中国文化创意产业理论研究现状分析：2005-2011

选择2005年～2011年 CSSCI 数据库所收录的194篇文化创意产业研究论文,综合运用词频统计法、科学知识图谱方法、内容分析法等多种文献研究方法,对目前国内文化创意产业研究的现状,包括论文发表数量、发表期刊、主要研究机构和作者、高频关键词及研究主题结构、主要研究内容等进行较全面的分析和评价,对未来研究提出了对策和建议。     

国内外战略性海洋新兴产业发展的比较与借鉴

作为新兴产业的重要组成部分,以海洋高新技术为首要特征的战略性海洋新兴产业成为各国争相抢占的科技制高点。本文在界定战略性海洋新兴产业的基础上,通过比较分析国内外战略性海洋新兴产业的发展情况,总结出国外战略性海洋新兴产业在政策规划的制定、管理与协调机构、技术研发与成果转化、投融资机制、人才培养和国际合作等方面的成功经验,借以促进我国战略性海洋新兴产业实现跨越式发展。     

Out of the Blue: the dark side of creative enterprise

This paper draws on an archive of media texts that document the making of the film Out of the Blue. Within these media accounts are statements made by a group of residents resisting the film project, and the film‐makers responding to this resistance. We employ a Foucauldian informed discourse analysis to read these statements of resistance as a starting point to examine the power relations within contemporary knowledge generation processes of creative industries. We theorise creative industries as a discursive object located at the intersection of three discursive formations: ‘creativity’, ‘enterprise’ and ‘place’. Through analysing the particular place–identities of Aramoana engaged by the resisting residents and the film‐makers, we are able to suggest how this film project came to be discursively constituted as creative enterprise. In so doing, we find that the resisting residents’ statements work to disrupt the taken‐for‐granted ‘goodness’ of film enterprise, and creative industries more generally.     

扬州制造业的竞争力评价及其表现特征

作为江苏滨江临河的重要城市,制造业在扬州经济发展中具有十分重要的地位,是扬州"工业第一方略"的主要内容。扬州制造业的优势与弱势行业分别主要是劳动密集型与资本密集型行业,许多行业具有相当的竞争力,但在实际发展中却表现出优势行业发展不足、非优势行业发展较快、出现制造业重化工业化的特征,反映出扬州制造业改变竞争力格局的努力,更反映了扬州地区对发挥比较优势与创造竞争优势的艰难权衡。     

论我国制造业发展的持久性

文章从国家和省级区域两个层次考察了制造业在我国经济发展中的重要作用,对1980年以来全国及其东、中、西部典型省份的三次产业和工业历年数据进行了结构分析和增长趋势分析。分析表明:制造业的发展过去是推动我国经济增长的主要力量,也是推动我国东部省份发展的主要力量,而且仍将是推动我国及其东部省份发展的主要力量;而中西部省份不发展,主要是制造业发展不够充分造成的,表现在工业和第二产业不发达上,中西部的发展更要重视制造业发展。最后,文章给出了相关对策建议。     

Importance of Transparency and Traceability in Building a Safety Case for High-Level Nuclear Waste Repositories

The complexity of the safety case for a high-level nuclear waste repository makes it imperative that deliberate and significant effort be made to incorporate in it a high level of transparency and traceability. Diverse audiences, from interested members of the public to highly trained subject matter experts, make this task difficult. A systematic study of the meaning of transparency and traceability and the implementation of the associated principles in preparing the safety case is, therefore, required. In this article, we review the existing knowledge and propose topics for further investigation.     

基于Cobb-Douglas生产函数的内蒙古自治区三次产业GDP增长原因分析

本文用回归的方法建立了内蒙古自治区三次产业经济的Cobb-D oug las生产函数,并研究技术进步系数、资本弹性、劳动力弹性和规模经济状况对拉动三次产业经济的主要作用,提出我区当前经济发展的若干建议.     

Implicit Attitudes Toward Nuclear Power and Mobile Phone Base Stations: Support for the Affect Heuristic

The implicit association test (IAT) measures automatic associations. In the present research, the IAT was adapted to measure implicit attitudes toward technological hazards. In Study 1, implicit and explicit attitudes toward nuclear power were examined. Implicit measures (i.e., the IAT) revealed negative attitudes toward nuclear power that were not detected by explicit measures (i.e., a questionnaire). In Study 2, implicit attitudes toward EMF (electro-magnetic field) hazards were examined. Results showed that cell phone base stations and power lines are judged to be similarly risky and, further, that base stations are more closely related to risk concepts than home appliances are. No differences between experts and lay people were observed. Results of the present studies are in line with the affect heuristic proposed by Slovic and colleagues. Affect seems to be an important factor in risk perception.     

试论中国经济现代化的四个要素

现代化过程既是一场深刻的社会变革,又是一个全方位的社会变迁过程。从中国经济现代化的历程中,可以发现经济现代化有四个重要因素,即人的现代化、文化现代化、政府现代化和工业现代化。不但应该看到这四个要素对中国经济现代化具有重要的作用,而且应该对这四个要素的任务和方向进行具体的研究和确定。     

论价值观变化的基本规律

在社会转型期价值观变化过程中，存在着破与立相结合的规律，破与立结合方可实现新旧价值观的更替。在这一过程中，又往往要借助核心价值观的辐射与边沿价值观的聚合双向互动来完成。在辐射与聚合的双向互动、相互作用中，核心价值占有主导的地位，但同时应对其他价值保有一定的宽容性。此外，以核心价值为主导、多重价值组合的价值体系，体现了特定社会的价值目标和价值理想，它对社会成员起特定的驱动作用，促使人们追求更高的价值，这就是所谓的价值目标适时上升规律。
