南宁市开发区土地集约化管理研究

开发区作为南宁市工业项目的重要载体,对南宁市工业经济乃至地区经济的发展具有重要意义。在当前我国实行"地根紧缩"政策的情况下,南宁市土地利用指标捉襟见肘,不能满足项目落地的需要。土地利用的集约化程度高低,对南宁市工业经济的可持续发展至关重要。     

ATTITUDES TOWARDS THE EURO: AN EMPIRICAL STUDY BASED ON THE GERMAN SOCIO-ECONOMIC PANEL (SOEP)

This paper investigates changing attitudes towards the euro over time in Germany using longitudinal micro-data from the German Socio Economic Panel Study. We observe that a large part of the German population was worried about the new currency both before and after its introduction. Social psychological theories provide insight into these attitudes. Concerns regarding the euro are apparently connected with problems in handling the new currency and with the press coverage of price rises. For these reasons, future EMU member states should prepare their populations better for these challenges.     

试论语用原则在听力教学中的应用

听力课教学是整个英语语言教学中不容忽视的重要环节。本文对在听力教学过程中语用原则的应用作了初步探讨,以求解决一些外语教学中长期存在的问题。全文以合作原则在听力教学中对会话含义的推导作用为中心,提示了人们在会话中都不同程度地遵守语用原则,因而掌握好语用原则有助于听力教学水平的提高。

随着体育课程改革的全面推进,体育选项课作为一种新型的体育教学模式被各高校普遍采纳。通过对高校体育选项课现状的调查与分析,显示师资力量、场地器材、学生需求是实施体育选项课的重要因素。为促进体育选项课的实施与发展,高校应采取相应对策:合理利用与开发现有的教师资源,加大对体育教师的培养力度;正确引导和教育学生,培养学生终身进行体育锻炼的意识;加强体育场馆设施建设,积极改善体育教学环境;加强各高校之间的沟通,完善体育选项课的课程设置。     

在ILAS电子阅览室管理中外挂软件的设想

ILAS系统中的电子阅览室管理(ILAS-ER)功能过于简单,对电子阅览室的管理存在明显的不足,而采用其它软件代替管理则至少存在读者数据的冗余,通过以ILAS电子阅览室备份文件electbakup.txt为接口外挂软件的方法可以改善电子阅览室的管理功能。

信息技术的发展和互联网的普及,使网络阅读成为人们生活中一种重要的阅读方式。本文主要从网络阅读的特点及其在现实中存在的一些问题入手,探讨了图书馆如何开展阅读指导工作,使网络阅读朝着健康和谐的方向发展。     

A simple two-step procedure using the Fellegi–Sunter model for frequency-based record linkage

The widely used Fellegi–Sunter model for probabilistic record linkage does not leverage information contained in field values and consequently leads to identical classification of match status regardless of whether records agree on rare or common values. Since agreement on rare values is less likely to occur by chance than agreement on common values, records agreeing on rare values are more likely to be matches. Existing frequency-based methods typically rely on knowledge of error probabilities associated with field values and frequencies of agreed field values among matches, often derived using prior studies or training data. When such information is unavailable, applications of these methods are challenging. In this paper, we propose a simple two-step procedure for frequency-based matching using the Fellegi–Sunter framework to overcome these challenges. Matching weights are adjusted based on frequency distributions of the agreed field values among matches and non-matches, estimated by the Fellegi–Sunter model without relying on prior studies or training data. Through a real-world application and simulation, our method is found to produce comparable or better performance than the unadjusted method. Furthermore, frequency-based matching provides greater improvement in matching accuracy when using poorly discriminating fields with diminished benefit as the discriminating power of matching fields increases.     

0-3岁婴幼儿亲子阅读中亲子互动策略优化的行动研究

基于 0-3 岁婴幼儿亲子阅读互动现状调查发现的家长互动经验缺乏、形式单一等问题,开展“计划—行动—观察—反思—再计划”三轮亲子阅读互动循环提升的行动研究。实践表明,创设情境多元互动、拓展经验促成互动、审美体验美化互动是提升阅读互动质量的有效策略;家长对婴幼儿身心发展特点和教育规律的认知、对美的鉴赏与表达能力是影响互动策略实施的重要因素;专家的精心指导和及时评价、家庭间的作品展示和体会交流是营造阅读互动氛围提升互动效果的良好举措。建议家长自主学习、积极实践、主动交流来推进有效互动策略的实施。     

Transition probabilities and ARL performance of Six Sigma zone control charts

In this article, Six Sigma zone control charts (SSZCCs) are proposed for world class organizations. The transition probabilities are obtained using the Markov chain approach. The Average Run Length (ARL) values are then presented. The ARL performance of the proposed SSZCCs and the standard Six Sigma control chart (SSCC) without zones or run rules is studied. The ARL performance of these charts is then compared with those of the other standard zone control charts (ZCCs), the modified ZCC and the traditional Shewhart control chart (SCC) with common run rules. As expected, it is shown that the proposed SSZCC outperforms the standard SSCC without zones or run rules for process shifts of any magnitude. When compared to the other standard ZCCs and the Shewhart chart with common run rules, it is observed that the proposed SSZCCs have much higher false alarm rates for smaller shifts and hence they prevent unwanted process disturbances. The application of the proposed SSZCC is illustrated using a real time example.
