试论儒家思想中的精神教育

儒家教育思想虽然已经失去了支配教育的主体地位,但其精神教育中重视心理健康教育、道德信念坚守、理想人格塑造以及其教育途径和方法,仍然对当代大学生精神教育有所助益。     

道德阳光照进微世界——基于微博的道德话语生成及道德教育方式构建

作为一种新兴的网络传播工具,微博在一定程度上影响和改变信息交流、人际互动的方式。微公益、微话题、微事物、微人物等以其特有方式进行道德世界建构,积聚道德正能量;开辟道德教育的新领地、新模式,提升道德教育者"知能",实现道德话语的叙事方式转化。     

培养道德选择能力:高校德育的新指向

当前社会处于转型期,人们的思想观念发生了深刻的变化。在这样一个多元化的、变化的社会,原来居于支配地位的道德观念受到来自不同方面的挑战,不同社会成员的道德取向多种多样,这不可避免地影响、感染着世界观、人生观、价值观尚不成熟的大学生,高校德育面临着前所未遇的挑战。所以,培育道德选择能力应成为高校德育的路径转向。高校德育要实现学会选择与教会选择的有机融合;要坚持一元价值取向与多元价值取向的对立统一;要把握大学生道德选择能力培养的教育策略。     

Growing Up in a “WE” Family

SUMMARY

When couples choose to parent as a unit (the couple as WE) rather than as autonomous individuals, they and their children both benefit. The current article details some ways that parents can further expand their “couple as WE” into a “family as WE” with active parents and socially perceptive children. The article also discusses ways that family members can start and maintain a family dialogue.     

‘(What's so funny ‘bout) peace,love & understanding’: rock culture and the rebuilding of civic identity in the post-conflict Balkans

The article examines current rock culture in the Balkans as a potential vehicle for rebuilding the broken sociocultural bonds between the different post-Yugoslav societies and for creating a constructive cultural space for articulating new forms of civic and post-nationalist identities. The argument offered is that, after the sociocultural exile during the war years, rock culture in the post-conflict Balkans has considerable potential to establish itself as a popular-cultural force of ‘utopian transcendence’ of the current ethno-nationalist sociopolitical moment, and as a catalyst of the new post-Yugoslav spirit of openness, tolerance and peaceful coexistence.     

‘When you have no law you are nothing’: Cane toads,social consequences and management issues

In this article we demonstrate that Yanyuwa people have detailed biological knowledge of their northern Australian environment, which is culturally defined and embedded within their relationships to country, resources and each other. Through a case study of the impact of Bufo marinus (cane toads) on Yanyuwa culture and everyday life, we argue that Aboriginal management strategies and Aboriginal peoples’ intimate knowledge of species and environment need to be understood as both legitimate and fundamental when engaging in management initiatives in Australia. We demonstrate that for Yanyuwa people emotional engagement with their environment is underpinned by a morality of social and environmental relations and that ‘memory’ is pivotal to this engagement. We conclude by briefly delineating how the adoption of a ‘moral ecology’ perspective goes some way to addressing issues pertinent to discursive encounters at cultural management frontiers.     

Towards ‘New Emotional Movements’? A Comparative Exploration into a Specific Movement Type

In this article we broaden the scope of earlier research that established a theoretical specificity for the Belgian ‘White March’ and ‘White Movement’, by comparing them to three similar movements and mobilizations that were also triggered by random violence. The comparisons suggest that we are dealing with a new type of social movement and mobilization, preliminarily referred to as ‘new emotional movements’. The three other cases under study are the ‘Snowdrop Campaign’ in the UK, the ‘Million Mom March’ in the US and the ‘Movement against Senseless Violence’ in the Netherlands. Four important features seem to characterize all cases: the central role of emotions and victimization in the mobilization and development of the movement; broad elite support; organizational weakness; and extensive media support. We distinguish two sub-types of new emotional movements: (1) an instrumental variant with clear-cut aims and demands; and (2) an identity variant with displays of solidarity and compassion as the main constitutive elements. In both cases the initiators lack prior organizational experience and the absence of mobilizing organizations is compensated for by mass media support. In the instrumental sub-type neither the victims nor their relatives take the initiative but lend support and give approval to amateur entrepreneurs. The main mobilizing emotion appears to be fear about the possibility of personal suffering, and this emotion is reflected in the formulation of clear-cut demands for the future prevention of similar events. This instrumentality results in elite support being considerably broad, yet partisan. In contrast, the victims themselves take the initiative in the identity variant, causing the movement to remain more or less without specific demands but ensuring a broad support that is not bounded by party lines.

英国维多利亚时代家庭意识形态规定了中产阶级女性对家庭的义务,反对她们参与政治经济领域事务,将其活动领域限制在家庭中。维多利亚时代著名小说家伊丽莎白.盖斯凯尔认同家庭意识形态规定的女性的家庭义务,但又注意到这一意识形态与社会现实之间的矛盾引发了一种趋向,即女性在自身道德感和社会现状二者合力作用下不可避免地偏离其被规定的活动领域。在小说《北方与南方》中,作者以此社会趋向为背景,以家庭意识形态为出发点,再次界定中产阶级女性角色,拓展了维多利亚时代女性的活动领域。     

南北朝释奠推行模式比较

释奠是魏晋以来由皇帝、皇太子倡导推行的国家级学礼,以尊师崇圣为宗旨,倡导了当时以及后世的崇儒学风。南朝的释奠丰富详备,且讲且奠,由帝王、太子在京师举行典礼;北朝的释奠前简后详,呈后来居上之势,逐渐发展为从中央到地方多层级推行的官学学礼。释奠成为普及面甚广的全国性学礼的历史过程体现了南、北礼仪文化的迥异品质和整体差异。     

志愿服务：大学生道德实践载体的创新

志愿服务对大学生道德养成具有提高道德认知水平、丰富道德情感、磨炼道德意志和形成良好道德行为习惯的作用。高校应通过推动大学生志愿服务的普遍化和日常化、引导大学生端正志愿服务参与动机、建立科学合理的考评和激励机制等措施以充分发挥志愿服务的德育功能。
