本文以大量实际语料为分析基础，在考察“又……又……”位序的基础上。对“又……又……”格式的内部语义关系、连接成分的概念关系及“又……又……”格式的语义表达功能进行了分析考察。     

A Parallel between Regret Theory and Outranking Methods for Multicriteria Decision Making Under Imprecise Information

Incorporation of the behavioral issues of the decision maker (DM) is among the aspects that each Multicriteria Decision Making (MCDM) method implicitly or explicitly takes into account. As postulated by regret theory, the feelings of regret and rejoice are among the behavioral issues associated with the entire decision making process. Within the context of MCDM, the DM may feel regret, when the chosen alternative is compared with another one having at least one better criterion value. PROMETHEE II is a widely known MCDM method that makes no explicit incorporation of regret attitude of the DM. In this paper, we elaborate on the applicability of regret theory to MCDM context. In particular, we investigate the findings of regret theory and explore the parallel between regret theory and PROMETHEE II method. Relying on the concepts of regret theory, we demonstrate how a decision that is made using a PROMETHEE II based outranking method conforms to the regret attitude of the DM.

非宾格化削弱了主语的施事性,也让谓语表征为结果或终止状态,并驱动隐含的第二层次主谓结构所表征的存现意义呈否定状态.非作格化强化了第一层次主谓结构的动作性特征,并驱动第二层次的主谓结构呈常规的存现意义,由此证明了双及物构式的意义是左向或右向传递.予取的双向性可以共存于同一双及物句,但予取的内容不一定是物质性的实体.物质性实体或非物质性实体的双向传递,可以概括为双向的损益关系,这就是双及物构式的意义.

语言的本质问题是现代语言学的核心问题之一。与原子主义的观点根本不同,语言的本质是关系,这是现代语言学的一个重要结论。关系是系统的灵魂,语言系统是由组合关系和聚合关系及其联系构成的网络。语言的本质问题是讨论一切语言问题的基础,相关语言的其它问题都是由语言的本质问题派生出来并由它规定的。     

Researchers Behind Policy Development: Comparing ‘Age-Friendly Cities’ Models in Quebec and Wallonia

Based on a reflexive method, this article explores the roles of researchers behind Age-Friendly Cities and Environments. Referring to Michael Burawoy's division of sociological work (professional, critical, policy and public sociology), it is structured around the international comparison of two empirical case studies: Walloon region (Belgium) and Quebec (a province of Canada). While the first case shows some difficulties faced by a limited policy sociology perspective with little room for research, the latter presents a more developed public sociology approach with larger involvement from research. If both cases started with policy links, the latter presents a special interest for praxis, through knowledge transfer as an ongoing public dialogue. Based on this comparison, the article concludes with a twofold use of praxis: on one side – knowledge in action – a public sociology position offers an original perspective on what AFC/AFE may mean and produce to avoid a limited field of actions focusing only on some stakeholders or advocates for older people. On the other side – action in knowledge – policy and public sociology question professional and critical sociology facing AFC/AFE programmes: is a purely academic knowledge of such a programme epistemologically realistic or should it necessarily be empirically fuelled?
