胡塞尔所说的“生活世界”有两种含义:一是作为经验实在的客观生活世界,一是作为纯粹先验现象的主观生活世界,二者之间隔着一道先验还原的界限。不同意义上的“生活世界”与科学及人的生存的关系也不同:在胡塞尔看来,前者是近代科学产生的基础,也是造成科学“危机”与人的“危机”的根源;后者则有可能为我们提供一条克服这种危机的途径。 相似文献

胡秋原根据历史事实指出,中国文化曾经长期领先于西方文化,这种格局在17世纪才发生逆转。通过广泛深入研究西方文化,他认为西方文化在近四百年发展繁荣的后期已经陷入深刻危机,并进而危及整个人类;导致西方文化危机的原因在于资本主义、科学主义畸变为势利主义、虚无主义,而近代西方启蒙价值在这种文化背景中或根本未能落实,或发生扭曲,故对于这种文化必须予以扬弃的超越。胡秋原揭露西方文化危机的主要目的在于矫正本国西化人物崇西贬中甚至趋西弃中的心态,由此表达的"超越西化"思想具有不容忽视的现实意义。 相似文献

<劳动合同法>实施以来,在国内学术界和实业界引起了轩然大波.2008年以来,一些企业的倒闭、搬迁,更将这部立意颇好的法律推到了风口浪尖.针对实施<劳动合同法>对企业成本影响的问题,采用分层目录抽样方法,抽取了珠三角、粤东、粤西、粤北地区13个具有代表性的城市,不同类型、不同行业共650户企业进行调研,运用成本测算直接法和间接法,对广东调研企业成本进行统计测算.测算结果显示,广东实施<劳动合同法>对企业人均人工成本的影响区间为2.54%~4.90%,用调研事实澄清了社会上流传的10%~70%的谬误.还从政府、企业和员工角度分别提出在实施<劳动合同法>过程中应对金融危机的对策,为各级政府和企业决策提供依据. 相似文献

As the international guardian of social justice, the ILO is witnessing a global revolution in accounting, which has culminated in international accounting standards (IAS-IFRS). Previously, accounting measured the economy in relation to the capacities and responsibilities of workers and their employers. Today, the exact opposite is the case: the IAS-IFRS no longer measure work and enterprises, referring instead to the abstract concept of a cybernetic entity capable of constant restructuring, at the cost of unprecedented inequality. Substantial research exists to study reputation management messages but far less research exists to consider instructing information and adjusting information during and after a crisis. This research seeks to build tools that assist in the study of base crisis responses. Using a literature review, 18 interviews with people with expertise in public relations, and an experiment with 286 participants recruited from mTurk, this research builds scales that assess the quality of instructing information and adjusting information given during a crisis. The resulting scales are found to be reliable and predict significant change in post-crisis reputation in an initial test. Potential uses of these scales for crisis communication scholars and public relations practitioners are discussed. 相似文献

This article examines the dynamics of power and privilege at work in international development through the prism of domestic service for expat aid workers in developing countries. Drawing on ethnographic fieldwork amid aid workers and their domestic staff in Dakar, Senegal, I argue that access to affordable care work greatly enhances the lives of women who work overseas in development. The postcolonial underdevelopment and poverty that aid work addresses is paradoxically critical to the aid workers' own access to affordable care, family balance and the means to do their jobs. Based on data received from pension supervisory authorities, the article reviews 85 different pension schemes in 44 jurisdictions by looking at fees and charges as well as their legal ceilings and their development since 2014. A key finding is the observed decrease in fees and caps. The article presents jurisdictions according to clusters, i.e. by groups of countries with identical or very similar items already covered by pension fees, and analyses the extent to which various cost and fee elements are covered by fees charged to members. Finally, we calculate charge ratios for each cluster to quantify the impact of fees and charges on pension savings. Occupational defined contribution pension schemes and personal plans linked to employment tend to be much more cost effective than personal schemes that have no direct employment link. 相似文献
