中资大型银行投贷联动模式的探索

长期以来科创企业面临着“融资难”的问题,另外,金融新常态使银行传统盈利方式也受到挑战。于是,投贷联动作为解决这两大难题的一种创新金融模式应运而生。目前,投贷联动业务的模式主要有集团内部联动模式和外部机构“联盟式”联动模式两大类。中资大型银行可通过创建产业投资平台,利用政府资金和政策的引导,开拓银行内外资源优势,从而有效协调各机构联动,持续在科创企业的整个生命周期中提供相应投贷联动服务和完善投贷退出机制;同时,要理性开展投贷联动,科学隔离投贷风险,有效整合资源,客观评估优势。     

Sample size determination for estimating multivariate process capability indices based on lower confidence limits

With the advent of modern technology, manufacturing processes have become very sophisticated; a single quality characteristic can no longer reflect a product's quality. In order to establish performance measures for evaluating the capability of a multivariate manufacturing process, several new multivariate capability (NMC) indices, such as NMC _p and NMC _pm , have been developed over the past few years. However, the sample size determination for multivariate process capability indices has not been thoroughly considered in previous studies. Generally, the larger the sample size, the more accurate an estimation will be. However, too large a sample size may result in excessive costs. Hence, the trade-off between sample size and precision in estimation is a critical issue. In this paper, the lower confidence limits of NMC _p and NMC _pm indices are used to determine the appropriate sample size. Moreover, a procedure for conducting the multivariate process capability study is provided. Finally, two numerical examples are given to demonstrate that the proper determination of sample size for multivariate process indices can achieve a good balance between sampling costs and estimation precision.     

The Status of Nutrition Education in ACHA College and University Health Centers

Abstract

An assessment of the prevalence and scope of nutrition services offered through 208 randomly selected American College Health Association member student health centers revealed that 79% of the 160 respondents provided some type of nutrition education for students. One-to-one counseling, available at 96% of the institutions, was the most common approach. The larger the school's enrollment, the more likely it was to provide programs in nutrition. All of the institutions with student populations of more than 35,000 offered some type of nutrition service, as did 52% of the 19 schools with enrollments between 2,000 and 5,000. Health educators, nurses, doctors, dietitians, and trained peer educators provided the services, with registered dietitians the most common providers and often coordinators of the programs. Costs to students for nutrition interventions were nominal; weightmanagement programs were the most expensive and showed the greatest variation in content.     

An Analysis of Verbal Stimulus Control in Intraverbal Behavior: Implications for Practice and Applied Research

A common characteristic of the language deficits experienced by children with autism (and other developmental disorders) is their failure to acquire a complex intraverbal repertoire. The difficulties with learning intraverbal behaviors may, in part, be related to the fact that the stimulus control for such behaviors usually involves highly complex verbal stimuli. The antecedent verbal control of intraverbal behavior may involve discriminative stimuli (i.e., discriminated operants), conditional stimulus control, and/or control by compound stimuli. Distinctions among these different types of antecedent control are presented, along with recommendations for intervention procedures that may facilitate the acquisition of intraverbal behavior.     

Area Agencies on Aging and the Prevention of Elder Abuse:

This study reports findings from a 1989 survey of a national sample of directors of Area Agencies on Aging. The survey provided data on the structure of those agency activities which are intended to prevent elder abuse and on the perceptions of key decision makers with regard to the status of current efforts to prevent abuse. In addition, relationships between the population characteristics of planning and service areas (size, distribution) and program structures and perceived effectiveness were also examined.
