指导学生英语快速阅读的方法

本文从阅读材料的选用,阅读习惯及技巧的培养等几方面谈如何提高学生的英语快速阅读能力,改革了传统的阅读课教学模式,试图探索出一条提高学生阅读能力的新路子。     

建筑界面的性质与手法

建筑的本质是空间 ,空间因界面才具有使用价值。由于界面将抽象的设计观念转化为具体的空间形象 ,直接传承了建筑内外环境的感性意义 ,从而使建筑成为既有实用功能又蕴涵意义的空间环境 ,并由此引出诸多界面之外的如色彩、式样、质感等形式因素 ,这些因素直接作用于人的感官引起人们对建筑的认知。正是这些原因才使界面的认知与设计成为建筑设计、环境艺术设计等学科研究的重要课题。笔者以现代认知理论为基础 ,通过对界面的基本特征和设计手法的分析、归纳 ,试图从建筑心理学的角度 ,探讨界面设计的相关问题。     

翻译技巧在公共英语教学中的渗透

非英语专业学生没有机会系统、全面地学习翻译理论及翻译技巧,这就要求大学英语教师熟练掌握翻译理论与翻译方法,并将这些内容在日常教学中渗透给学生,其做法是:①使学生明确翻译的原则;②寓翻译技巧于日常教学之中;③寓翻译技巧于作业讲评之中。最终达到提高翻译水平之目的。     

St. Wolfgang College's Health

St. Wolfgang College recently decided to change its health care plan. The administration took this action after just minimum consultation with the faculty. Consequently, the faculty is disheartened, seeing the action as a reflection of the college's top down decision making process and command culture. Faculty are in a quadary as to what they can do. Further, the administration of the college has largely rebuffed the faculty's efforts to increase its involvement in governance, rejecting a faculty reform effort. The college's president has a background primarily in administration at the secondary school level. Since assuming leadership he has focused on improving physical plant. He avows a mission of enhancing the college's academic reputation and has taken actions that he and the administration believe will achieve this goal, such as dismantling two year degree programs that primarily serve disadvantaged and minority students and providing extra funding to flagship programs. 马谡“违亮节度”考

发生在228年的街亭战役,是由诸葛亮亲自组织、马谡直接指挥的,结果以失败而告终。1700多年来,论者都以为过失在诸葛亮用人不当和马谡的骄傲自大。但是,当我们从领导艺术的角度切入时,才发现马谡在诸葛亮长期事必躬亲、察察为明工作作风的压力下,终于在指挥街亭战役时,以逆反心态“违亮节度”,改变了诸葛亮预定的作战方案,擅自布势,导致了街亭战役的惨败,从而为今天研究领导艺术留下了深层次的思考。     

Towards New Public Management in Greek Public Organizations: Leadership vs. Management,and the Path to Implementation

In the beginning of the 21st century, when the notion of constant transformation is so frequently invoked, organizational change in the public sector is gaining increased attention. Responding to regulatory, economic, competitive and technological shifts, the challenge of reorganization is universal for all public organizations. This paper aims to explore the shift from Traditional to New Public Management (NPM), as well as the driving forces (such as the information economy, the need for better public performance, the opening of global markets, greater knowledge intensity etc.) that lead to the formulation of transformational programs to Greece. A presentation of a transformational program called Politeia, will be provided, analysed and compared to previous efforts. Finally, we address the important role of leadership and management in Greek public organizations that want successful to implement any change effort successfully.     

声乐教学中应注意的两个问题

掌握正确的发声方法是学好声乐的基础 ,也是声乐教学过程中不可缺少的重要环节 ,本文就声乐教学中两个容易被忽视的问题作以详细阐述。     

Differentiated transformational leadership and knowledge sharing: A cross-level investigation

Building on theories of differentiated leadership and knowledge sharing, this study investigated the influence of dual-level transformational leadership on three group climates, leader–member exchange (LMX), and knowledge sharing. Using data from 275 employees of 71 work groups in five companies, we found that group-focused leadership and individual-focused leadership both facilitated knowledge sharing while the three group climates and LMX acted as mediators at the group level and individual level, respectively. In addition, our analysis showed an interesting finding in Chinese organizations: an innovativeness climate and a fairness climate contributed to an affiliation climate, which in turn promoted knowledge sharing.     

美德的有效领导:基于儒家视角的政治领导力分析

结合了儒家伦理学和亚里士多德伦理学的观点,提出了道德作为个人能力的理论。根据这一重要见解,以及《论语》中智、仁、勇三大道德能力的发展和实现,进一步提出关于领导力(特别是政治领导力)的理论。赞同儒家学说在人类的感觉、思想、意志等深度结构中的见解,从而实现智、仁、勇(智慧、关怀、勇气)的道德能力,并解释了这3项道德能力是如何三者合一以保证高效的政治领导力,同时展示了这一政治领导力的模型将如何在社会的3个阶层,即社区、商界和政界发挥效力。在评论Governance Principles of Caux Table的时候,从"智"、"仁"、"勇"三者合一的角度提出一个建议,以此呈现所论述方法的意义和价值。     

试析多边主义中的国际领导赤字问题

国际关系中的多边主义机制是很多国家实现自身利益的重要工具之一。而国际领导赤字的存在常常导致多边主义的实际运行效果和预期相差较大。本文借用经济学中的理性分析方法和政治学中的权力结构分析方法,对多边主义中的国际领导赤字概念和领导关系建构的逻辑、过程以及面临的障碍等进行了探讨。
