进一步完善银行现行资金配置模式的思考

文章从银行现行资金管理体制、资金配置的不足分析,指出银行在资金营运体制、资产负债比例及内部利率方面存在的问题;针对有关问题提出针对性措施,力求能促进我国目前银行资金管理模式的进一步完善。     

两岸三地个人所得税制的透析与借鉴

比较研究大陆、台湾、香港在个人所得税制模式选择、税率结构、费用扣除方法及征缴方式上的差异,可以发现大陆现行个人所得税调节作用扭曲的原因。本文认为,改革和完善大陆个人所得税制,不仅要借鉴台湾和香港的经验,还必须从大陆的现实状况出发,着力构建个人所得税制执行的社会基础和配套条件。     

A comparison of alternative rate estimators in some frequently used growth models

This paper deals with the linear, exponential and Gompertz models and compares the bias and variance of a number of estimators of the growth-rate parameters of these models. Some of these estimators have been commonly recommended in the literature and others are most frequently used in empirical practice. The present analysis points to the strengths and weaknesses of the estimators in their usage.     

On random variate generation for the generalized hyperbolic secant distributions

We give random variate generators for the generalized hyperbolic secant distribution and related families such as Morris's skewed generalized hyperbolic secant family and a family introduced by Laha and Lukacs. The rejection method generators are uniformly fast over the parameter space and are based upon a complex function representation of the distributions due to Harkness and HarknessThe author's research was sponsored by NSERC Grant A3456 and FCAR Grant 90-ER-0291.

本文研究了溶剂的性质以及溶剂中存在某种物质时对乙酸乙酯皂化速率的影响。     

河北工程大学2003～2007年科技论文被SCI、EI、ISTP收录情况分析

通过首次对近5年SCI、EI、ISTP收录我校论文数和增长率进行统计、分析，初步了解其发展状况和趋势，找出存在问题及问题的因素，从而提出一些浮浅认识以供商榷。     

周培源与自然科学基础理论(20世纪70年代)

"文化大革命"期间,自然科学基础理论的学习和研究遭到了严重的破坏。1972年,北京大学副校长周培源应《人民日报》之约,写了《对综合大学理科教育革命的一些看法》一文。但"四人帮"反对《人民日报》发表此文,并下令将此文转给《光明日报》。文章于1972年10月6日在《光明日报》发表以后,他们又通过报刊杂志等形式对周培源及其文章进行批判。他们的行为严重破坏了中国的科学事业。"四人帮"垮台后,周培源揭露了他们破坏基础理论研究的用心是反对周总理,并不失时机地重新倡导自然科学基础理论的学习和研究。他的努力促进了中国基础科学的发展。     

求解SEM极点的Kuhn法

在研究瞬变电磁场的奇点展开法中,散射物体的自然频率(极点)是一个非常重要的参数。以往人们都用迭代法或围线和分法计算物体的自然频率。本文采用Kuhn法,在不需任何初值假设的情况下,用不多的计算时间求出了精度很好的细线导体的极点。     

Benefit Analysis for Natural Hazards

The objective of this paper is to develop the ex ante perspective for benefit analysis with natural hazards. It defines an ex ante evaluation of the economic benefits that arise from policies designed to reduce either the risk of or the detrimental effects associated with a natural hazard. In the process the paper compares the ex ante and ex post perspectives and discusses the prospects for implementing the framework by measuring the valuation concepts that are developed.
