正确把握新时代坚持和加强党的全面领导的逻辑理路——中国化马克思主义发展思想研究

党的十九大明确作出“坚持和加强党的全面领导”的重大政治论断,并把它作为新时代“党的建设”总要求的首要观点、坚持和发展中国特色社会主义“基本方略”的第一条提出来,这是中国共产党人进行党建工作的基本指导和根本遵循。新时代,正确把握坚持和加强党的全面领导的逻辑理路至关重要,因为这是我们党与生俱来和新时代历史使命的必然要求,是我们党带领人民战胜敌人的强大法宝和克服一切困难风险的定海神针;是执政党持之以恒正风肃纪和紧锣密鼓反腐惩恶的内在需要和客观要求。     

论领导权结构、企业避税与会计信息可靠性的关系

以我国2013—2015年沪深两市A股类上市公司为样本,运用相关性分析和回归分析,以消除应计利润影响后的会计—税收差异作为衡量企业避税指标,用盈余激进度衡量会计信息可靠性,分析企业避税程度与会计信息可靠性的关系,并进行了稳健性检验。结果表明,企业避税程度对会计信息可靠性起负面作用。在此基础上,进一步梳理了领导权结构、企业避税与会计信息可靠性的关系,研究发现,相比两职合一的公司,企业避税程度对会计信息可靠性的负面作用主要体现在两职分离的公司。这对于深入研究企业避税与会计信息可靠性的关系具有一定的借鉴意义,可为完善公司治理机制、提高会计信息可靠性提供一定的思路借鉴和决策参考。     

日常生活领域的社会主义意识形态建设

社会结构变革和社会的开放化、市场化、信息化、网络化,既凸显了日常生活领域的社会主义意识形态价值,同时也对日常生活领域的社会主义意识形态凝聚力和引领力建设提出更多诉求。对此,应认真研究社会日常生活的发展变化,审慎思考日常生活领域对社会主义意识形态建设提出的各种诉求,积极加强社会主义意识形态的实践回应和自身建设。通过积极培育和践行社会主义核心价值观、凝聚社会各阶层各群体共同信仰、形成社会主义意识形态传播场域、加强社会主义意识形态的日常生活渗透等措施,增强社会主义意识形态的凝聚力和引领力,牢牢把握以马克思主义为指导的社会主义意识形态在整个社会生活中的领导权、主导权和话语权。     

《庄子·天下》与中国古代学术史

《庄子·天下》在中国古代学术史上的意义久被学者们所认识,但诸如:《庄子.天下》对道术体性的真正期望何在?其在论列旧法世传之史、邹鲁六经及百家之学时,其背后的学术内涵是什么?其对百家之学究竟是肯定还是否定?原因何在?所有这一切最终对中国古代学术文化有何等影响?这些问题至今似仍罕为学者所尽数参透,因而有必要再予诠衡论析,考订评量。但其中最为重要的是,中国古代政教制度实践对社会文化的辐射、影响之大,必须予以充分关注。     

A Narrative Approach to Pregnancy‐related Discrimination and Leader–follower Relationships

This study sheds light on women's perceptions of pregnancy‐related discrimination committed by the discriminated woman's immediate leader. The purpose is to show how women describe this perception during pregnancy and after their return to working life after maternity leave. Further, the study explores the ways in which the quality of the leader–follower relationship is revealed during the narration process. The research draws on five individual stories, collected in two rounds of interviews. Representations of several kinds of discriminatory practices can be found in the narratives and reveal that even being a partner in a good‐quality leader–follower relationship does not necessarily protect a woman from pregnancy‐related discrimination. However, women involved in a high‐quality leader–follower relationship described their perceptions in a more positive manner than those in a low‐quality relationship. The contribution of the article to the literature is twofold: firstly, the results challenge the traditional view that high‐quality leader–member exchange relationships lead to positive outcomes. Secondly, examining the different ways in which people describe their perceptions of discrimination deepens our understanding of the equality problems that working women face.

包容性领导的概念正在成为研究的热点，目前对包容性领导的定义，学术界没有统一的认识，基于中国文化对包容性概念的理解，梳理包容性相关学术研究、文献，通过探索性访谈研究，对包容性领导的概念进行了定义，并提出包容性领导的价值。     

改革开放以来中共领导集体法律思想研究述要

学界对改革开放以来中共三代领导集体核心——邓小平、江泽民、胡锦涛法律思想的研究主要集中在对其历史地位、历史意义、基本内容、基本特征及形成过程的概括和总结上，对三者的相互关系、它们对中国法制建设的影响及三者在中国特色社会主义法制思想形成过程中所做出的历史贡献缺乏整体性研究，需要今后进一步深入探讨。     

Partners,Institutions and International Currencies: The International Political Foundations for the Rise of the Renminbi

The use of an international currency is not just a natural market phenomenon; it relies heavily on international political foundations. The historical lessons of the four major international currencies—the pound, dollar, euro and yen—show that a strong partner network and a favorable international institutional environment are the two major political foundations for the formation of a stable international currency. The rise of the renminbi, as a late starter looking to become a major international currency, depends not only on the requisite economic conditions but on governmental diplomacy aimed at attracting more monetary cooperation partners and creating international institutions that support its worldwide use. This strategy reinforces the political foundations for the rise of the renminbi. Building a network of partners supporting the renminbi as an international currency and creating a system of international monetary institutions are the real tests of the issuing country’s political leadership. This political leadership capacity has three dimensions: public trust founded on reputation building; a centripetal force driven by provision of benefits; and coercive force applied through sanctions. Comparatively speaking, the renminbi is still in the early stage of its ascent, so the development of its political infrastructure should concentrate mainly on gaining public trust through reputation-building and employing centripetal force involving provision of benefits.     

“Facing” leaders: Facial expression and leadership perception

This experimental study investigated the effect of a leader's expression of happy versus nervous emotions on subsequent perceptions of leadership and ratings of traits associated with implicit leadership theories (ILTs). Being fast and universally understood, emotions are ideal stimuli for investigating the dynamic effects of ILTs, which were understood in this study in terms of the constraints that expressed emotions impose on the connectionist networks that activate ILTs. The experimental design contrasted videotaped and still frame presentations of a leadership event; however, this methodological factor had no significant effects and analyses were thus collapsed across this factor. Key findings were that the expression of a happy versus nervous emotion at the end of a problem-solving sequence had multiple effects: happy emotions resulted in higher leadership ratings, higher trait ratings, greater correlations among trait ratings, and greater dependence of trait ratings on leadership perceptions. An exploratory model suggested that leadership impressions mediated the effects of facial emotions on trait ratings. The discussion further links the study findings with interpretations in terms of ILTs and many types of constraints on these cognitive structures. It also suggests ways to integrate these ideas with advances in neuroscience research.     

小学校长服务型领导对教师知识分享行为的影响研究

以山东省248名小学教师为有效样本，探讨了服务型领导、教师同事信任、情感承诺和教师知识分享行为之间的关系。研究结果显示：服务型领导与教师知识分享行为显著相关；教师同事信任部分居间联系了服务型领导与知识分享行为之间的关系；教师同事信任部分居间联系了服务型领导与情感承诺之间的关系；情感承诺对服务型领导与知识分享行为关系的中介作用不显著。
