语文课程素养培养模式的探索与建构——以湛江师范学院中文专业为例

语文课程素养是师范院校中文专业人才培养的综合素养,也是人才培养目标的高度浓缩。"课程整合、平台贯通、操作一体化"培养模式,则是针对当下中文专业人才培养中的问题及素养形成规律提出的具体方案。要使这个方案落实到教学中,既需要教师改变课程观念、确定语文课程素养的培养目标,又要通过教学评价进行引导。而这一方案一旦成为教学中的共识,将大大提高师范院校中文专业的人才培养效率和水平。     

近五年中英幼儿教师职前教育项目的比较及其启示

2014年以来，中英两国均出台了卓越取向的幼儿教师职前培养项目以提升幼儿教师质量，促进幼儿教育高质量发展。通过比较研究两国幼儿教师职前培养项目在培养机构、课程内容、学员情况、经费投入方面的特色及异同点，分析得出我国卓越幼儿园教师的培养实施可借鉴英国幼儿教师职前教育项目的经验，建立卓越幼儿园教师专业标准，开设职前职后一体化培养路径，健全培养质量监管与激励机制三方面的经验。     

新闻标题的传播环境与实践问题分析

新闻作品文本的标题具有不同于文学作品文本标题的语境特点,主要表现在新闻内容要素对标题具有强烈的制约性,且标题往往可以在文本完成之后再拟制或再进行修改.新闻标题的语境特殊性给一些标题修辞手法的使用提供了机缘,移脱、活化、对比、飞白等标题制作方法经常在新闻标题中广泛使用.

在《史记》《汉书》的对比研究中,行文风格的对比被视为重点。文章通过两部典籍同篇同句的对比,从表达的人称及语言的典雅两个方面,对两部作品进行行文上雅俗的对比研究。     

An adaptive two-sample location-scale test of lepage type for symmetric distributions

For the two-sample location and scale problem we propose an adaptive test which is based on so called Lepage type tests. The well known test of Lepage (1971) is a combination of the Wilcoxon test for location alternatives and the Ansari-Bradley test for scale alternatives and it behaves well for symmetric and medium-tailed distributions. For the cae of short-, medium- and long-tailed distributions we replace the Wilcoxon test and the .Ansari-Bradley test by suitable other two-sample tests for location and scale, respectively, in oder to get higher power than the classical Lepage test for such distribotions. These tests here are called Lepage type tests. in practice, however, we generally have no clear idea about the distribution having generated our data. Thus, an adaptive test should be applied which takes the the given data set inio consideration. The proposed adaptive test is based on the concept of Hogg (1974), i.e., first, to classify the unknown symmetric distribution function with respect to a measure for tailweight and second, to apply an appropriate Lepage type test for this classified type of distribution. We compare the adaptive test with the three Lepage type tests in the adaptive scheme and with the classical Lepage test as well as with other parametric and nonparametric tests. The power comparison is carried out via Monte Carlo simulation. It is shown that the adaptive test is the best one for the broad class of distributions considered.     

Likelihood ratio order of parallel systems under multiple-outlier models

This paper studies the likelihood ratio ordering of parallel systems under multiple-outlier models. We introduce a partial order, the so-called θ-order, and show that the θ-order between the parameter vectors of the parallel systems implies the likelihood ratio order between the systems.     

Decision-making for paired comparison using the extended amended Davidson model

For decision purpose, one of the commonly used statistical applications is the comparison of two or more objects or characteristics. Sometimes, it is not possible to compare the objects at a time or when the number of objects under study is large and the differences between the objects become small, then a useful way is to compare them in pairwise manner. Because of its practical nature, the fields in which paired comparison techniques are being used are numerous. Many Bayesian statisticians have focused their attention on the practical and usable paired comparison technique and have successfully performed the Bayesian study of many of the paired comparison models. In the current study, analysis of the amended Davidson model (ADM) which has been extended after incorporating the order effect parameter is narrated. For this intention, both the informative and non informative priors are used. The said model is studied for the case of four treatments which are compared pairwise.     

Testing for linearity in generalized linear models using kernel smoothing

A test statistic proposed by Li (1999) for testing the adequacy of heteroscedastic nonlinear regression models using nonparametric kernel smoothers is applied to testing for linearity in generalized linear models. Simulation results for models with centered gamma and inverse Gaussian errors are presented to illustrate the performance of the resulting test compared with log-likelihood ratio tests for specific parametric alternatives. The test is applied to a data set of coronary heart disease status (Hosmer and Lemeshow, (1990).     

How social comparison influences reference price formation in a service context

What is the influence on reference price when the source of price information is anonymous versus social? This article investigates the formation of reference prices given an observed sequence of past prices in a service context. An experimental study suggests that, considering the same price information, if the source is social (i.e., the prices paid by colleagues), then consumers want to pay less. More specifically, social comparison changes the way individuals weigh information, attributing more importance to the lowest historical prices and to the range in price variations.     

Insecure times? Workers' perceived job and labor market security in 23 OECD countries

By examining the association between employees' perceptions of job security and central labor market policies and characteristics, this paper seeks to understand the mechanisms through which institutions generate confidence and positive expectations among individuals regarding their economic future. The analyses distinguish between different facets of perceived job security and different institutional mechanisms. My multilevel analyses of a data set that contains information on 12,431 individuals and 23 countries show that some labor market policies and characteristics are more likely than others to provide workers with subjective security. Unemployment assistance in particular is an effective means of reducing workers' worries about job loss. Dismissal protection, by contrast, only unleashes its psychologically protective effects under certain conditions. The paper's main conclusion is that the effectiveness of policies varies and that different types of labor market institutions serve as complements rather than as substitutes.
