对大学生课外体育锻炼中加强自我医务监督的思考

通过对大学生课外体育锻炼中运动性伤病产生原因的分析,提出了大学生应加强科学锻炼和自我医务监督的思考,以期达到指导大学生科学锻炼身体,减少运动性伤病的发生,有效增强体质,不断提高健康水平和学习效率的目的。     

Child‐Care Usage and Mother‐Infant “Quality Time”

Mothers' time‐use patterns were compared in families in which infants spent more than 30 hours per week in child care (In‐Care group; n= 143) versus 0 hours per week (At‐Home group; n= 183) from birth to 6 months of age. In‐Care group mothers spent about 12 fewer hours per week interacting with their infants, for about 32% less time; fathers of these infants were more involved in caregiving. The groups did not differ in the quality of mother‐infant interaction. In the In‐Care group, quantity of interaction was related to greater separation anxiety and concerns about effects of maternal employment. Time‐use data were not related to child outcomes at 15 months of age. Results suggest that the effect of extensive time spent apart on the quantity and quality of mother‐infant interaction may be smaller than anticipated.

伴随着社会转型期人文精神出现了一定程度的危机,主要表现在思想真空、文化多元、信仰危机、价值错位。本文试对其原因进行分析,并提出了人文精神重建的原则,探索了人伦重建、情感重建、信仰重建、价值重建等四个方面的重建工作。     

The Boston Area Diary Study and the Moral Citizenship of Care

This paper describes the theoretical foundations, empirical findings, and practical and philosophical implications of the Boston Area Diary Study (BADS), a study of the caring behavior of 44 participants over one calendar year. In particular, the paper presents an identification theory of care and discusses how it shaped the conceptualization, collection, and analysis of the data in a year-long diary study of daily voluntary assistance. The findings from the BADS (1) theoretically confirm the identification theory of care; (2) methodologically capture how individuals perceive and carry out caring behavior as a unity; and (3rpar; empirically document the existence of a moral citizenship in America that is substantially more vigorous than is implied by the usual indicators of civic and political citizenship.     

发展和完善南宁市新型农村合作医疗制度研究

近年来,党和政府一直把发展和完善新型农村合作医疗制度作为改善民生的一项重要工作。南宁市新型农村合作医疗尽管有了较大的发展,但与同为西部省会城市的西安、昆明、成都相比还存在不少差距。这就需要结合地方实际,从运行机制、资金监管、信息化管理、人才建设等软、硬件方面破解新型农村合作医疗制度发展和完善的难题。

民族自治地方农村养老问题与对策初探——以黔东南州锦屏县为例

民族自治地方农村养老工作与构建社会主义和谐社会、社会主义新农村建设、“三农”问题等紧密相关，养老工作能否解决好直接影响到农村的社会稳定、社会的和谐发展和“三农”问题的解决。民族自治地方农村经济相对落后、经济发展不平衡、人口分布不均衡、农村老年人口日益增多、农民工大量外出等现实，给传统养老方式带来了历史性的冲击。这要求建立具有时代特色和地方特色的养老方式。本文在进行充分的实地调查、分析黔东南苗族侗族自治州锦屏县农村现行的养老方式现状、养老方式存在问题的基础上，结合当地实际情况和借鉴其他地方的成功养老方式，提出具体可行的对策。     

敦煌医药文献P．3596若干文字问题考证

敦煌医学卷P.3596,系法人伯希和氏(Pelliot)盗购的敦煌文献之一种,现藏法国巴黎国立图书馆,以伯希和之名编号为P.3596。该卷为一篇古代医方杂抄,原卷存240多行,200余方。马继兴先生在《敦煌医药文献辑校》(江苏古籍出版社1998年10月出版)等整理本中将其拟名为《不知名医方第九种残卷》。由于原卷抄录文字行草不一,正俗兼行,且有不少讹误字,因而原卷校录中较易发生释读差误。20世纪80年代以来出版的几种敦煌医药文献研究专著中,在该卷子的文本释读方面存留的错误较多。为了更准确地传承敦煌医学资料,现专门就该卷子中的文字释读问题展开讨论,根据语言文字基本理论并参以相关文献加以考订。     

论审理医疗纠纷案件对美国法庭“专家证人制度”的借鉴——由中美两个案例比较谈起

近阶段,医疗纠纷冲突凸显,大量的矛盾往往最终汇集到法院。而审理医疗纠纷案件时,法官面临诸多法律困境,尤其是科学证据的采纳问题。分析认为,借鉴美国"专家证人"制度,人民法院应设立"专家辅助人",可以较为有效地解决这些问题。
