孔子仁道观的建立源自对"仁"的阐发,具有主体性、社会互动性和超越性等特性,并广泛地涉及到道德主体、道德互动、道德判断、道德能力、道德修养、道德境界和道德健康等哲学命题,构起了内涵丰富的仁道观。基于当今公民道德面临的新情况、新问题,重新审视这些特性,对当今加强公民道德建设不无启迪,主要包括:尊重道德主体的主体性;充分发挥道德行为过程中的社会互动功能;努力提高道德能力;不断提升道德境界和积极培养道德健康等等。这些都是当今加强公民道德建设中值得关切的问题,应当努力的方向和可供选择的路径。  相似文献

 本文结合我国上市公司所面临的内部治理机制特点及外部治理环境,从大股东行为的视角对公司现金持有量的影响因素进行实证分析。在加入年度控制变量、行业控制变量和公司财务特征控制变量后,对三项反映大股东行为特征的因素,即大股东持股比例、大股东属性和制度环境因素对公司现金持有量的影响进行了检验。结果表明,第一大股东持股比例较高的公司持有较多的现金,大股东的高持股比例是其占用企业资金侵占中小股东利益的基础。与国有企业相比,民营企业因遭受较强的外部融资约束而持有较高水平的现金。此外,制度环境的发展程度与公司现金持有水平正相关,表明制度环境较好地区的公司持有较多的现金。  相似文献

Summary.  We develop a general non-parametric approach to the analysis of clustered data via random effects. Assuming only that the link function is known, the regression functions and the distributions of both cluster means and observation errors are treated non-parametrically. Our argument proceeds by viewing the observation error at the cluster mean level as though it were a measurement error in an errors-in-variables problem, and using a deconvolution argument to access the distribution of the cluster mean. A Fourier deconvolution approach could be used if the distribution of the error-in-variables were known. In practice it is unknown, of course, but it can be estimated from repeated measurements, and in this way deconvolution can be achieved in an approximate sense. This argument might be interpreted as implying that large numbers of replicates are necessary for each cluster mean distribution, but that is not so; we avoid this requirement by incorporating statistical smoothing over values of nearby explanatory variables. Empirical rules are developed for the choice of smoothing parameter. Numerical simulations, and an application to real data, demonstrate small sample performance for this package of methodology. In this paper we discuss constructing confidence intervals based on asymptotic generalized pivotal quantities (AGPQs). An AGPQ associates a distribution with the corresponding parameter, and then an asymptotically correct confidence interval can be derived directly from this distribution like Bayesian or fiducial interval estimates. We provide two general procedures for constructing AGPQs. We also present several examples to show that AGPQs can yield new confidence intervals with better finite-sample behaviors than traditional methods.  相似文献

Using functional principal component analysis, a method for testing equality of K largest eigenvalues and the corresponding eigenfunctions, together with its generalization to a corresponding change point problem is suggested. We consider the maximum likelihood estimator $\hat{F}_n$ of a distribution function in a class of deconvolution models where the known density of the noise variable is of bounded variation. This class of noise densities contains in particular bounded, decreasing densities. The estimator $\hat{F}_n$ is defined, characterized in terms of Fenchel optimality conditions and computed. Under appropriate conditions, various consistency results for $\hat{F}_n$ are derived, including uniform strong consistency. The Wilcoxon rank-sum test and its variants are historically well-known to be very powerful nonparametric decision rules for testing no location difference between two groups given paired data versus a shift alternative. In this title, we propose a new alternative empirical likelihood (EL) ratio approach for testing the equality of marginal distributions given that sampling is from a continuous bivariate population. We show that in various shift alternative scenarios the proposed exact test is superior to the classic nonparametric procedures, which may break down completely or are frequently inferior to the density-based EL ratio test. This is particularly true in the cases where there is a nonconstant shift under the alternative or the data distributions are skewed. An extensive Monte Carlo study shows that the proposed test has excellent operating characteristics. We apply the density-based EL ratio test to analyze real data from two medical studies.  相似文献

The two well-known and widely used multinomial selection procedures Bechhofor, Elmaghraby, and Morse (BEM) and all vector comparison (AVC) are critically compared in applications related to simulation optimization problems.

Two configurations of population probability distributions in which the best system has the greatest probability p i of yielding the largest value of the performance measure and has or does not have the largest expected performance measure were studied.

The numbers achieved by our simulations clearly show that none of the studied procedures outperform the other in all situations. The user must take into consideration the complexity of the simulations and the performance measure probability distribution properties when deciding which procedure to employ.

An important discovery was that the AVC does not work in populations in which the best system has the greatest probability p i of yielding the largest value of the performance measure but does not have the largest expected performance measure.  相似文献
