论我国现行高校惩戒权的缺憾及其完善

惩戒权的存在是维护高校自治的需求,合理合法行使惩戒权也是实现教育目的的需要。但我国的现状是高校惩戒权的界限和行使的程序缺乏明确的规定和相应的监督。此外,救济的缺失使得学生合法权益难以得到保障。本文提出了从实体规则、司法程序、救济和监督几方面来完善高校惩戒权的一些思路和解决方法。     

女同文学叙事比较——以霍尔和邱妙津的同性恋代表作为阐释文本

英国20世纪初的女作家拉德克利夫·霍尔的《孤寂深渊》,是英语文学中的第一部女同性恋小说,被誉为＂女同性恋者的圣经＂。《鳄鱼手记》是当代台湾著名女同性恋作家邱妙津最成熟的小说之一,突破了之前同题材作品情欲规避的传统,在台湾女同性恋文学史上具有开拓性的意义。霍尔和邱妙津本身都是同性恋者,这两部都源自于作家本人切身体验的作品,通过不同的母题、叙事风格和叙事策略,展现了在不同文化环境中的女同性恋者应对男权与异性恋社会的方式的差异性。     

汉赋“新篇”《神乌傅》

《神乌傅》于近年出土,赋作者旨在借神乌故事传达弃利避害、全身而存的人生教训与处世哲学。赋文多处征引与化用儒家经典,表现了明显的文人创作特征,因而是一篇文人故事赋,将其定性为民间俗赋或民间故事赋都是不妥的。《神乌傅》显示了说部的特征,作为一个珍贵实例,补充并明晰了古代文学中禽鸟寓言故事赋的发展脉络。     

论法国当代作家艾什诺兹小说独特的地理叙事风格

艾什诺兹多部小说的创作在对生活世界和异域空间的展现中都表现出反常的特征？：遥远的异域空间召唤的是司空见惯和衰败残破的景象,而身边原本熟捻的世界却是奇异陌生的,奔走游弋于这些地理空间的人物只能是一批虚假的游客和无家可归的人。艾什诺兹独特的地理叙事艺术地再现了后现代社会人的生存困境,同时也传递着作家对人的生存出路的思考。     

Of peasants and publics in colonial India: Daduram's story

ABSTRACT

This article uses an exceptionally well-documented law case from the 1650s to offer a fresh perspective on the English experience of Atlantic settlement during its early years. It argues for the centrality of the Essex county quarter sessions court in the building of neighbourhood on the geographic and cultural margins of the Massachusetts Bay colony. By focusing on the north-eastern margin at Cape Ann, the analysis reveals aspects of state building through a common law judicial process which was just as important, but less readily apparent, in other settings. The article addresses three major historiographic areas, engaging with the historical literature on English neighbourhoods and English adaptation to the American environment, on the significance of witchcraft or maleficium in English societies, and on the nature and meanings of law, law courts and judicial process in the building of communities. Case documents also enable the use of some concepts and techniques of literary analysis related to the study of narrative, arguing that judicial verdicts selected and suppressed aspects of local stories elicited during the course of the investigation in order to craft an account of local neighbourhood that suited a broader cultural narrative of Massachusetts Bay’s political consolidation during the 1650s.     

论汉乐府诗歌的抒情性

汉乐府诗歌叙事的目的是为整个作品的抒情发挥铺垫存托与渲染深化的作用。其叙事的戏剧化特征,使汉乐府叙事诗具有强烈的抒情性。而文人特别是魏晋诗人对汉乐府的借鉴与创新正是首先基于其抒情性。     

赋体叙事研究前景展望

赋体兼具小说的叙事性和诗歌的抒情性,赋的叙事性既体现在＂赋＂字铺陈的本义里,也体现在它的题材、手法、与体式上。古往今来的赋论家们对赋的叙事性也不乏零星的认识,但叙事研究相当薄弱,甚至可以说是刚刚起步,一些关键性的、全局性的问题尚未解决,全面系统地考察赋体叙事的成果尚付阙如,理论的更新也该提上研究日程。近年来引入并兴起的空间叙事理论为赋体叙事研究提供了新的契机。赋体叙事可以在赋体本质与叙事、赋体表现手法与叙事、赋体体式结构与叙事、赋体题材与叙事、赋体叙事的源流衍变等五大方面进行深究。     

论《生死疲劳》的叙事策略

莫言仅用43天的时间就创作了近50万字的《生死疲劳》,其创作速度之快、文本之厚重、情节之复杂都令人惊奇。《生死疲劳》的成功与莫言独特的叙事策略密不可分,"六道轮回"的叙事模式、灵活多变的叙述视角以及怪诞传奇的叙事情节,不单是吸引读者的因素,更是文本构造的支柱。     

Japanese Children's Reasoning about Conflicts with Parents

Ninety-five Japanese children (aged 6–12) were interviewed using hypothetical stories to examine their reasoning about parent–child conflicts. Participants were most likely to reject parental authority and to support child's discretion in conflict situations where the parent interfered in the child's personal choice and gave the child commands that violated moral and conventional principles. However, participants were most likely to accept parental authority when the child's wish conflicted with the parent's moral concern. Participants' reasoning was more varied when the child's wish went against the parent's conventional demand. Consistent with their cultural values, participants considered harmonious relationships in evaluating conventional and personal conflicts, but not moral conflicts. Age differences were observed in the endorsement of personal choice. Results suggest that children do not simply act upon their cultural values but also show resistance to parental authority for reasons beyond meeting selfish needs and form differentiated judgments about parent–child conflicts.     

《穆天子传》小说性质辨析

迄今为止，《穆天子传》的撰者、成书年代、文本性质等，均可谓学术疑案。从叙事动机出发，依据战国初期前后相关文献的巨大差异，可以认同此书源出赵国后嗣对祖先的追崇。《穆天子传》体式近似起居注，风格却呈现恍惚无征之态，它既非信史著作，亦非上古神话抑或次神话之类。基于社会风尚和读学心理来审视，穆王故实在虚实相生中形成的小说境界，曾一度受到战国末期神仙思维、汉晋时世造仙运动先后影响，最终在历史误读中造就了后人所谓的神话品格。
