浅析民间剪纸艺术与现代平面设计的关系

民间艺术一直是由民众创造并被大众所喜爱和享有的文化艺术,它带给人们的是艺术上的享受和民间传统艺术的本原精神,它与现代平面设计有着不可分割、不可泯灭的内在联系。文章希望通过发掘、提炼民间艺术中的精华来进一步加深对民间剪纸艺术的认识以及发现其在平面设计中的应用,希望民间文化能更好地融入现代平面设计中,让传统民间文化与时代精神完美结合。     

中国转基因食品标识与信息传播的改进——基于公众权益保障视角

目前,中国转基因食品标识目录过于狭窄,标识制度的执行和监管以及食品标签内容存在欠缺;在转基因食品的信息传播方面,有些媒体在传播有关信息时存在偏差,加上公众对转基因食品的认知能力较差,公众对转基因食品普遍存在恐惧感。这些都影响了公众在转基因食品上做出自由的、理性的选择。在转基因食品销售中,为保障和实现公众的知情权和选择权,要严格执行转基因食品标识制度,改进标识方式和内容;专家、科普工作者和媒体要站在客观立场上向公众传播转基因食品技术和知识,要注重双向互动和沟通交流,并根据不同的社会文化环境进行有针对性地传播。     

京津冀一体化背景下“大秦皇岛”城市发展对策分析

秦皇岛下辖抚宁、卢龙、昌黎和青龙四个县.根据辖区内四县的分布特点,秦皇岛需要按照“一核”、“五线”、“一‘三角’”、“一走廊”的发展思路规划区域内部以及区域内与区域外的联系.“一核”即秦皇岛城区,秦皇岛市区包括山海关、北戴河、海港区等三个城区,“五线”即五条发展线,包括东西向的四条线和南北向的一条线,“一‘三角’”即“卢龙—抚宁—昌黎”,“一走廊”即“秦皇岛—青龙”发展走廊.按照这种方式不断扩展,强化“双核＋双子”的“东子城市团”,构建“唐山—秦皇岛”的主辅结构,形成“唐山—曹妃甸—秦皇岛”的“三角形”跨区域发展构架,与此同时强化秦皇岛的休闲旅游品牌,实现北京、天津、秦皇岛的一体化发展.     

The geographic distribution of gaming machine proceeds in New Zealand

ABSTRACT

Within NZ gambling and its associated harms are well-researched topics. However, most studies to date have relied upon the use of survey methodology or have focused on individual regions. In this paper we distribute gaming machine proceeds (GMP) from gaming venues to the surrounding localities in order to derive estimates of GMP per capita. It is hoped these estimates will enable the trusts who operate the electronic gaming machines (EGMs), and who are responsible for reinvesting a proportion of proceeds back into the community, to more accurately target funding towards the areas most affected by the harms of EGM gambling. Our estimates of GMP per capita also provide a means of assessing the criterion validity of the recently developed Dynamic Deprivation Index. Furthermore, although it is well known that Māori and Pacific Island populations have a higher incidence of problem gambling, our results imply that when controlling for socio-economic deprivation and the geographic location of EGMs the associations between ethnicity and GMP per capita are weak. From a policy perspective, this suggests the most effective way of limiting the harms of EGM gambling on these populations is to place tighter controls on the number of venues within their communities.

在英汉语言中,表示色彩的词很丰富。由于文化差异,不同的民族对颜色词汇的理解也不同。通过对中西文化中颜色词的基本象征意义的对比分析,从不同角度强调了英汉颜色词的民族特性,以更好地了解各民族文化的差异,避免在跨文化交际中产生失误。     

Steps towards an integration of basic therapeutic skills: a qualitative study of the development of the ideas of 15 social work students about being helpful to clients

Social work students ( n =39) were shown 10 videotaped client situations prior to and after participating in a communication skills training course. At both times, they were asked to write proposals for helpful answers for each of these situations. Proposals made by a sample of 15 students were analyzed with regard to patterns in their answers before and after the training course. These 15 were selected by using quantitative data identifying those students who changed their level of communicated empathy during the training course and those who did not. The communication course is described. Patterns in the proposals are examined and discussed in relation to central concepts of helping; such as acknowledging, empathic communication and working alliance. Three steps in the development of skillfulness are described and suggested as more general steps in the acquisition of therapeutic competence. The validity and reliability of the study are discussed, as well as possible implications of the findings for social work education.

学习能力是人类传承文明的重要条件之一,也是人类智能的显著特征.但是关于人类是如何学习和学习的本质是什么,若干年来学者们一直没有定论.文章试图从哲学的视野对这一问题进行探索,通过对认知主义学习论、行为主义学习论以及建构主义学习论进行解读分析,试图得出关于学习本质研究的新进路.同时通过对人类学习本质研究的局限性引出了机器学习这个概念,从哲学角度对两者比较分析之后认为计算机仍是无法完全模拟或实现人类学习的.     

论全面建设小康社会进程中的文化建设

随着我国人民物质生活水平的不断提高,文化建设与精神生产不能满足需求的矛盾越来越突出。文化是衡量一个国家发展水平的重要标志。在全面建设小康社会的进程中,我们应该结合文化发展自身的特点和规律,辩证地处理好文化建设中蕴涵着的文化取向与市场取向之间、文化继承与文化创新之间、民族文化与世界文化之间、文化主旋律与文化多样性之间的矛盾关系,从而促使社会主义文化的繁荣与进步。
