论防疫常态化中的免疫辩证法

本文试图确立免疫辩证法与防疫常态化的内在关联:免疫逻辑就是将"消极的"生命过程转化为"积极的"生命过程,也是将"例外状态"转化为"正常状态",这种转化本身需要经受合法性和正当性考量。"免疫"和"共同体"是相反相成的一对概念,免疫使特定个体和群体免受其他人和共同体承受的风险。免疫辩证法不是使矛盾同质化,而是使异质性事物在共同体中共在的方法,它超越了认同和承认的逻辑,既不是"党同伐异",也不仅仅是"求同存异",而是更进一步——"相反相成"。免疫范式使相异者和相反者在共同体中共在获得合法性和正当性证明。移植辩证法是免疫辩证法的延展。在防疫常态化中应用免疫辩证法即在于寻找一种替代型生活方式,以便从外在免疫转化为内在免疫。     

Normalizing covert surveillance: the subterranean world of policing

In this article, I draw on data derived from an ethnographic field study of covert policing in the United Kingdom to demonstrate that the deployment of covert surveillance has become normalized, both in policing thought and operational practice. In a break with earlier patterns, the methods of covert surveillance are used extensively and are no longer regarded as a tactic of last resort. Covert policing is well anchored within organizational arrangements, empowered by a series of internal rationales mobilized to justify the expansion of covert tactics over and above more traditional, overt forms. The building of intrusive and exceptional policing practices within mundane contexts, I argue, is one of the ways the police have adapted to a broader policing environment characterized by public scepticism and distrust. Policing relies on the invisibility and low profile that comes with covert work, in order to govern contemporary concerns of crime and insecurity without the conflicts which can accompany – and trouble – overt policing practices. As mainstream policing becomes an increasingly extroverted enterprise, introverted forms of policing have come to the fore.     

An Alternative Database Table Design

ABSTRACT

Social workers oftentimes experience a disconnect between the work they do and how that work is captured by agency databases. The database design described in this article attempts to remedy some of those issues–specifically, having to enter identical client information more than one time, not having a way to capture complex family relationships, and not having a way to capture evolving client relationships over time–while being mindful of ideal database design principles, particularly the concept of database normalization. This alternative design grew out of an ongoing research project and is discussed with in the context of one of the involved agencies.     

高等学校教学管理规范化、科学化探析

高等学校教学管理是一项时效性、计划性、政策性很强的系统工程。规范化、科学化的教学管理是提高管理效能和管理水平的重要途径,也是提高教育教学质量和人才培养质量的基础性工作。本文阐明了在当前形势下高校教学管理规范化、科学化的重要意义,提出了实行教学管理规范化、科学化的主要措施:(1)加强教学管理队伍建设;(2)完善规章制度与教学基本文件;(3)实行教学管理工作程序化;(4)推进教学管理现代化进程;(5)构建科学的教学质量监控体系。     

政府公共性理论的谱系

公共性是行政学说的核心概念,是行政实践的首要美德,也是近年来理论研究的热点问题。然而政府公共性爱好者们对它的探讨,出现了一些认识论上的偏差。他们都从科学的谱系思考政府公共性,实际上政府公共性应归诸哲学的谱系;他们都从管理的途径把握政府的公共性,实际上政府的公共性应纳入伦理的谱系。结果他们纷纷用公共性去规范政府,却又不能构建公共性的规范体系;因为他们都没有站在哲学和伦理学的高度,从对政府公共性固有秉性解释中,演绎出关于政府公共性的解释理论。     

中国佛教雕塑艺术的文化学研究

中国佛教雕塑艺术研究亟需进行文化学意义上的梳理。而民族文化内趋力(世俗性、艺术性)和民族文化选择机制(祖先崇拜仪轨)的研究方式应该成为佛教雕塑艺术的基本研究方式,三者水乳交融是一个不可分割的整体。世俗性内趋力体现了祖先崇拜仪轨的内容性因素的基本趋向,艺术性内趋力则体现了祖先崇拜仪轨的形式化因素的基本趋向。其中纹饰、伪经、菩萨女性化造像的变化体现和促进了这种艺术融合趋向。

疫情防控常态化背景下矛盾纠纷转型及化解机制研究

受新冠疫情影响,人们的社会交往、互动模式等都发生了重大变化。社区矛盾纠纷在表现类型、发生场域、解决形式等方面出现转型,并呈现出发生领域广泛性、强关联性、反映渠道多元化等特征。如果新的矛盾纠纷不能得到妥善化解,不仅影响到国家治理能力和治理水平的提升,还可能威胁社会的和谐稳定与长治久安。化解疫情防控常态化背景下的矛盾纠纷,需要发挥中国共产党的领导的政治优势,完善“五治”融合的基层社会治理体系;创新化解矛盾纠纷的思路和理念,完善“网格化+网络化”双网协同的矛盾纠纷治理模式;引入“四环介入”模式,构建“全息”动态矛盾纠纷化解机制,最终实现社会的和谐与有序。     

Bathroom Transformation: From Hygiene to Well-Being?

ABSTRACT

Western bathroom standards, which have long been dominated by ideas of hygiene, seem to be in the process of change. Whereas transformations of kitchens have been well studied, little attention has been directed towards the contemporary development of bathrooms. This article provides a case study of the transformation in design, use, and meaning of Danish bathrooms, drawing lines back in history but focusing mainly on current changes. The bathroom is seen as a complex arena where many different forces interact. The study applies the regime concept to organize the story and outlines the developments in physical frameworks, practices, and images. It is based on a combination of literature survey, review of magazine and media coverage, visits to exhibitions, and qualitative interviews. The article outlines changes in Danish bathrooms and analyzes how new trends appear in relation to actual bathroom renovations. In particular, the notion of well-being is highlighted as challenging existing hygiene ideas.
