The Henderson Smoother in Reproducing Kernel Hilbert Space

The Henderson smoother has been traditionally applied for trend-cycle estimation in the context of nonparametric seasonal adjustment software officially adopted by statistical agencies. This study introduces a Henderson third-order kernel representation by means of the reproducing kernel Hilbert space (RKHS) methodology. Two density functions and corresponding orthonormal polynomials have been calculated. Both are shown to give excellent representations for short- and medium-length filters. Theoretical and empirical comparisons of the Henderson third-order kernel asymmetric filters are made with the classical ones. The former are shown to be superior in terms of signal passing, noise suppression, and revision size.     

Objective Bayesian analysis of spatial data with measurement error

The author shows how geostatistical data that contain measurement errors can be analyzed objectively by a Bayesian approach using Gaussian random fields. He proposes a reference prior and two versions of Jeffreys' prior for the model parameters. He studies the propriety and the existence of moments for the resulting posteriors. He also establishes the existence of the mean and variance of the predictive distributions based on these default priors. His reference prior derives from a representation of the integrated likelihood that is particularly convenient for computation and analysis. He further shows that these default priors are not very sensitive to some aspects of the design and model, and that they have good frequentist properties. Finally, he uses a data set of carbon/nitrogen ratios from an agricultural field to illustrate his approach.     

光热反射实验中微弱信号的测量

介绍了用激光光热反射方法测量表面下物体热物性的实验原理.分析了实验中噪声的主要来源,运用带通滤光片结合差分探测的方式降低激光器产生的噪声.锁相放大技术对被测信号进行窄带放大,锁相放大器结合示波器输出了被测信号的周期变化部分,实现了光热法测量中微弱信号的测量.     

Li_2O含量对掺Er~(3+)碲酸盐玻璃光谱性质的影响

用高温熔融法制备了掺Er3的(85-x)TeO2-(10+x)Li2O-4.5TiO2-0.5Er2O3(x=0,5,10,15)玻璃样品,测试和分析了玻璃的热稳定性、吸收光谱、荧光光谱等.根据McCumber理论,计算了受激发射截面.结果表明:LizO的引入,显著的提高了受激发射截面,而较宽的荧光半高宽基本不变.当Li2O的含量为25m0l%时,带宽特性FWHM与σepeak的乘积具有最大值.

Characterization of a class cf discrete distributions by properties of their moment distributions

The concept of a moment distribution is here applied to the class of factorial series distributions introduced by the author (197U). Moment distributions turn out to have a simple interpretation in this case and often take on a simple form. A few examples are given to illustrate this fact     

Takacs–Fiksel Method for Stationary Marked Gibbs Point Processes

Abstract. This article studies a method to estimate the parameters governing the distribution of a stationary marked Gibbs point process. This procedure, known as the Takacs–Fiksel method, is based on the estimation of the left and right hand sides of the Georgii–Nguyen–Zessin formula and leads to a family of estimators due to the possible choices of test functions. We propose several examples illustrating the interest and flexibility of this procedure. We also provide sufficient conditions based on the model and the test functions to derive asymptotic properties (consistency and asymptotic normality) of the resulting estimator. The different assumptions are discussed for exponential family models and for a large class of test functions. A short simulation study is proposed to assess the correctness of the methodology and the asymptotic results.

计算机软件著作权交易课税性质判定及其法律意义

计算机软件跨境交易产生的收入一般被认为是特许权使用费收入,各国参考OECD税收协定范本的第12条签订税收协定,对软件特许权使用费征税.但是,国际贸易实践中对此费用性质的认定存在诸多争议.根据支付费用的不同目的,软件交易费用有时也符合营业收入的构成要件,适用OECD税收协定范本的第7条.因特许权使用费和营业收入的计税基础不同,如果不能解决费用性质认定的问题,就有可能引发滥用税收协定的避税问题.因此,以立法目的为出发点,考量国际贸易领域的利益关系,对软件著作权费用征税性质作出更加明确的合理界定,能够在保护本国税权与促进软件产业发展之间实现最佳平衡.     

含氮硼酸酯对蓖麻油润滑性能的影响

为改善植物油的润滑性能,探索含氮硼酸酯作为添加剂应用于植物油的可行性,以蓖麻油为基础油,某含氮硼酸 酯为添加剂,配制4种不同质量分数的混合蓖麻油,分别在红外光谱仪、热重分析仪、四球摩擦磨损试验机、扫描电子显 微镜( SEM)上考察其理化性能和润滑性能,探讨含氮硼酸酯对蓖麻油的作用机理。结果表明：该含氮硼酸酯与蓖麻油具 有良好的相溶性和水解稳定性的油基润滑添加剂,并且可以明显改善蓖麻油的抗磨减摩性能。
