装置艺术在幼儿园环境创设中的应用探究

装置艺术是现代艺术的一个重要种类,其实质是“场地+材料+情感”的综合展示。幼儿园环境创设中可运用装置艺术,引导幼儿将生活中各种熟悉的材料进行拼贴组合、错置、悬空、分割、集合、叠加,以形成构成环境的装置作品。在此过程中,幼儿是创作环境的本体或参与者,主动参与改造环境,自由地取舍材料以丰富其创造性空间,从艺术陈列的视角对环境进行审美观照,从而提高幼儿的审美修养,激发幼儿的想象力、创造力,美化幼儿园的教学和生活环境,促进幼儿身心发展。     

Indirect membership function assignment based on ordinal regression

In many fuzzy sets applications, fuzzy membership functions are commonly developed based on empirical or expert knowledge. The equation of a membership function is usually determined somewhat arbitrarily. This paper explores a novel membership function design method based on ordinal regression analysis. The estimated thresholds between ordinal measurement categories are applied to calculate the intersection points between fuzzy sets. These intersection points are further applied to determine the equations of the membership functions. Information distortion due to empirical guess can thus be reduced and more latent information in the fuzzy responses can therefore be captured. A case study investigating the relationship between foster mothers’ satisfaction and the foster time and information provided has been conducted in this research. The applicability and effectiveness of the proposed membership function assignment approach have been demonstrated through several case studies.     

模具钢干铣削试验及参数优化研究

为了对铣削力做进一步的研究,以及预测铣削参数的改变对铣削力变化的影响,文章建立了铣削力预测模型,引 入了PSO优化算法。试验采用正交设计方法,干式铣削SKD61模具钢;KISTLER测力仪测量铣削力;HRsoft_DW数采软 件采集试验数据,并对数据进行极差分析。研究结果表明每齿进给量是铣削参数中影响铣削力最为主要的因素。研究 验证了PSO算法对铣削参数优化问题具有有效性。     

基于Web的远程教学管理系统的设计及实现

远程教学管理系统是进行远程教学的重要保证,利用它可以合理地调配教学资源、组织教学活动、总结教学数据,并有效地对远程学习中心实行业务指导和监控,保证教与学过程管理的时效。本文结合北京邮电大学网络教育学院学生管理的需求,分析了远程教学管理系统的设计及实现方案,利用www上的应用系统,实现了跨平台的、灵活的、通用的远程教学管理系统。     

在内外因的交互作用中把握德育过程

德育是一个综合化、系统化的内外因交互作用的过程,它既包括个人的内化过程,也包括诸如家庭、学校、社会的外塑过程。只有认真把握内化和外塑这两个过程的特点和规律,不断创新德育工作方法,才能使德育工作收到实效。本文着重论述了德育过程中个人"内化"过程的主动性、自主性、独立性、体验性,以及作为德育"外塑"过程的家庭德育过程、学校德育过程、社会德育过程各自的地位、特点、存在的问题以及解决问题的方法,以期对做好德育工作起到积极作用。     

Ordering competition: the interactional accomplishment of the sale of art and antiques at auction

Auctions provide an institutional solution to a social problem; they enable the legitimate pricing and exchange of goods where those goods are of uncertain value. In turn, auctions raise a number of social and organizational issues that are resolved within the interaction that arise in sales by auction. In this paper, we examine sales of fine art, antiques and objets d'art and explore the ways in which auctioneers mediate competition between buyers and establish a value for goods. In particular, we explore how bids are elicited, co-ordinated and revealed so as to rapidly escalate the price of goods in a transparent manner that enables the legitimate valuation and exchange of goods. In directing attention towards the significance of the social interaction, including talk, visual and material conduct, the paper contributes to the growing corpus of ethnographic studies of markets. It suggests that to understand the operation of markets and their outcomes, and to unpack issues of agency, trust and practice, we need to place the 'interaction order' at the heart of analytic agenda.     

论港口产业规制契约的重新设计

20世纪70年代以后,在世界范围内出现港口产业规制改革浪潮,竞争机制和私人部门被更多地引入。那么在港口产业规制的新框架下,有必要对规制契约进行重新设计,以满足港口规制实践的需要。对包括价格上限规制、投资规制等在内的港口产业规制契约的核心内容进行了说明,并探讨了契约重新设计中若干关键要素的确定。     

听力显性教学"聚焦输入、强化互动"的有效性研究

以在读非英语专业本科生和硕士生为研究对象,进行大学英语听力显性教学“聚焦输入、强化互动”的有效性研究。实验数据和问卷调查结果表明:“聚焦输入、强化互动”的显性教学效果明显,多维隐性效应得到学习者充分肯定。该研究对听力教学的启示是:进行听力显性教学策略研究,听力显性教学与学习者隐性学习结合都很有必要。     

艺术设计教育在综合性大学发展的空间分析

通过对艺术设计产生的历史回顾,以及艺术设计教育在我国高校的发展过程,探讨当前在综合性大学发展艺术设计教育存在的问题及前景分析。

全面、准确地认识工业设计的多元功能是发展和利用工业设计的前提。工业设计与产品直接相关的功能称为工业设计的直接功能或微观功能,工业设计通过产品表现出来的对经济运行全局发生作用或影响的功能叫间接功能或宏观功能。工业设计的多元功能对河南开放带动经济战略的实施,有重要的推动作用。
