重塑银企关系以推动中小企业发展

中国加入WTO后,中小企业在国民经济中的地位将日益提高。面对发生了深刻变化的国内外经营环境,中小企业的机遇与挑战并存,但影响中小企业发展的瓶颈——融资环境更是亟待改善。文章主要就现行银企关系中的若干问题加以分析,并探讨了重塑银企关系、推动中小企业发展的对策。     

鲁迅、内山书店和电影院——现代知识分子与新型媒介

与传统士大夫相比,现代知识分子对于文化空间的需求迥然不同.书院、藏书楼是传统士大夫重要的文化空间,他们之间以协作、书信和会晤的方式进行交流.现代文化的生产、传播和消费方式都发生了根本性的变化,本文将研究鲁迅在上海的最初三、四年间(1927-1930年),如何通过内山书店和电影院获得各种媒介信息,并以它们为媒介建立自己的交往网络.这三、四年,正是鲁迅从一个拥有固定职业者向自由职业者过渡的关键时刻.书店和电影院分别供应着一个写作者必需的文字和影像媒介,这些现代文化空间也是新型媒介,使得脱离了"单位制度"的鲁迅得以与外界交流,并建立自己的共同体.     

我国未成年人犯罪刑事责任争议问题研究

现阶段我国关于未成年人犯罪刑事责任的争议主要围绕两个方面的问题展开。在相对刑事责任年龄段未成年犯罪人刑事责任范围问题上,存在限制论和扩张论以及与之相关联的罪名说和罪行说的对立,限制论和扩张论在解决问题的思路上存在共同的误区;关于未成年人承担刑事责任方式问题,应从贯彻双向保护原则的立场出发,通过完善立法来禁止对未成年人适用无期徒刑、附加刑,并放宽未成年人缓刑适用的条件。     

An alternative discourse of modernity in a Chinese monster film: The Great Wall

ABSTRACT

The rapid development of Chinese cinema in the twenty-first century has witnessed a blossoming of genre films with frequent references to Hollywood. The Great Wall (2016), the monster blockbuster by the Fifth Generation auteur Zhang Yimou, tells a peculiar story of a westerner helping the valiant army to defeat the ravenous hordes of Tao Tie and save humans from annihilation in medieval China. Compared to the western cinematic tradition in which monsters incarnate popular concern of the impacts of techno-scientific development, the Chinese film bestows the ancient monster with allegorical meaning of greediness. The bending of Hollywood genres into the Chinese context illuminates the intricate dynamics between the local and the global in cross-cultural encounter. By tracing the development of monster films and the changing notions of modernity in Chinese historiography, the paper examines the re-invention of Hollywood vernaculars in The Great Wall to construct an alternative vision of modernity.     

从“上帝之声”到“自我指涉”内心之语——浅谈20世纪90年代中国独立纪录片的叙事模式及缺憾

中国独立纪录片作者在拍片之初呈现出一种游离于体制边缘的激进姿态,并借鉴＂真实电影＂或＂直接电影＂的叙事模式来对抗主流专题片中权威的＂上帝之声＂。然而,独立纪录片作者＂主体性＂的缺失以及过度依赖拍摄客体的＂言说＂却让中国独立纪录片面临着自身不可避免的缺憾。经过自我反省的中国独立纪录片作者,在20世纪90年代中期开始表现出对＂回到自身＂的渴望以及对＂个人化的写作、自由的表现＂的诉求。中国独立纪录片呈现出多样化、多声部的发展态势。中国纪录片的声音也由＂上帝之声＂演变为一种＂自我指涉＂的内心独白。     

劳教事由类型研究——基于劳教案件的实证分析

十八届三中全会明确提出废止劳教制度后,对于轻微违法行为的惩治和矫正法律制度的构建问题已成学界热点。我国1991—2012年间的劳教案例的数据分析表明,实践中的劳教制度虽然适用范围不断扩大,功能亦由最初的矫治为主向惩罚为主异化,但劳教制度在惩戒、教育矫治、维护社会治安方面的作用明显。因此,后劳教时代立法宜延续劳教制度的基础功能,并把握好教育矫治和惩罚违法之间的度。     

The Erotic Lesbian in the Spanish Sexploitation Films of the 1970s

This article studies the representation of female homosexuality in the newly born erotic Spanish cinema of the 1970s, questioning the political and social implications of these first representations of lesbianism which contributed to shaping the first democratic discourses around women's sexuality. In order to do so, it looks at some of the most relevant films of the genre (most of which have never been studied before) and examines their portrayal of lesbian sex, focusing later on the figure of Ignacio F. Iquino and his film The Mask as the main representative of this genre in order to prove how the narrative construction of the eroticizing lesbian was largely based upon fascist conceptions of homosexuality.     

沈从文乡土小说对民间文学的移用

五四时期在中国现代民俗学和中国现代文学同步展开的时代语境下,民间文学作为民俗文化的一个分支,其价值也被五四一代知识分子们发现,新文学作家们开始重新审视并在他们的创作中运用民间文学,沈从文也不例外。"筸人谣曲""劳动号子""小调"这三种形式的民间文学在沈从文乡的土小说中体现最为鲜明,沈从文众多文本中都对它们进行了移用,使得其乡土小说创作无论是在增添文本表现的地方性色彩还是在刻画鲜明的人物形象这两个向度上都起到了事半功倍的作用,进而鲜明地服务于其乡土小说写作的美学意蕴,体现出了"作家文学"与"民间文学"之间的不可忽视的深厚关系。     

Pride and popcorn: consuming the idea of community at film screenings in the Turkish diaspora

A range of studies have revealed the interrelatedness of identity construction, community formation and media among diasporas, mostly focusing on domestic contexts. Seeking to add further nuance to the understanding of the social lives of diasporas, we concentrate on media culture in the public environment of the film theatre. The significance of diasporic film consumption is investigated through a local audience study of Turkish film screenings in Antwerp. The phenomenon of the screenings was analysed through a multi-method approach, including 536 questionnaires among audiences, 19 in-depth interviews and 3 group interviews, along with previous findings (on distribution and exploitation) of the same project. The results show that Turkish films are almost exclusively attended by people with Turkish roots, creating a Turkish diasporic space within the boundaries of the urban and the public. The audience study shows that the screenings fulfil a major social role but also affect understandings of community.     

LAPLACE定理引理证明的一点改动

高教版《高等代数》第二章第八节中谈到行列式的乘法规则—LAPLACE定理,对该定理的证明及运用取决于对定理引理的证明。笔者在教学过程中发现,对教材中引理证明的最后几步作些改动,可使初学《高等代数》的学生更易于接受、理解。
