审美共通感的“身体间性”基础

"他人审美鉴赏的不可替代"始终在瓦解着审美共通感的基础,这也成为康德美学遗留下的一大疑难。黑格尔、胡塞尔、海德格尔乃至萨特等人的思考,使得"他人"浮出思想的地平线,但是由于未能逾越出"唯我论"的局限,他人最终成为自我的尖锐对立。梅洛-庞蒂在对胡塞尔的相关思考进行深度开掘后,通过身体现象学确认了"他人与我"的身体间性关系,从而为审美共同感及他人"神圣不可侵犯的优先性与超验性"奠定了基础。     

Using culture and the intersubjective perspective as a resource: A case study of an African-American couple

In this article a White Jewish-American therapist shares what she learned from her work with an African-American couple using a semi-structured protocol for planned short-term marital therapy. Twenty-eight months after the original treatment, the author met again with the couple for an audiotaped follow-up interview. Marital satisfaction for both partners was tracked with an Index of Marital Satisfaction over the course of the treatment and the follow-up process. The empirical findings augment the story of the couple and the therapist. During the middle phase, the therapy reached an impasse. With the goal of creating a cognitive shift, the therapist used the couple's culture as a resource for therapeutic change. The cultural metaphor is considered as the vital step in overcoming the treatment impasse. The major finding is that cultural responsiveness does not end with the engagement and assessment of clients. The culture of the clients and the culture of the therapist provide powerful metaphors and rich resources to introduce change possibilities. With this couple, when culture was combined with an appreciation of the intersubjective meanings for both clients and therapist, culturally responsive and effective therapy became possible.     

Pandora's Box: The Effect of Diagnostic Disclosure on a Depressed Patient

There is a dearth of literature on the effect of disclosure of psychiatric diagnosis on treatment. A case is presented in which the therapist suggests a depressed patient may be bipolar. Three concepts are utilized to understand the resultant impasse: empathic failure (Kohut, 1984), intersubjective disjunction (Atwood & Stolorow, 1984), and projective identification and the subjugating third (Ogden, 1994). Further research is needed to work more sensitively, effectively, and responsibly in the area of diagnostic disclosure.

居委会调动社区居民参与的策略是动员式参与。在动员式参与之下,由于政治动员的路径依赖导致居委会和社区居民的主体性都没有有效地发挥。社区居民的参与呈现为主体的脱域状况,有效改善主体脱域状况的手段,是加强居委会主体性、社区居民主体性和外在环境的建设。

学界对于当前文学翻译中的交互主体性的认识有一定的局限性.对文学翻译中的交互主体性内涵进行了分析,认为应该赋予其“社会环境”主体性特质.在此基础上探讨广义的文学翻译过程中原作者、译者、赞助人、译文读者等有生命要素和接受环境、文本等无生命要素之间的多元翻译主体关系,从而为界定翻译各要素之间的关系提供支持,建立翻译主体间正常的交互关系.     

论“儿童本位”论的合理性和实践效用

“儿童本位”论是贯穿于中国儿童文学百年历史的最重要的儿童文学观,它产生于五四时期,经过当代的理论诠释和创作实践,已经成为儿童文学创作和研究中最有影响力的儿童文学思想。近年,儿童文学学术界有学者提出了以“主体间性”来超越“儿童本位”论这一理论主张。本文认为,试图以“主体间性”超越“儿童本位”论的理论主张,没有真正理解“儿童本位”的本义,没有认识到在儿童文学这个世界里,儿童与成人之间,有着其他任何人际关系都不具有的特殊关系。在现阶段,“儿童本位”论依然是远比“主体间性”更具有历史和现实实践之有效性的一个方案。作为历史真理,“儿童本位”论在实践中,依然拥有马克思所说的“现实性和力量”。     

文化主体、环境与态度--从中西文化交流看文化交流的主体间性及其原则

伴随着全球化的浪潮,文化的交流与融合问题日益成为了学界关注的焦点.不同于目前大多数研究者所进行的文化横向的比较与研究,本文试图以中西文化交流史的追溯为佐证,以文化同化、文化涵化和文化异化等范畴为解读方法,回顾了中西文化交流的历史,旨在寻找和验证在文化交流中所应遵循的基本原则,并提出了在文化交流中建设性误读的特殊意义,强调了文化交流中的包容性与自身经济发展水平成正比的原则.     

A Bourdieusian analysis of employment services workers in an era of Workfirst

This article draws on qualitative research which focused on worker experiences of Workfirst activation during the Job Services Australia (JSA) contract of employment services. The Workfirst orientation of Australian labour market programmes created imperatives for activation workers to monitor job seeker compliance with activity tests. As part of the broader cohort interviewed in the study, activation workers were interviewed about the way sanctions were used to discipline job seekers in street‐level exchanges. These workers had experienced the transition from the Job Network to JSA and had observed how a shift to Workfirst became institutionalised in organisational practices and culture. Concepts from Bourdieu's field theory are used to situate activation workers in the employment services field that became more managerial during the transition to Workfirst and where sanction‐based practice was mainstreamed. Drawing also on Peillon's sociology of welfare, employment services are described as part of the welfare field in which the activation workers experienced the misrecognition associated with Workfirst, which is described as a structure of domination. The analysis employs the concept of intersubjective recognition to draw attention to the subjective and objective co‐construction of street‐level interactions. This study has implications for understanding how welfare reforms affect activation workers, the contributors to the erosion of employment services capability, and the need for investment in workforce development in the employment services sector.
