长三角区域创新系统模式及其构建研究

本文在长三角区域经济一体化的背景下,在分析苏浙沪各具特色的区域创新系统模式的基础上,通过与新古典区域、Perroux区域的比较,着重探索长三角区域创新系统＂多元均衡极化＂模式的形成过程,并从多样性、互动性、对偶性和双重性等四个层面揭示了其内在机理,提出了其市场导向的原发性和政府导向的后发性等两条基本构建途径。     

Emotional Reactivity to Daily Family Conflicts: Testing the Within-Person Sensitization

Although the sensitization hypothesis posits that heightened reactivity to interparental conflict is linked to adolescent psychopathology, limited studies tested whether sensitization would emerge in parent-adolescent conflict and across ethnicity or culture. This study revisits the sensitization hypothesis by examining adolescent emotional reactivity to interparental and parent-adolescent conflicts on a daily timescale. The sample included 163 adolescents (55% girls; M_age = 12.79) and their parents (78% females; M_age = 45.46) who completed a 10-day reports in Taiwan. Multilevel modeling results showed that, instead of interparental conflict, adolescents with greater histories of parent-adolescent conflict exhibited higher emotional reactivity when parent-adolescent conflict was higher. The findings underscore the importance of parent-adolescent conflict in evaluating adolescent developmental risk.     

Conflict and the separateness of peoples: investigating the relationship between multiplicity,inequality and war

ABSTRACT

The discipline-defining claim that anarchy leads inevitably to security-competition and war between states is unsustainable. This article investigates whether the concept of multiplicity can offer a reintegrated account of insecurity in world politics. As highlighted by rational choice approaches, substantive conflicts of interest are a necessary condition for organized violence to be a permanent possibility within, across and between societies. A materialist argument is presented that the most enduring incompatible interests arise from clashes over the rules of economic appropriation and redistribution, and the appropriate boundaries between social groups. Historically, unevenness and the possibility for exploitation have created structural pressures towards simultaneous social stratification and the institutionalization of inter-societal warfare. Because of the central importance of social boundaries for structural inequalities, multiplicity has profound implications for both patterns of organized violence and the fundamental issue in the study of politics: who gets what, when and how.     

冲突与共识：《泥泞时节的两个流浪汉》的应用伦理学解读

罗伯特·弗罗斯特诗作《泥泞时节的两个流浪汉》以直面现实的态度忠实记录了发生在大萧条时期的一场富于伦理意味的冲突。传统伦理批评强调对是非善恶做出判断和选择,在面对此类道德悖论时往往陷入两难僵局。应用伦理学倡导直面冲突、依靠商谈程序、寻求道德共识和容错纠错,恰好为这首诗的解读提供了钥匙。     

新时期农村法文化建构的困境与对策

当前我国农村法文化建构所面临的直接困境是现代法文化与传统法文化的冲突、城市法文化与乡村法文化的对立、西方法文化与东方法文化的背离，根本困境是农村日益发展的生产力和落后的生产关系之间的终极矛盾。文化演进理论是建构我国农村法文化的理论基础，文化利益、文化动力、文化和谐分别构成农村法文化演进的出发点、驱动点和归宿点。我国农村法文化建构的主要路径应是依赖于以农村社区供给为主体，以政府供给为引导，以农民供给为基础的多元分工合作参与机制的生成。     

Interparental Relations,Maternal Employment,and Fathering in Mexican American Families

This study examined independent and interactive relations between the interparental relationship and maternal employment in predicting fathering within low‐income, Mexican American two‐parent families (N = 115). Interparental conflict was negatively related to quality fathering, and these relations were noted only for single‐earner families. The parenting alliance was positively related to quality fathering irrespective of maternal employment. Fathering was associated with lower levels of child depression and conduct problems. Results suggest that bolstering quality fathering is a useful avenue for improving child well‐being and that strengthening the interparental relationship can support quality fathering and child mental health within Mexican American families.     

社会建设的科学构思和周密布局

本文阐述了十七大报告对社会建设概念的科学界定及其具有的学术意义;论述了关于社会建设的制度和政策创新及其实践价值。在此基础上,本文论证了当前加强社会建设的关键是调整财政支出结构,建立面向民生的财政体系,而关键的关键则是改变发展思路,真正确立经济与社会协调均衡发展的观念。     

论国际私法的价值取向及其对我国立法的影响

国际私法的价值取向经历了由冲突正义向实质正义的变迁，具体表现在：引入了最密切联系原则；更加重视对私人利益的保护；在司法实践中更注重实质正义的实现，更好地保护当事人的利益。国际私法的发展趋势，给中国国际私法立法造成了影响。从最初的《民法通则》第八章，到《中华人民共和国民法典》（草案）第九编，反映了由冲突正义向实质正义的转变。但这一转变的幅度还不足以使中国的国际私法立法跻身世界先进水平的行列，中国的国际私法立法还有很长的一段路要走。     

线性规划的梯度投影算法

Ｋａｒｍａｒｋａｒ算法是解线性规划的多项式算法，但其具有数值不稳定的缺点，同时，由于它属于内点法，在算法终止时所得的点始终是一个近似最优解。文中给出的梯度投影法，可以穿过区域内部，或穿过区域的边界的相对内部，证明了该方法将在有限步终止。     

Work-home interference: How does it manifest itself from day to day?

Although work-home interference (WHI) refers to a process of negative interaction between the work and home domains, little attention has been paid to the actual processes involved in the within-person, day-to-day management of work and home. Therefore, this study investigated if, and how, a global report for the individual, of WHI (i.e., a general indicator of experienced WHI) is reflected in daily reports of WHI, in employees' daily activity patterns in the work and home domain, and in their daily health and well-being. Effort-Recovery theory (Meijman & Mulder, 1998) provided the theoretical basis for this study. Data were collected among 120 academic staff members (62% male) who completed a general questionnaire, addressing global WHI as well as demographical information, and who also participated in a 5-day daily diary study. WHI was measured using the 8-item WHI subscale of the Survey Work-home Interaction Nijmegen (SWING), with an adapted version being used for the diary studies. Results showed that global WHI: (1) was positively related to daily WHI; (2) was positively related to the time spent daily on overtime work in the evening; (3) was negatively related to the time spent daily on low-effort activities; and (4) was positively related to daily fatigue and sleep complaints. We conclude that Effort-Recovery theory seems promising for the study of WHI, and that diary studies are valuable, as these provide detailed insight into what global reports of WHI actually signify from day to day.
