构建开放型经济新体制打造大连市对外开放新优势

改革开放以来，大连市确立并坚持实施“外向牵动”、“开放引领”等经济发展战略，逐步形成了全方位多层次宽领域的对外开放格局，初步建立起开放型经济体系。依托这一体系，全市国际贸易快速发展，出口商品结构不断优化，境外投资持续增加，服务贸易逐渐扩大。大连市要引导开放向纵深发展，必须在强化原有重点园区开放效应的基础上，抓住自由贸易区建设的机遇，构建对外开放新平台，促成梯次开放格局。“构建开放型经济新体制”是党的十八届三中全会部署的改革重点任务之一。大连市如何立足区位优势，抢抓战略机遇，进一步优化投资和贸易管理体制，建立健全相关政策体系，培育有序、透明、法治化的营商环境，引导开放向纵深发展，赢取对外开放的新优势，成为大连市全面落实三中全会改革部署的重要任务。     

轻与重：美丽的悔——读张枣《镜中》

张枣很早就开始尝试对古典诗学传统的吸收和借鉴,并进行了比较成功的试验,《镜中》便是一例。通感和＂词义借用＂使＂悔＂变得美丽轻盈,人称转换造成了心理空间腾挪,＂镜中＂这一出色运用的意象统摄了全诗,三者共同织就一个复杂的文本。这些技巧帮助平衡了诗中的轻与重,取得了良好的效果。     

The strengths of close ties: Taiwanese online entrepreneurship,gender and intersectionality

This article examines entrepreneurs who have started innovative Internet and mobile technology companies in Taiwan because they are at the forefront of industrial changes in the country. Similar to findings in Europe and the USA, education and careers in technology in Taiwan remain dominated by men. However, I argue that the gender inequality of the sector is partly the result of the fact that small new enterprises rely on family support and close social networks. Few women are able to join the sector with male friends and colleagues due to the close social ties of the founding teams (homophily). Among my female interviewees, half have started their nascent companies with their husbands and male partners (husband and wife teams). However, gender, family backgrounds and childcare responsibilities affect both men and women, and the interviewees in my study were open in discussing these personal factors in relation to being entrepreneurs. This article argues that starting an Internet company is a family decision, discussed within the household. Intersectionality, not only gender, explains the founders’ decision to start a company, and their choice of co-founders.     

CONTROL: the extractive ecology of corn monoculture

This article tells the history of the industrial and biotechnological development of large-scale corn agriculture, from a new materialist perspective. Addressing the large-scale economy of industrial food production as a form of more-than-human configuration, it demonstrates how corn has been made into a quintessential commodity and factor of production for a consumption-based economy. Set within discourses around the climate crisis, this account critically assesses the Anthropocene and its advocacy for human accountability in regards to the exploitation of nonhuman matters. I ask: who is the Anthropos? How does it/he/she meet with its domesticated subjects, or rather makes them into domesticable materials? Telling the history of corn monoculture from a new materialist standpoint exposes this industry’s distribution of agency, power and control across a diversity of human and nonhuman actors. This is at the centre of this article’s three sections: (1) an argument for inscribing extractivism within new materialist literature, (2) an account of the industrialization of corn monoculture, exposing the industry’s main mechanisms and economic endeavours, as well as its ramifications with a biopolitics of invasion and (3) the biotechnological development of the industry and its shifts from a biopolitics of vegetal matter to an informational extractivism and a necropolitics of killable life. Thus I argue that if the industry of corn monoculture belongs to a broader network of detrimental industries characteristic of the Anthropocene, the geological Anthropos is not to be understood as synonymous with the human species, but as a very restrictive ecology of humans and nonhumans, including corporate, industrial, technoscientific and extractive actors. As such, the article emphasizes the moral necessity of rupturing with the narrative of the Anthropocene, a discourse better suited for supporting existing mechanisms of domination and exploitation constitutive of the economy of climate change.     

材料发展对建筑装饰设计影响的研究

由材料发展引发的一系列关于建筑装饰设计创新的概念,其主要的目的就是更好将建筑装饰设计与材料运用结合起来。只有通过建筑装饰材料的更新与发展,才能达到将建筑装饰设计艺术、技术结合起来快速发展的目标。从建筑装饰材料发展的历史入手,分析建筑装饰材料使用现状,结合材料特性、绿色环保、智能材料、节能材料、低碳等角度对未来材料的可能性发展方向及其对建筑装饰设计的影响进行探讨,总结归纳材料发展对建筑装饰设计影响的一般性规律,促进建筑装饰设计文化的发展与繁荣,营造宜居人居环境。     

Self‐Construal,Career Decision Self‐Efficacy,and Perceived Barriers Predict Mexican American Women's Life Satisfaction

This study used the social cognitive theory of well‐being (SCTW; Lent, 2004 ) to examine the role of career decision self‐efficacy (CDSE), perceived educational barriers, and independent self‐construal on the life satisfaction of 176 Mexican American college women. A 3‐step hierarchical regression analysis indicated that independent self‐construal, CDSE, and fewer perceived educational barriers significantly predicted greater life satisfaction among Mexican American college women above and beyond the influence of socioeconomic status and generational status. These findings are consistent with SCTW and highlight the need for counselors and researchers to be aware of the role that self‐construal, CDSE, and perceived educational barriers can have on Mexican American women's life satisfaction. Implications for practice at the secondary‐school and university levels are discussed.     

周紫芝新乐府观述论

周紫芝是宋代唯一既大量创作乐府诗，又编辑整理前人的乐府诗，且对本朝乐府诗进行批评的著名诗人。周紫芝对乐府诗的批评以新乐府为主，并首次将关注的目光投向了宋代新乐府。周紫芝的乐府观主要表现为：在古今乐府并存的情况下，充分重视与肯定新乐府；首次对宋朝新乐府予以关注并高度评价；注重唐人新乐府与宋朝新乐府之间的影响关系。

开展高校新校区建设工程项目全过程跟踪审计,是以一整套法律法规为准绳和依据,遵照审计规范和原则,按照审计工作计划,采用合适的审计方式,分步有序地对工程建设项目的全过程进行监督评价,以期有效地控制工程造价,提高资金使用效益,促进学校建设工程目标的实现。     

Searching for self in a world of labels

Searching for Self is a performance poetry piece that demonstrates the difficulties of identity construction in contemporary life. The author challenges the ‘self’ and ‘other’ dichotomy, and in so doing she attempts to reduce the distance between the ‘client’ and ‘expert’; the researcher and researched; the service provider and service user; and theory and practice. The poems are linked to the authors’ experiences of being labeled with a disability.
