对国有小企业改革几个问题的探讨

本文认为，国有小企业对地、县经济发展有着不可替代的作用；国有小企业还存在产业结构不合理、管理水平低下、亏损严重等问题，要解决这些问题就应深化改革，进行股份合作制和委托经营的改造。     

脑室注射6-羟基多巴胺对兔瞬膜条件反射的影响

兔瞬膜条件反射是以声音结合电刺激瞬膜建立起来的条件反射。本文观察了侧脑室注射6-羟基多巴胺(6-OHDA)对兔瞬膜条件反射的影响。结果表明:侧脑室注射6-OHDA可延缓瞬膜条件反射的建立,但非条件反射一直存在,6-OHDA对巩固后的条件反射没有影响。这提示:儿茶酚胺类物质参与条件反射的获得及其巩固过程的调制,而对长期记忆没有影响。

碘离子选择电极的制备及性能测试

本文叙述了用共沉淀法制备AgI—Ag_2S混晶压片膜碘离子选择电极的条件,并测试了电极的各项性能。同时,考察了不同压片压力对电极性能的影响。并将电极暴露在空气中,干存放两年以上,再重新考察电极性能的各项指标,仍能达到制备电极时的水平。同时,还使用该电极测定了食物中碘的含量,与一般分析方法对照,基本一致。     

性与天道:荀子礼学的形上学依据

为了给自己的礼学思想提供一个坚实的理论基础,荀子从人性论与天道观两个方面对礼学的形上学依据进行了系统的论证。在人性论方面,他以“性伪之分”为逻辑起点,以“性伪合”为理论归宿,论证了礼的必要性、可能性及其产生的人性根源。在天道观方面,他以“天人之分”为理论依据,论证了礼在人类社会中的核心价值,并以天道与人道的统一性为理论依据,建立了礼的超越性和绝对性基础。     

The Effects of Parent‐Adolescent Relationships and Parental Separation on Adolescent Well‐Being

This article uses data from the National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent Health (Add Health) to investigate the short‐term effects of parental separation on adolescent delinquency and depression. Findings indicate that parent‐adolescent relationships prior to marital dissolution moderate the effects of parental separation on adolescent delinquency. The higher adolescents' satisfaction with their relationship with the same‐sex parent prior to residential separation the greater their increases in delinquent behavior when they are separated from this parent at Wave 2. These results highlight the importance of interpersonal relationships within the family prior to parental separation. Opposite‐sex parents constitute a significant influence on adolescents' depression regardless of family structure. These findings suggest that research on parental influences on children's well‐being needs to pay more attention to gender‐specific effects.     

农地抵押法制实践的困境与出路

我国农地抵押融资正遭遇法律解释和制度实践的双重困境。法律解释上,从土地承包经营权中分离出经营权作为抵押标的的“三权分置”论,与有关物权法理相冲突,也不符合抵押权成立的条件;制度实践上,以政策推动为主的农地抵押被金融机构冷遇,实际抵押人多为公司企业而非普通农户,且主要从事非农经营或者非粮种植。农地抵押法制实践的困境并非源自农地产权制度不完备,而是市场需求不足。我国农村以代际分工为特征的“半工半耕”家计生产方式充分展现了小农经济的有效性,并从根本上否定农地抵押导向下的规模化、产业化农业经营方式。未来农地抵押制度应在强化农地社会保障功能、减少政府具体干预、拓展农业融资渠道的基础上,完善抵押权设定规则。     

政治社会学视野下的社会稳定问题新探--从政经异构、阶级谱系、社会差异理论出发

立足于社会稳定这一焦点问题 ,分别从政治与经济的异构、阶级谱系的非常化、社会差异的极大化三个不同崭新的理论视野予以透视。通过理论的分析 ,不难得出这样一个结论 :当前社会稳定问题无不与此息息相关。在此基础上 ,提出了相应的对策 :关注异构规律 ,认识阶级谱系 ,缩小社会差距。     

Children's Perspectives on Their Relationships With Grandparents Following Parental Separation: A Longitudinal Study

Following parental separation, children's closeness to grandparents has been reported to be linked to their family situation and differences in adjustment. This relationship has not been investigated longitudinally. This study investigated children's relationships with grandparents over time in different family settings, and associations with intergenerational relationships. Data from 385 children, with longitudinal analyses on 140, were collected at two time points over a five‐year period. Associations between closeness of the child–grandparent relationship and adjustment were not found at the later time point. There was a mean drop in frequency of contact over time, but not in closeness. However, there was stability of individual differences in both frequency of contact and closeness; closeness to the maternal grandmother was particularly stable for children living with a single mother. Intergenerational links were found with the mother's own childhood experiences, particularly in single‐mother families. Following parental separation, the matrifocal bias in kinship patterns was accentuated.     

荀子和谐伦理思想探微

和谐伦理是人类伦理智慧不断升华的结晶,是伦理的至高境界,是调节人与"天"、人与社会、人与人、人与自然之间的相互关系并使之和睦相处、共兴共荣的理念和价值标准。先秦思想之集大成者荀子的学说蕴涵着丰富的和谐伦理思想,它包括养心致诚的身心和谐、天人相分的人与自然和谐、群居和一的社会和谐。这种和谐伦理思想彰显了荀子对传统天人关系的拷问与反思,对人类生存方式的焦虑与探求,也为当下人走出功利主义、物质主义泥沼提供了出路。
