老年人生活状态与老年人群体特征的相关分析--以安徽为例的实证研究

为应对安徽省的老龄化,作者自2000年起对老年人健康状况和保健需求进行了持续的调查,现对老年人的生活状态的主要方面以及与老年人群体特征的相互关系有了比较准确的认识,并与全国情况作了对比,为下一步的研究奠定了重要的基础.     

Contemplative Methods Meet Social Sciences: Back to Human Experience as It Is

The aim of this paper is to trace a pathway connecting contemplative knowledge and practices with the social sciences. Contemplative knowledge and practices offer material for reflection in social science even concerning their very foundation. I'll found an opportunity for meshing our disciplinary tools with this knowledge as I introduced it in a health promotion program. The result will be a transdisciplinary confluence of different lines of inquiry contributing to a new perspective of self and social action. First of all I will give a definition of contemplative knowledge and practices. Then, I will make a bridge between the contemplative approach and the social sciences, showing the contribution that symbolic interactionism can play. I will illustrate the perspective drawing on an action research program called Auriga aimed at smoking cessation and reduction among health professionals. The aim of this paper is focused on the specification of the conceptual background in which such kind of program has been developed. Finally, I outline some implications it could represent for what might be called transformative sociology. I believe that contemplative knowledge could contribute to disentangle some of the unanswered questions and concerns in the social sciences, once they dismiss for a while their scientistic perspective. The secular redefinition of tools mainly belonging to the wisdom traditions represents an innovation that can reshape what we intend by the self and experience, contributing to what is called the “social transformation from within,” a pragmatic and wise approach to change at any level.     

清教文化的性别形而上学： 对萨勒姆审巫案的诠释性解释

本文参照行动的文化结构化理论来解释北美历史上最大规模的猎巫事件--萨勒姆审巫案。对该案如何以及何以发生的理解与解释,需要考虑当时活跃在清教徒生活中复杂且被深刻感知的意义。本文揭示了清教文化中的危机。这场造成19个英国男女被绞死的审巫案是在原告、牧师及法官的主导下进行的,他们深植于一个充满意义的世界观中,操纵这一世界观,并最终借助合法暴力捍卫这一世界观。这个世界观是根据如下的紧张与矛盾节点而得以重建的：妇女在社会中的地位、殖民地与上帝之间的关系、世界如何运转的形而上信仰（如巫术与驱魂）。研究萨勒姆审巫案牵涉文化、诠释以及社会学解释的问题。为了回答这些问题,本文指出:（1）文化社会学的解释包含且不限于叙事性意向、意识、言说的意义及行动者的策略;（2）文化社会学的解释应把符号结构与政治经济学的互相嵌入纳入考虑范畴,但又注意不将前者化约为后者;（3）一个危机或事件的走势与参与其中的人们对危机的诠释之间相互纠缠。这意味着,文化社会学能够给出对社会生活的一种因果性诠释,从而超越在理解与解释之间长久存在的区分。     

洋泾浜文本《英话注解》的文化特色研究

以宁波史上《英话注解》（1860）为研究对象,分析该洋泾浜英语文本中各门类、词项和句子等语言要素所体现的标音文化特色,海洋文化和商帮文化特色,该文本在中国海洋文化的传承传播,商帮文化的形成发展以及在中国近代化进程中的发挥了重要作用,其也可为现阶段海上丝绸之路建设提供启示。     

Bringing the Material Back In: Understanding the U.S. Position on Climate Change

This paper analyzes how natural resource interests have been translated into political outcomes in the form of American climate change policy. Incorporating data about natural resource use and national decision-making, this paper concludes that comprehending fully political decisions about global climate change in the United States requires us to recognize how land-use interests in the growth machine are translated into political outcomes. The findings of this paper suggest that, in order to understand social phenomena more fully, sociologists must recommit to studying the conjoint constitution of natural resources and social processes.

Queer Nuclear Families? Reproducing and Transgressing Heteronormativity

ABSTRACT

During the past decade the public debate on gay and lesbian adoptive rights has been extensive in the Norwegian media. The debate illustrates how women and men planning to raise children in homosexual family constellations challenge prevailing cultural norms and existing concepts of kinship and family. The article discusses how lesbian mothers and gay fathers understand and redefine their own family practices. An essential point in this article is the fundamental ambiguity in these families' accounts of themselves–how they simultaneously transgress and reproduce heteronormative assumptions about childhood, fatherhood, motherhood, family and kinship.     

海洋生态文化的认知与实践体系

梳理海洋生态文化零散的、多学科的内涵与相关实践,以多元主体及其互动为主线的综合视角诠释海洋生态文化的形成、体系和实践模式。研究认为:（1）海洋生态文化认知经历了“观念萌发感性认识理性响应理性-感性交融”过程,且认知逻辑上实现了海洋生态系统的资本逻辑向保护逻辑,继而向服务逻辑的转变;（2）海洋生态文化涵盖物质、行为、体制三层面,不同空间尺度下起主导功能的主体不同,不同主体在建设海洋生态文化过程中扮演不同角色且相互掣肘;（3）海洋生态文化实践体系包括以政府主导的规划编研及其实施、企业及其他组织的法人管理文化、公众的海洋意识与生活行为等,且中国海洋生态文化实践过程存在政府强势推动,法人组织与公民海洋意识淡薄且缺乏行动指引,海洋生态文化实践亟待提升科学普及与媒介引导等问题。     

海洋非物质文化遗产数字化传播平台构建思考

采用数字化技术保护与传承传播海洋非物质文化遗产资源,是海洋非物质文化遗产资源可持续发展有效路径。以海洋非物质文化遗产资源丰赡的区域——浙江为例,提出海洋非物质文化遗产数字化传播的平台要素包括海洋非遗资源的采集、数据库的建设以及展示;同时应发挥政府为主导、建立融资管理和加强传播宣传等策略,管理与运营海洋非物质文化遗产资源平台。     

美丽中国与环境社会学研究——2018年第六届中国环境社会学学术研讨会综述

中国环境社会学自创立以来,经过20多年的发展,在学科建设、人才培养、科学研究等多个领域取得了长足的发展,并逐步形成了制度化的交流平台。在此基础上,第六届中国环境社会学学术研讨会围绕“美丽中国与环境社会学研究”的主题召开,参会者采用多元的研究方法以及不同的理论视角,从不同层次和维度探讨了绿色社会的发展、环境问题的呈现机制、环境公正、环境治理和“美丽中国”建设等议题,并且对此进行了充分的交流。与会者的研究成果既有扎根本土的分析,又有全球的理论视野,体现了跨学科的交叉融合,进一步凸显了环境社会学研究的政策应用性,为我国社会发展中的生态文明建设以及构建人与自然和谐共生机制提供了借鉴作用。     

海上保险中的适航性

海上保险中的适航性问题历久为众家瞩目 ,而近几年我国发生的几起大宗船损、货损索赔案都牵涉船舶的适航性在海上保险中的评价 ① ,但因我国相关法律对此关注不够而导致司法实践尚未尽如人意 ,故笔者在界定船舶适航性的定义及标准的基础上着重探讨了适航性在海上保险中的相关问题 ,包括适航性在航次保单和定期保单中的应用时间、应用范围、适航性的举证责任分担以及违反适航性的法律后果等
