考虑竖向地震作用时连续梁桥地震反应分析

以赵家堡大桥为研究对象，重点研究考虑竖向地震作用时高烈度地震区桥梁的地震反应行为，分别计算了赵家堡大桥在50 a超越概率63.5%的安评地震波P1作用和50 a超越概率10%的安评地震波P2作用下的地震反应。通过对该桥的地震反应分析，得到了竖向地震对该桥地震响应的影响情况，并给出考虑竖向地震作用的参考建议。     

Why Do Social Work Students Engage in Lesbian and Gay Rights Activism?

This paper considers the contexts and motivations as to why some social work students engage in lesbian and gay rights activism. To explain electoral and protesting modes of activism, this study utilized variables from resource, mobilizing, and framing theories of political participation to explain activism related to gay and lesbian rights. After gathering data on 159 undergraduate social work majors, regressions suggest that economic resources failed to explain participation in gay and lesbian politics. Instead, the predictors of gay and lesbian activism more closely aligned with four key variables: educational attainment, communicating with full-fledged activists, having an ability to recognize heterosexism, and maintaining a commitment to social justice.     

Theorizing postfeminist communities: How gender‐inclusive meetups address gender inequity in high‐tech industries

Through a qualitative analysis of gender‐inclusive meetup groups in the US technology sector, this article offers a theory of postfeminist communities to identify how community organizing can take a postfeminist turn. Gender‐inclusive meetups are public, often free groups or organizations where participants have access to training, mentorship and support. Groups import postfeminist values of choice, empowerment, individualism and entrepreneurship into their community organizing efforts to address workplace gender inequities. Groups employ three strategies to improve the status of women and non‐binary people in the tech industry: (i) organizing a supportive community rooted in professionalism and entrepreneurialism; (ii) offering skills development in a safe environment; and (iii) training participants on how to take individual action against discrimination. While postfeminist communities are able to successfully cultivate supportive groups of participants who organize outside of the workplace, strategies focused on individual‐level changes ultimately do little to disrupt organization‐level gender inequities.     

完善社会保障制度的四个问题研究

社会保障问题是目前我国社会生活中一个倍受关注的热点问题。一个符合社会主义市场经济体制和我国基本国情的社会保障制度的建立和完善 ,既关系到我国经济体制改革的进一步深入 ,也直接影响着我国社会稳定的大局。本论文从完善社会保障制度这一角度进行了一定的研究 ,主张我国社会保障要注意“适度性” ,要兼顾公平性 ,并且以问题为导向 ,注意特殊的文化心理特征的影响     

重视科学方法、行动和效用的杜威实用主义

杜威是美国实用主义的代表人物。他在批判传统哲学的基础上建立起他的实用主义学说。这一学说主张哲学应立足社会，面向现实，研究日常生活的各个方面。社威实用主义的主要含义有三：一是强调科学方法对研究日常生活的重要性；二是重视行动和变化，拒斥绝对论；三是重视以效用原则为基础的实用主义真理观。     

From hegemony to affinity

Drawing upon a critique of the (post)Marxist theory of hegemony and examples from contemporary activism, this article assesses new possibilities for the construction of radical alternatives within and against postmodern globalizing capitalism. It notes that many elements of the ‘newest’ social movements have taken a turn away from the universalizing conception of social change that is characteristic of the logic of hegemony as it has developed. within (post)Marxism and (neo)liberalism. Instead, these activist currents are driven by an anarchist logic of affinity. Along with this logic has come an emphasis on direct action tactics, which is discussed. with reference to a theoretical distinction between a politics of the act and a politics of demand. Although most existing paradigms of social movement analysis have not addressed. these shifts, they are implicitly acknowledged. in the concept of constituent power developed. by Michael Hardt and Toni Negri. Their work falls short, however, to the extent that it remains in other respects within the tradition of hegemonic thought. To more fully comprehend current developments, it is necessary to construct an alternative genealogy based. on anarchist theory and practice, with a focus on the tradition of ‘structural renewal’ that finds it apogee in the work of Gustav Landauer.     

论当代戏曲写意性风格的舞台表达——以温州“南戏新编工程”为例

戏曲在长时期的艺术实践中所呈现出的写意性表演风格，一直是其最为重要的舞台形态，也是当下戏曲排演时不断探索的主题。温州“南戏新编工程”的六部剧作通过舞台意象的选取、舞台行动的展现、表演节奏的控制等方面成功地在当代的剧场舞台上诠释了戏曲表演的写意性。     

论企业观念创新

企业创新是国家创新活动的主体,而企业的创新活动和创新行为又受着企业观念的制约.企业如不进行观念创新,其创新活动和创新行业就不能有效地开展.实践表明,企业创新失败的原因主要不是技术因素,而在于制度因素和观念因素,特别是观念因素.只有观念创新,才能导致制度创新,只有制度创新,才能为技术创新提供良好的创新环境和创新保证.     

Collective Action and Property Rights for Poverty Reduction: A Review of Methods and Approaches

This article provides a review of literature on the relationship between poverty and the institutions of collective action and property rights, as outlined in the conceptual framework of Di Gregorio et al. (2008). Using the elements of the framework as a guide, it offers an overview of how researchers and practitioners identify and evaluate these concepts. The article emphasises the multidimensionality of poverty and the necessity of applying various approaches and tools to conceptualising and measuring it. In addition to highlighting the crucial role that institutions play in poverty reduction, it shows power relations and the political context to be of fundamental importance in poverty‐related studies.     

Action Bias and Environmental Decisions

Individuals have a penchant for action, often for good reasons. But action bias arises if that penchant is carried over to areas where those reasons do not apply, hence is nonrational. Action bias is explored theoretically, and then empirically, using data from surveys of hypothetical environmental decisions. Quite apart from agency considerations, individuals like to affect outcomes when gains are reaped. Given the ability to help one of two sites, we find that decision makers choose to foster improvement rather than prevent deterioration, despite framing that makes it arbitrary which site is improved, which preserved. Strong action bias—individuals choosing to reap gains even though they must impose losses—is also observed. These concepts are related to loss aversion, status quo bias, omission bias for losses, and bright-line behavior.
