、中原、长江中游、北部湾、成渝、黔中、关中平原和兰西城市群土地利用TFP呈下降趋势,其余城市群土地利用TFP均呈上升趋势,且京津冀、呼包鄂榆、辽中南、长江三角洲、山东半岛和天山北坡城市群土地利用TFP增长为技术进步和技术效率"双核驱动";从影响因素看,人均GDP和年末金融机构人民币各项贷款余额对中国城市群土地利用TFP具有正向促进作用,城市财政支出占本市GDP的比重和人口密度具有负向阻碍作用.
