把历史知识交给更多的人——白寿彝先生的通史编撰及其思想渊源析论

白寿彝先生是我国当代史学名家。其所主编的《中国通史纲要》与多卷本《中国通史》,结构严谨、语意通俗、流传量广,是新时期以来马克思主义史家史书编撰与马克思主义史学大众化成就的显著代表,亦是为了满足国内外读者要求,充分继承通史家风,尤其是民国以来顾颉刚诸先生的通史编撰遗产而取得的集体智慧结晶。

“一切为了群众,一切依靠群众,从群众中来,到群众中去”的群众路线,是以毛泽东为代表的中国共产党人在新民主主义革命时期的长期革命实践中逐步确立起来的。群众路线是毛泽东思想的重要组成部分,为新民主主义革命的胜利奠定了坚实的理论基础和群众基础。

中共十八大以来,国内学术界对群众路线的内涵、重大意义、历史进程、经验教训、制约因素以及贯彻群众路线的途径和方法等方面进行了多层次、多视角的研究和探讨,取得了丰硕成果。通过对这些成果进行系统梳理,勾勒出既有研究成果的总体脉络,以资后续研究参考。     

群众路线在不同阶段的演进:由邓小平论述观察简

在革命、建设和改革的实践中,邓小平进一步丰富和发展了群众路线。邓小平强调,贯彻群众路线,必须保护人民的利益,提高人民物质文化生活,实现共同富裕;必须依靠群众克服现代化建设中的困难,尊重人民群众的首创精神;要发扬民主,改进工作方法,加强群众监督;要把握好群众运动的规律,不能混淆群众路线和群众运动,解决思想问题不能搞运动;必须从制度上加以规定,克服官僚主义、命令主义和干部特殊化。     

群众路线与促进社会公平正义的彰显

群众路线是马克思主义群众观和认识论与中国群众工作的具体实际相结合的产物,是中国特色社会主义的重要法宝。群众路线要求坚持人民的利益高于一切。公平正义是中国特色社会主义的内在要求,意味着改革红利要惠及全民,每个人都共享人生出彩的机会。促进社会公平正义要求始终体现人民群众的根本利益,与群众路线相一致,二者在本质要求、价值取向以及实践主体方面具有深刻的必然联系。     

社会转型期党的群众工作的路径优化

我国当前正处于社会转型的关键期和改革的深水区,党的转型与社会转型相互交织,这使得党的群众工作面临繁重复杂的任务和挑战。社会资本是政党对社会施加影响,并最终实现政党领导的重要因素。社会资本理论的分析框架对深入探析转型期党的群众工作的路径选择提供了重要的指导。社会网络资本是做好党的群众工作的前提和基础;社会规范资本是做好群众工作的基本保障;社会信任资本是做好群众工作的核心和目的。投资社会资本,做好转型期的群众工作,要从构建社会网络资本、发展社会规范资本、培植社会信任资本入手,最终建立合作、和谐、稳定的党群关系。     

论大众文化与马克思主义大众化的良性互构

当前,勃然兴起的大众文化,正深刻影响着马克思主义大众化的文化生态和社会环境。由资本的逻辑推动的大众文化在中国消费主义至上的演化倾向,必然要与大力推进的马克思主义大众化发生冲突。大众文化与马克思主义大众化交融共生是必然的现实选择。借鉴大众文化的崛起模式,系统协调、优势互补是实现大众文化与马克思主义大众化良性互构的有效路径。     

Sociedad red,arte dialogado y demopoiesis: El Ecce Homo de Borja

The phenomenon that occurred with the restoration of Ecce Homo in Borja (Zaragoza) has not gone unnoticed by the mass media in countries around the world since a small notice of this restoration appeared in the blog of the Borjans’ Studies Center in early August 2012. Thus, the paper aims to deepen the triple determination that we believe has caused an isolated incident to become a worldwide media boom. We refer to the phenomenon on the communicative global level, its collaborative or dialogued nature, and the interaction that has been generated by the creators and observers. From here we reflect on the social phenomenon that this new pictorial creation has generated both from the mass media and from various samples of creativity and different conceptions of art.

Epidural analgesia during birth and adverse neonatal outcomes: A population-based cohort study

BackgroundIn general, epidural analgesia is considered a safe and efficient way to relieve pain during active labour and is increasingly used in childbirth. It is well documented that epidural analgesia during birth has benefits but also adverse effects. However, evidence is limited on how epidural analgesia influences neonatal outcome in a low-risk population of birthing women.AimTo examine low Apgar score, foetal hypoxia and admission to the neonatal intensive care unit in neonates of low-risk women receiving epidural analgesia during birth.MethodsA cohort study using registry data to investigate a population of 23,272 low-risk women giving birth at a university hospital.ResultsEpidural analgesia was used in 21.6% of low-risk women during birth. Low Apgar score, foetal hypoxia, and admission to the neonatal intensive care unit were found in 0.6%, 0.6%, and 10.0%, respectively in neonates of mothers receiving epidural analgesia during birth compared to 0.3%, 0.6%, and 5.6%, respectively in the non-exposed group. Epidural analgesia was associated with low Apgar score, adjusted odds ratio 1.76 (95% CI 1.07–2.90) and admission to the neonatal intensive care unit, adjusted odds ratio 1.43 (95% CI 1.26–1.62). A mediation analysis indicates the impact of epidural analgesia on adverse neonatal outcomes was mediated by obstetric complications like maternal fever, labour augmentation, and foetal malpresentation.ConclusionThis study found use of epidural analgesia during birth in low-risk pregnant women was associated with infant low Apgar score and admission to the neonatal intensive care unit.
