唐君毅“心本体”论美学思想论析

“心本体”论是唐君毅美学思想最重要的哲学基础,这种观点以人类的心灵活动为“体”,而以各种文化意识为心灵活动之“用”。在唐君毅看来,生命的意义就在于心灵和精神的求美活动。人们要真正表现美、欣赏美,不仅需要进行各种文学艺术活动,还要以“天下为一家、中国为一人”之仁心来要求自己,以不断提升自己的人格境界,养成至真、至善、至美的人格精神。

Can cities be held responsible for early school leaving? Evidence from the Netherlands

This paper examines if ‘naming and shaming’ is an effective tool to increase accountability in school dropout for cities with disadvantaged student populations. It argues that a comparison with other cities might be unfair if regional and population characteristics differ. It discusses the example of two Dutch new towns. The new town policy deliberately attracted low- and medium-income households in the past, such that today the population of those cities differs from other cities. We use a matching analysis to account for observed differences in population and regional characteristics. The results point out that ‘naming and shaming’ may be a dangerous policy to increase accountability: early school leaving differences are driven, to a large extent, by observed differences in population and regional characteristics.     

略论孔子的修己之道

本文主要从修己之道的侧面分析孔子的儒家道德思想.就修己之道的内容要求、原则要求及所要达到的境界诸方面进行探讨.在此基础上,指出孔子思想的进步意义及其对社会主义精神文明建设的启示.     

Bayesian approach to estimation of intraclass correlation using reference prior

For the balanced variance component model when the intraclass correlation coefficient is of interest, Bayesian analysis is often appropriate. Berger and Bernardo’s (1992a) grouped ordering reference prior approach is used to analyze this model. The reference priors are developed and compared for the posterior inference with real and simulated data. We examine whether the reference priors satisfy the probability-matching criterion. Further, the reference prior is shown to be good in the sense of correct frequentist coverage probability of the posterior quantile.     

Noninformative priors for the normal variance ratio

In this paper, we consider noninformative priors for the ratio of variances in two normal populations. We develop first and second order matching priors. We find that the second order matching prior matches alternative coverage probabilities up to the second order and is also a HPD matching prior. It turns out that among the reference priors, only one-at-a-time reference prior satisfies a second order matching criterion. Our simulation study indicates that the one-at-a-time reference prior performs better than other reference priors in terms of matching the target coverage probabilities in a frequentist sense. 中国文论正变史观的历史向进

＂风雅正变＂是中国文论史观的最初形态。＂以正为正＂与＂以变为正＂的观念一直纠结并延续于两千年的传统诗文理论中。＂变＂也指导着中国现代文论的建构,却不可避免事实上的＂正＂。主正、主变、代胜以至进化,中国文论正变史观一直流转在群体社会和个体人生之间,正变都维系于人生,这正是其价值所在。     

一种快速有效提取浓密视差图的方法

采用边缘匹配和区域相关相结合的办法,用Gauss-Laplace算子首先对图像进行运算,提取图像的边缘像素,并根据一定约束条件匹配边缘像素,再将图像对视作对称,以相关值互为最大来确定其余点的匹配关系。用该方法处理经过良好校正的图像对,在VC 环境下可实现浓密视差图的快速提取。
