民族主义、现代化与国家——中国现代化道路的诠释与反思

中国现代化道路的选择与民族主义息息相关.近代中国的现代化在很大程度上是由民族主义激发而成为国家的变革目标,毛泽东时代的现代化也是民族主义促迫下的产物.这与西方以资本推动的现代化的不同路径,在相当大程度上可以解释新中国现代化中的非理性和反理性因素.而正确认识国际环境以及中国在这一体系中的位置,理性地处理民族情感,是中国现代化始终面临的重大课题.     

国际权力与秩序变革

权力是行为者将其意志强加于其他行为者之上的能力.在任何政治秩序中,权力都是不可或缺的组成部分.世界秩序的变更,是由于该国际体系的现存统治方式与权力的重新分配之间发生了断裂.冷战后国际体系的权力结构发生了重大变革,这就必然导致世界秩序的变革.而世界秩序的和平变革,必须在权力和道德两者之间寻求艰难的妥协.     

应对危相：经济学的时代转折

国际金融危机的爆发给予现代经济学界重要启迪：自20世纪新技术革命至今，经济学的研究必须要跟随自然科学的进步实现时代转折。应对此次国际金融危机的挑战，现代经济学的研究至少要在经济人假说、加深对虚拟经济的理解和认识、明确中间效用的适度性、应对现代信用的高度发展、遏制金融衍生品市场泛滥、科学认识现代货币的虚拟性、建立虚实一体化的宏观调控体系、以劳动作为经济学的最基础范畴等方面实现根本性的认识创新。     

The contributions of welfare typologies to international social work practices

This paper is concerned with the link between studies of welfare typologies and studies of international social work. Its objective is to show how welfare typologies could be used to strengthen the role of international social work practices to support international exchange of ideas on welfare issues. To meet this objective, three analytical tasks are implemented. The first task is to show that professional imperialism could weaken the potential of international social work practices to promote international exchange of ideas on welfare issues. The second task is to discuss the importance of welfare typologies in supporting the development of international social work by challenging professional imperialism. The third task is to discuss a research project on a defamilization typology. This project provides empirical evidence of the contributions made by welfare typologies to international social work practices.     

Love thy neighbour: Social identity and public support for humanitarian aid

Humanitarian aid can be contentious. Should finite national resources be sacrificed to serve the needy abroad? Social identity theorists argue that identification with a superordinate group, in this case the larger world community, should increase individual support for policies such as international humanitarian assistance. However, individuals can simultaneously associate with multiple identities. How does the combination of world and national identities affect support for humanitarian assistance? Using cross‐national survey data, we find evidence that support for international humanitarian aid is highest among those with a strong world identity and weak national identity relative to other identity combinations, though even those with a strong world identity and strong national identity can be supportive of aid.     

The Past and Present Cultural Experiences of Adopted Korean American Adults

This study used a mixed-method approach to examine the past and present cultural life experiences of Korean adult adoptees. Open-ended responses across four developmental periods (childhood, adolescence, young adulthood, and adulthood) were qualitatively analyzed and categorized into seven categories of cultural activities. We then quantitatively investigated the relationship between these domains and ethnic identity. Ethnic identity was positively correlated with only cultural experiences from young adulthood. The practical relevance of the research findings to adopted adults and adoptive families is discussed.

移动国际漫游最优联盟结算价格分析

针对移动国际漫游市场中的运营商联盟合作现象,通过模型及数据仿真方法分析了联盟合作中影响运营商业务收益和最优联盟结算价格的主要因素。从模型分析可知,最优联盟结算价格与运营商的国际漫游业务量分布情况、漫游出访与入访业务量比率、业务需求的价格弹性系数密切相关,数据仿真分析给出了相关参数对最优联盟结算价格的影响效果。     

适应新形势，实现新要求——合肥工业大学非英语专业博士生英语教改与实践

针对合肥工业大学非英语专业博士生教学时数大幅度减少的现状，提出博士生英语教学应以国际学术交流英语为中心，并展开博士生英语教学改革尝试及实效性研究，以期促进博士生使用英语进行国际学术交流，从而实现其科研创新能力不断提升的教学基本目标。     

中国加入世贸组织关税谈判的政治经济分析

众多研究者视中国加入世界贸易组织为一个经济重组与改革的策略,借牺牲＂旧的＂经济达到市场化的目的,因此进入世界贸易组织的谈判实质上反映这一改革议程。这一看法与实情不尽吻合。入世关税减让的考虑其实是一个比较复杂的程序,涉及政府仔细地平衡各个社会和政治力量及因素。
