空白票据是票据法中的一个重大理论问题,也票据实践中的一个难点。空白票据行为只能是一种准票据行为,或者说类似票据行为的行为。空白票据的效力,应依空白票据是否被补充记载完全而有所不同。     

基于LABVIEW的虚拟绝对测~（220）Rn仪研制

利用LabVIEW软件开发设计虚拟单道——定标器（计数率计）,根据计数率与220Rn浓度的转换公式,最后设计了虚拟绝对测220Rn仪。仪器设计完成后,通过调试和实测分析,表明该仪器界面友好、操作方便、运行稳定、测量结果可靠,达到了理想的效果。     

人工自然范畴和人工自然的结构特性

指出人工自然概念在技术哲学研究中具有基础性的地位,是技术哲学的逻辑起点.论述了人工自然与劳动的关系是密不可分的,劳动过程和技术过程只有在人工自然中才能进行,器具的"被使用"及其"指引"关系,组建着人工自然的结构,劳动选择着哪些自然物加到人工自然世界中;由于劳动具有"生产性"劳动剩余的增长,决定了人工自然的增殖性,人工自然、劳动和技术呈现为共同进化的特征.     

浅谈歌唱训练中的想象性创造

歌唱训练中的想象,实为一项自我意识调控法。它是从生活中看得见、摸得着、感受得到的事物里,抽取共通点,转化为发声技巧,引导于实际训练的意识过程。本文通过对想象中两种表现形式———预想与联想的介绍,意在让学唱者了解想象对于歌唱训练的重要性,并学会运用其开拓自身思维方向及想象空间,达到用心用脑引导艺术歌唱的目的。     

Organizational citizenship behaviour for collectivist cultures: instrument development and human resource development implications

Organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) is an increasingly examined construct in human resource development (HRD) research. The OCB construct is noted for being heavily influenced by culture leading to renewed calls for the development of OCB definitions and measurement approaches that can be used internationally. This study developed an OCB measurement appropriate for use in a collectivist society using Thailand as the setting. A literature review and a series of interviews with human resource directors were used for item generation. A survey of 1779 employees and 751 supervisors was then conducted to examine the cultural appropriateness of classifying the items as either in-role or citizenship behaviours in order to reduce the number of items. The resulting 35-item instrument was tested with survey data from 451 employees. Results showed acceptable validity for the instrument with conclusions and discussion highlighting the need for future analysis and refinement for further application of culturally relevant measures for use in international HRD research and professional practice.     

Development and Assessment of Measures of Adolescents' Attitudes about Sexual Relationship Rights

Objective: Develop and validate measures of adolescents' attitudes about sexual relationship rights. Methods: Items were completed by students in a large U.S. city (N = 655). The authors conducted an exploratory factor analysis, evaluated internal consistency, and assessed construct validity, including ability to predict sexual behavior at 1-year follow-up. Results: Factor analysis identified 2 distinct factors, comprising attitudes about rights to refuse unwanted sexual activity (5 items) and express sexual engagement needs (5 items) in a sexual relationship. The measures showed sound evidence of reliability and construct validity. Conclusions: The psychometric evidence supports the use of these measures in adolescent sexual health research.     

Empirical likelihood and Wilks phenomenon for data with nonignorable missing values

Wilks's theorem is useful for constructing confidence regions. When applying the popular empirical likelihood to data with nonignorable nonresponses, Wilks's phenomenon does not hold. This paper unveils that this is caused by the extra estimation of the nuisance parameter in the nonignorable nonresponse propensity. Motivated by this result, we propose an adjusted empirical likelihood for which Wilks's theorem holds. Asymptotic results are presented and supplemented by simulation results for finite sample performance of the point estimators and confidence regions. An analysis of a data set is included for illustration.     

Near exogeneity,weak identification and specification testing: Some asymptotic results

The paper studies the asymptotic size property of various specification tests in linear structural models where instrumental variables may locally violate the exclusion restrictions. Our results provide some new insights and extensions of earlier studies. In particular, we derive an explicit formula of the asymptotic size of the tests which shows clearly the factors that influence their size under instrument endogeneity. We show that all tests have correct asymptotic size when the usual orthogonality condition holds, but their asymptotic size can be arbitrary large even if only one instrument is slightly correlated with the error term. We present a Monte Carlo experiment that confirms our theoretical findings.

基于PMLSM 的电机测试智能调压系统

智能调压系统是电机智能化数字化测试系统中非常关键的一部分,其目标是安全有效地为被测电机提供主回路电源。该系统基于虚拟仪器技术,应用LabVIEW软件,通过实现对变频器的发送指令代码,调节变压器上的异步电动机转速,从而控制变压器的输出电压。实验结果表明,该系统的调压过程平滑性好、鲁棒性强、实时性好,有很强的实际应用价值。
