高校会计专业职业道德教育刍议

随着市场经济的不断发展,对会计人才的要求也越来越高。会计专业培养的学生不仅应具有会计专业知识,还应具备优秀的职业道德修养。会计职业道德不仅仅是个人问题,而是关系到国家财经法规的贯彻执行、经济秩序维护的重大社会问题。高校作为培养会计人才的主要教育机构,肩负并承担着会计职业道德教育的重任。     

民办高校教师专业发展的逻辑进路与实践选择

探究教师专业发展的逻辑过程并加速其实践进程，是依法有序推进民办高校内涵建设的关键所在。基于内涵式发展理念，通过厘清民办高校教师专业发展的一般内涵和特殊内涵及其与组织内涵式发展的内在关联，依据教师专业发展所遵循的自身规律，从一般规划意义上刻画了一个关于民办高校教师专业发展的逻辑图谱，并初步提出了实践的可行路径和关键措施，以期为民办高校制定和实施教师专业发展规划提供理论支持或决策参考。     

国外教师教育的研究热点与特点探析——基于《教学与教师教育》2008至2017年载文分析

运用CiteSpace V知识图谱软件，对Web of Science数据库收录的教师教育研究权威期刊《教学与教师教育》（Teaching and Teacher Education）2008至2017年间的1 430篇研究文献进行可视化分析。研究结果表明，当前国外教师教育研究的热点主题主要包括"教师专业身份认同""教师专业发展""教师自我效能感"以及"教师教育实践变革"等4个方面。分析国外教师教育可知：在方式上，强调通过教师的自我发展来推动教育质量改善；在内容上，由"教学分离"转向"以学为本"，重视职前教师实践能力的培养；在方向上，以构建教师教育发展体系为目标，加强制度建设；在方法上，坚持问题导向，提倡多元的研究方法。     

Membership Benefits Matter

Professional associations have provided various benefits to their members to bolster member retention and recruitment. This study explored factors that could influence members’ behavioral intentions in professional membership associations by surveying 13,229 members from eighteen associations. More specifically, this analysis focused on the effects of members’ perceptions of the personal and professional benefits offered by associations with which they are affiliated and their satisfaction with those benefits. Our results suggested that members’ perceptions of personal and professional benefits positively correlated with their intentions to renew and recommend membership. If a member perceived a higher level of benefits, he or she would demonstrate a greater likelihood of satisfaction with the benefits and therefore be more likely to renew membership or recommend it to others. This study could advance understanding of the factors that influence members’ behavioral intentions while also providing professional associations with strategies for retaining existing members.

Symbolic interactionism dwells deep in the intellectual bones of Ginnie Olesen, manifest in sundry ways across a long and ambitious academic career. Here, we briefly sketch her background and then trace her scholarship featuring her interactionist and feminist contributions in four main areas: professional socialization, women, health and healing studies, qualitative methods/feminist methodologies, and the sociology of emotions/interactionist social psychology of illness. We conclude with cherished memories.     

Social work as a bureaucratic professional labour: an empirical analysis in non-profit organizations in northern Portugal

In the last decade and a half, a new perspective on sociological analysis of professional groups has gradually emerged: professionalism and professionalization are no longer analysed as opposed to bureaucracies. In a previous article, we developed an analytical model in which we theorized a hybrid concept of Bureaucratic Professional Work (BPW), based on a theoretical hypothesis of association between various organizational forms (divisional bureaucracies, professional bureaucracies, neo-bureaucracies and post-bureaucracies) and different types of professional work in social work. Structured interviews were conducted with 63 social work professionals who work in 35 non-profit organizations of social services in northern Portugal. We questioned how these professionals perceive their own work in relation to the level of control and centralization of decisions, the routine of procedures and the predictability of results. We also study how social constraints, the tasks performed and work in multidisciplinary teams vary according to the type of BPW. This allows us to detail the modalities of the BPW and set out exploratory hypotheses for other more extensive quantitative studies as well as complementary studies of a qualitative nature.
