建构论视角下的社会实体观

主观与客观、结构与行动一直是社会理论讨论的焦点。遵循舒茨现象学社会学之路,伯格与勒克曼从社会实体的概念出发,解析社会实体客观建构与主观建构的辩证过程,展现了主观与客观、结构与行动问彼此建构的关系,开辟了一条面向常人日常生活的知识社会学之路。它凸显了知识在社会建构中的重要作用,认为知识是社会实体客观性外在化及其内在化的桥梁。

郑和下西洋是中国乃至世界航海史上的重要历史事件。值此600周年纪念之际,我们应该认真思考郑和维护海洋主权、关注海洋危机、发展海洋经济、确保海上通道安全的思想和理念,深刻体会郑和海洋思想中的两大基本特征———和平与相互尊重,从而更好地构建中国21世纪海洋战略,有效地捍卫国家主权与领土完整,谋求地缘优势,发展海洋经济,融入国际市场,并力求和平解决海洋争端。     

西方法人类学研究的特征和历史

根据西方文化人类学的特征，可以将法人类学研究的特征概括为：主要研究他者的一般情况下相对不发达而且具有鲜明地方性特征的法，这种研究以田野调查为基础。西方法人类学在内容上一直是文化人类学内容的重要有机组成部分，在研究方法上随着文化人类学研究方法的成熟而成熟。在西方有关学者的论著中，原始法内涵的界定基本明确。法人类学的研究范围有相对性，我国法人类学研究的重点内容应该是民族地方的法律多元现象，其核心为是少数民族习惯法问题。     

Multiplicity: anarchy in the mirror of sociology

ABSTRACT

Justin Rosenberg’s proposal of ‘multiplicity’ as a new grounding concept for IR aims at liberating the international from the perceived constraints of its dominant framing by Realism. Viewed from within the singular political entity, the international can only appear as absence and negativity, traditionally thematised in IR as ‘anarchy’. Recasting it instead as ‘multiplicity’, through a move from politics to sociology, is intended to change the understanding of the international from negative to positive: from conflict, tragedy and repetition to interaction, combination and development. This move, however, does not succeed in grasping the negativity of the international, and so as a result it remains within the limits that Realism enunciates: multiplicity complements anarchy sociologically rather than transcending it theoretically. A new concept of the international would result not from rejecting the negative in favour of the positive but from recognizing them as dialectically contained within each other.     

岛屿在海洋划界中的效力问题研究——从国际法理论与实践看钓鱼岛与中日东海划界

岛屿被认为是近年来国家间海洋争议中最为棘手的问题之一,不仅表现在相关国家对于岛屿主权的争夺,还表现在海洋划界时有关岛屿划界效力的激烈争辩。1982年《联合国海洋法公约》赋予岛屿同陆地领土一样的延展领海、毗连区、专属经济区和大陆架的功能,因此岛屿对于海洋划界会产生重要影响。鉴于岛屿在海洋划界时的重要意义,我国必须在东海划界问题上争取钓鱼岛主权,并利用钓鱼岛提出有利于我国海岸基线确立、大陆架划界、海域划界的主张。     

日本核泄漏对海洋生态安全的影响分析

日前,日本核泄露事故一直是公众和媒体关注的焦点,其向海洋倾倒万余吨的高放射性污水,对海洋生态安全构成了巨大威胁,也损害了其他国家在太平洋海域的利益。本文认为,为了维护全人类的正当权益,国际原子能机构应发挥其积极的干预作用,完善海洋生态安全区域法律体系和管理制度,引导各个国家通过合作谈判的方式,共同应对此次核泄漏事故,确保核安全,以实现海洋的可持续发展。     

Contingent Pathways from Joiner to Activist: The Indirect Effect of Participation in Voluntary Associations on Civic Engagement1

Many analysts of civil society argue that the path from activity in voluntary associations to political participation is largely mediated—membership leads to unintentional political socialization through discussion and/or cognitive engagement, which then leads to participation. Others, however, have noted that groups are often effective in the direct mobilization of their members. This article tests these competing claims, while also considering the extent to which the mediation process relies on negative social capital (targeted requests for activity). Employing a series of structural equation models, I find strong support for the mediation argument, as well as for the perspective that negative social capital is a significant mediator in the pathway from social joiner to political activist.
