Exponential Inequalities in Stochastic Inverse Problems Using an Iterative Method

We consider an iterative method in order to solve linear inverse problems. We establish exponential inequalities for the probability of the distance between the approximated solution and the exact one for a calibration problem. The approximate is given by an iterative method with Gaussian errors. We treat an operator equation of the form Ax = u, where A is a compact operator.

移动互联网背景下电信运营商产业链延伸合作模式及策略研究

移动互联网的快速发展和市场竞争的加剧促使电信运营商开始转型,加强产业链合作,服务提供商(SP)、内容提供商(CP)等互联网企业和终端制造商是电信运营商寻求合作的重要方向.文章分析了移动互联网背景下电信运营商开展产业链延伸合作的动因;提出了平台开放型、股权投资型、战略联盟型等三种电信运营商和SP/CP的合作模式,以及合约合作型、深入定制型、运营商自建型等三种电信运营商和终端制造商的合作模式;并进一步分析了电信运营商与SP/CP以及终端制造商合作的模式选择策略,以期为中国电信运营商开展产业链合作提供借鉴和参考.     

Custom Epoch Estimation for Surveys

The paper provides a method for generating epoch estimates for time series survey data, allowing for different periods of time (or even point estimates) according to user demand. The method uses a modified kriging estimator, which suppresses the contribution of sampling error variability in order to guarantee that custom epoch estimates have an interpolation property. For the veteran population variable of the American Community Survey, we utilize a simple Brownian Motion model of the population process and derive the modified kriging estimator for this case. The tuning parameters of this population model can be calibrated to the data via simple formulas. We illustrate the application of this method to the generation of point estimates of veteran population, an important objective for Veterans Affairs.

基于经营者对国有企业的生存与发展的重要地位和作用,研究建立一个适合我国转型期的有效的经营者激励模式是目前亟需解决的一个问题。本文基于我国国有企业经营者薪酬现状分析,提出相应的解决策略及完善途经,以减少分配不合理现象和代理成本,实现有效激励。     

基于ISM模型的农村宽带使用影响因素研究

促进农村宽带使用是推进农业信息化的重要内容,是实现农业现代化的重要手段.电信运营商是农村宽带服务的供给者,从运营商角度探讨农村宽带使用影响因素,构建影响宽带使用的解释结构模型,对各影响因素进行层次分析.研究表明：宽带资费、宽带接入终端的价格和运营商提供服务的质量是影响宽带使用的直接因素,网络速度、技术培训和政府支持等是中间因素,宽带技术先进性是根本因素.因此,为推动农村宽带的使用,电信运营商应该主动降低宽带资费、降低终端价格、提高宽带服务质量和加强技术创新.     

Variable selection for semiparametric proportional hazards model under progressive Type-II censoring

Variable selection is an effective methodology for dealing with models with numerous covariates. We consider the methods of variable selection for semiparametric Cox proportional hazards model under the progressive Type-II censoring scheme. The Cox proportional hazards model is used to model the influence coefficients of the environmental covariates. By applying Breslow’s “least information” idea, we obtain a profile likelihood function to estimate the coefficients. Lasso-type penalized profile likelihood estimation as well as stepwise variable selection method are explored as means to find the important covariates. Numerical simulations are conducted and Veteran’s Administration Lung Cancer data are exploited to evaluate the performance of the proposed method.

电信市场差别定价中的反垄断问题

我国电信业已基本形成三家国有综合电信运营商竞争的市场格局,但市场结构欠合理,存在一些垄断行为及监管制度的缺陷。《反垄断法》出台后,电信运营商通过差别定价进行市场营销已成为是否违反《反垄断法》讨论的重点,也成为消费投诉的集中指向。基于SCP的研究框架,对电信市场的竞争结构、行为与绩效进行研究,以确定电信公司的垄断性质;针对不同差别定价对市场结构及消费者福利的影响,提出要区别对待电信市场营销中存在的不同形式的差别定价,施以相应的监管方式;并且要建立主导运营商的监管体系,以防止其滥用市场竞争地位;同时要将电信监管与反垄断监管相结合,共同监管电信市场的反竞争行为。
