对质疑"配偶权:一种'夫对妻、妻对夫'的权利"的质疑——与桑本谦博士商榷

婚姻制度发生之前没有人形成,此时地球上生命链接的高级形态是“过渡期间的生物”———南方古猿。从猿转变到人的首要条件是实行杂乱的性交关系。对杂乱性交的限制和禁例,标志着婚姻制度的发端,这是自然分工的结果。婚姻结构了血缘家族,家族即社会,社会为人猿之分野。由是而论,婚姻制度的出现昭示了从猿到人进化过程的终结。血缘婚配为人类婚姻制度的第一种形态,也是群婚的初始阶段,这是一种以同辈男女互为夫妻的两性结合方式。因此,桑文所谓的“婚姻制度的真正创始人必定是两个男人”的代表性观点,是个伪命题。前提不真,关于发生学意义上的配偶权是“一种对性资源的排他占有权”的推定,也是不成立的。

运用结构主义的核心理论二元对立结构模式,分析粤西的哭嫁习俗及其哭嫁歌,能清晰地看清其面貌。粤西的哭嫁习俗由来已久,是“族外抢婚”俗的“遗留物”。哭嫁歌分为主体结构和生态结构两个部分。其主体结构由词——曲构成。哭唱的内容有“哭唱父”、“哭唱母”、“哭唱兄嫂”、“哭唱姐妹”、“哭唱弟弟”、“哭唱叔伯”、“哭唱舅父”、“哭骂媒人”等。哭嫁歌多为羽调式,旋律多下行,节拍自由,有些哭嫁歌每句都带有一个“叹息”式的尾腔,具有生活音调的特点。其生态结构由自然环境和文化环境构成。在男性为中心的社会里。女人的地位甚微,她们的力量弱小,只能通过唱哭嫁歌来与社会抗争,争取自己在家族和社会中的地位。

Changes in couple,parenting, and individual functioning following Family Expectations program participation

The current study investigated changes in couple, parenting, and individual functioning following participation in Family Expectations, a relationship and parenting education program for new or expectant parents. The sample comprised 339 couples who participated in most sessions of the Family Expectations program and completed assessments at three different time points over a 12-month period. Study analyses examined: (a) change shortly following completion of the program, (b) associations between short-term change and subsequent change in outcomes at 12-month follow-up, and (c) differences in short-term change between married and unmarried couples. Significant improvements were observed in all three domains at short-term follow-up. Short-term changes, particularly for psychological distress, were predictive of long-term change in multiple domains. Few moderation effects by marital status were evident; those that appeared suggested stronger effects for married participants compared to unmarried. Study findings inform ongoing discussions into the utility of federally-funded relationship and parenting programming.

Intergenerational Support and Marital Satisfaction: Implications of Beliefs About Helping Aging Parents

Everyday support given to aging parents is a salient aspect of married life that may have implications for marital quality. Among 132 middle‐aged couples drawn from Wave 1 of the Family Exchanges Study, the authors examined the moderating effects of each spouse's normative and motivational beliefs about helping parents on associations between the frequency of everyday support that wives and husbands gave to their own parents and marital satisfaction. Husbands' more frequent provision of support was linked to wives' greater marital satisfaction when reports of personal rewards linked to helping parents were high for wives or low for husbands. Conversely, wives' more frequent provision of support was linked to husbands' lower marital satisfaction when reports of filial obligation were low for husbands or high for wives. Findings highlight the interdependence within couples and indicate that both spouses' perceptions are important in understanding linkages between intergenerational support and marital satisfaction.
