训诂学与俗文化研究

郭在贻提出研究俗语词为训诂学开辟了一个新领域,但对现在的俗语词没有提及.训诂学不应局限在俗语词方面,还应扩大到俗文化范围,从研究古书走向俗文化研究,对人们喜闻乐见的俗文化现象进行研究,揭示其所以然及俗误.训诂学对周易预测算命、取名、方俗语研究、英语教学、新词揭源、地方文化研究及数字化电子文献的整理校勘等都有重要作用.     

'Race', Ethnicity and Child Welfare: A Fine Balancing Act

Western multi-racial societies continue to grapple with the‘best’ and ‘most desirable’ way to integrateracial/cultural minorities in mainstream society. The fieldof child welfare provides a fertile terrain in which to testthe prevailing debates and discussions. This paper exploressome key issues in ethnicity and child welfare and the implicationsof these for minority families and children, and the socialwork profession.     

马克思主义中国化与当代话语系统转换

马克思主义当代中国化会因历史使命的转换与时空条件的变迁而构成不同的话语系统,这些话语系统除了含纳马克思主义的基本精神外,在内容与形式上皆有自己时代的特色。"马克思主义的当代中国化"至少应实现两大话语系统的转换:一是由"革命"到"建设"的话语系统转换;二是由"政治解放"到"人类解放"的话语系统转变。这两种转换体现了马克思主义当代中国化过程中原生态马克思主义的理论话语系统向符合中国实际的实践话语系统的过渡。     

Comparison of the characteristics of homes for older people in Slovenia with Goffman's concept of the total institution

The past concepts of life and work in homes for older people in Slovenia are no longer adequate to meet the needs, wishes and requirements of their current users. One of the basic premises, relying on Goffman's concept of the total institution, is that the first and foremost characteristic of homes for older people is that they are institutions. The theoretical starting point, namely that Goffman's concept of the total institution is ideal-typical, was corroborated by an investigation of the presence of elements of the total institution in Slovenian homes for older people, proving that not all features of the total institution can be found in any chosen empirical selection of institutions, with the data showing that those characteristics which are present do not exist in the ideal, that is in the most pronounced form. The homes’ users are given consideration, their personnel are adapting to their needs and requirements, even though this occurs within the functioning of an institution whose aims, i.e. to care for a large number of people living in one place, make life in such an institution subordinated to rules, along with the bureaucratisation and routinisation of services.

“文章太守”最初由欧阳修提出，但它后来不是只指一个人，而是一个复数概念，是具有诗性精神的扬州地方官的统称。古时候科举取士，文人当官，其中多有文采风流之士。但是他们在别处没有“文章太守”这个称号，到扬州却能荣膺此名。无他，盖缘于扬州地方诗性人文的精神特质，人与地精神契合、相得益彰。

论和谐社会构建中的政治文化建设

以构建社会主义和谐社会对中国当前政治文化建设提出的新要求为出发点,综合论述并分析中国政治文化建设的现状及存在的问题,在此基础上,提出当前中国政治文化建设的四个目标,即全面实现“民本位思想”、民主法治、公平正义和诚信政府。最后,提出中国当前政治文化建设的几点对策建议。

内蒙古通辽市城镇化近几年来，大力推进“三化”建设，城镇化发展速度已高于全国平均水平。本文主要对通辽市城镇化建设和发展的经验进行探讨，其城镇化发展，一是结合地区经济社会发展实际，坚持走分散式的城镇化之路；二是着力打造工业和农牧业产业集群，奠定城镇建设与发展的物质基础；三是突出科尔沁文化主题。发展旅游业，带动相关产业推动城镇化进程。
