海洋非物质文化遗产数字化传播平台构建思考

采用数字化技术保护与传承传播海洋非物质文化遗产资源,是海洋非物质文化遗产资源可持续发展有效路径。以海洋非物质文化遗产资源丰赡的区域——浙江为例,提出海洋非物质文化遗产数字化传播的平台要素包括海洋非遗资源的采集、数据库的建设以及展示;同时应发挥政府为主导、建立融资管理和加强传播宣传等策略,管理与运营海洋非物质文化遗产资源平台。     

美丽中国与环境社会学研究——2018年第六届中国环境社会学学术研讨会综述

中国环境社会学自创立以来,经过20多年的发展,在学科建设、人才培养、科学研究等多个领域取得了长足的发展,并逐步形成了制度化的交流平台。在此基础上,第六届中国环境社会学学术研讨会围绕“美丽中国与环境社会学研究”的主题召开,参会者采用多元的研究方法以及不同的理论视角,从不同层次和维度探讨了绿色社会的发展、环境问题的呈现机制、环境公正、环境治理和“美丽中国”建设等议题,并且对此进行了充分的交流。与会者的研究成果既有扎根本土的分析,又有全球的理论视野,体现了跨学科的交叉融合,进一步凸显了环境社会学研究的政策应用性,为我国社会发展中的生态文明建设以及构建人与自然和谐共生机制提供了借鉴作用。

海上保险中的适航性问题历久为众家瞩目 ,而近几年我国发生的几起大宗船损、货损索赔案都牵涉船舶的适航性在海上保险中的评价 ① ,但因我国相关法律对此关注不够而导致司法实践尚未尽如人意 ,故笔者在界定船舶适航性的定义及标准的基础上着重探讨了适航性在海上保险中的相关问题 ,包括适航性在航次保单和定期保单中的应用时间、应用范围、适航性的举证责任分担以及违反适航性的法律后果等

Russian Social Science in Transition: Applied Political Research and Social Criticism

One means by which the Soviet state maintained hegemony was through control over the production and movement of information. This function created ambiguity, on the one hand, and contradiction on the other, as sociological inquiry progressed within the Soviet system. This circumstance extended to both the appropriate subject matter and the methodology of sociological research. While sociology practiced in the West operated more or less within broad boundaries of free inquiry, such was not the case for most of twentieth century Russia. This paper explores this history of permissible sociological research in Russia, and then turns an eye on the more recent developments in sociology in light of the new Russian state. In particular, the development of democratic processes in Russia have led to a concomitant growth in research centers, institutes, and consultancies, all of which have significant practical and applied objectives for the sociological product. A listing of Russian research centers on the web is included.     

人学研究的"达尔文范式"

本文从五个方面说明了达尔文进化论对于认识人的本质的范式作用:(1)对人的解释的从下到上的新模式;(2)对社会合作行为的生物学解释;(3)对社会道德的进化博弈论说明;(4)关于基因决定作用的"自然选择"说;(5)对身心关系问题的进化认识论说明.     

An Honors College with a Social Mission: Service-Learning from the Perspective of Students and Administrators

By adopting a Mission/Vision Statement that promotes public service and civic virtue, Penn State's newly established Schreyer Honors College (SHC) joins an increasing number of American universities that have embraced service-learning. As a case study, the SHC demonstrates that effectively institutionalizing service-learning is complex and requires more than innovative rhetoric and opportunities for students to volunteer. Despite a proactive administration and evidence of a growing interest among students in community service, I argue that the Mission/Vision Statement of the SHC will most likely remain in the realm of rhetoric until service-learning becomes a mandated component of the honors curriculum.

Inequality/difference in education: is a real explanation of primary and secondary effects possible?

The persistence of social disparities in educational achievement in contemporary societies is a matter of concern to social theory. Sociology of education has distinguished between the primary and secondary effects of socialization in order to construct explanatory theories of inequality of educational opportunity. Empirical evidence from the recent OECD PISA research is analysed to suggest that causes of the primary effect are the most important. The case is made with close reference to Goldthorpe's attempt to provide a rational action model of social disparities in education. An approach informed by scientific realism is held to offer a more adequate explanation.     

Women's and men's careers in British sociology

The career experience of men and women in British university sociology since 1950 is compared, using published data for the whole group and fresh data from a sample of departments. It is shown that, when like is compared with like, the outcomes for men and for women have not been as different as is often suggested; family reasons were more salient in women's careers, but in the end have not made much difference to their destinations. But the proportions of women recruited have varied over time, and the experience of both sexes has been strongly influenced by historical factors affecting different periods. Within the constraints which those have imposed, individuals have not all made the same choices, and that too has affected the outcomes.
