关于(P,0),(G,0)半群与极大(小)正则半群

讨论序半群的(P,O)性与(G,O)性对序半群结构的影响,给出几类(P,O)序半群的结构;此外讨论极大(小)正则序半群的性质,得到极大(小)正则序半群与单位正则序半群等价的两个主要条件.其中之一体现了(G,O)性的作用.

本文利用极小子模定义了极小平坦模,进而定义了极小平坦维数,并且利用它们分别刻画了极小IF环、极小半遗传环．     

深水基础钢板桩围堰最小入土深度分析

以沪杭高铁横潦泾特大桥河道中央主墩深水基础钢板桩围堰为例,分别采用空间有限元法、平面有限元法和等值梁法,计算钢板桩的最小入土深度。计算结果表明:等值梁法可用于桥梁深水基础钢板桩围堰的最小入土深度计算,且计算结果偏于安全;空间有限元法、平面有限元法和等值梁法所计算的钢板桩最小入土深度依次增大,但变化幅度不大;采用等值梁法计算钢板桩最小入土深度时,对于封底混凝土以下的多层土,可以采取等效土层的方法计算作用在钢板桩上的主动和被动土压力,从而简化土压力的计算。     

农村低保三级评议制度及其实施中的偏差治理——以G省K乡为例

实地调查发现,农村低保制度在乡村现行治理结构下出现失效现象。而其根源在于乡镇和村组织之间的实施监督关系变异为乡镇和村之间的合作共议关系,导致低保三级评议制度实施中出现种种偏差,如将低保享受资格作为＂惩罚＂工具,将低保指标作为工作顺利开展的＂抚慰＂、＂公关＂手段等。其深层原因包括村级组织受到乡镇干涉而难以实现独立评议,乡镇监督实际上成为乡镇和村两级组织的＂合议＂,以及县一级组织监督的实质性缺失等。解决此问题的关键在于重构乡镇和村组织间的制度理性,强化监督,促进村民在评议中的参与。

Extended tables of the distribution of friedman’ s s-statistic in the two-way layout

Friedman’s (1937, 1940) S-statistic is designed to test the hypothesis that there is no treatment effect in a randomized-block design with k treatments and n blocks. In this paper we give tables of the null distribution of S for k = 5, n = 6(1)8, and for k = 6, n = 2(1)6. Computational details are discussed.     

Minimal circular balanced repeated measurement designs in unequal period sizes

Abstract

Repeated measurement designs (RMDs) are widely used in medicine, pharmacology, animal sciences and psychology. In these fields, there are several situations where these designs should be used in periods of different sizes. With the use of RMD, residual effects or carry over effects may arise and balanced RMDs are solution to this problem. In this article, therefore, some infinite series are developed through method of cyclic shifts to obtain circular balanced repeated measurements designs in periods of two different sizes.

The Minimal Spanning Tree Preservation Approaches for DNA Multiple Sequence Alignment and Evolutionary Tree Construction

In this paper, we propose a new criterion, namely the minimal spanning tree preservation approach, for both of the DNA multiple sequence alignment and the construction of evolutionary trees. It is our aim to keep the proximity information among the sequences or species via our approach. The basic idea behind this approach is that those distances among species which are close to one another are more informative than the others.
