针对当前工科专业《复变函数与积分变换》课程教学存在的问题,对新形势下该课程教学改革提出了一些建议.     

Experiencing Older Age in Korea and Australia The Role of Social Policies

This comparative study explores attitudes toward and experiences of ageing of 60 Koreans, aged between 55 and 65 years, residing in two countries: Korea and Australia. It examines similarities and differences in their perceptions of old age in the distinctive social welfare environments in which they live. It draws attention to the importance of social policies in affecting how people anticipate and experience old age.     

论撒切尔政府养老金制度改革的动因

在英国养老金制度发展史上,1986年的撒切尔政府养老金制度改革是一次具有重要意义的改革.促成这次改革是多种因素的综合:人口老龄化使养老金支出不断增长;社会保障制度发展与经济发展水平之间的不协调;养老金制度本身的缺陷;哈耶克的思想和货币主义理论对撒切尔的巨大影响;政界的右转.     

产业地理集聚视角下的地区餐饮业发展战略——基于Panel-data模型的实证研究

餐饮业地理集聚上的分散化有利于餐饮经济的发展,实证研究表明地区餐饮业的集聚状态又主要受地区消费水平、地区市场容量以及地区旅游业发展状态的影响;因此,地区餐饮业可以采取产业创新、市场深化以及旅游带动发展战略,以促进餐饮业地理集聚上的分散化,最终推动餐饮经济的整体增长。     

The Realized Laplace Transform of Volatility

We introduce and derive the asymptotic behavior of a new measure constructed from high‐frequency data which we call the realized Laplace transform of volatility. The statistic provides a nonparametric estimate for the empirical Laplace transform function of the latent stochastic volatility process over a given interval of time and is robust to the presence of jumps in the price process. With a long span of data, that is, under joint long‐span and infill asymptotics, the statistic can be used to construct a nonparametric estimate of the volatility Laplace transform as well as of the integrated joint Laplace transform of volatility over different points of time. We derive feasible functional limit theorems for our statistic both under fixed‐span and infill asymptotics as well as under joint long‐span and infill asymptotics which allow us to quantify the precision in estimation under both sampling schemes.     

The sustainability of China’s Urban Employees’ Pension Programme: A case of getting old before getting rich?

This article examines the sustainability of China’s Urban Employees’ Pension Programme – the main component in China’s overall old‐age support system. It looks at the sustainability of the programme generally and, in particular, at case studies of two areas (Tianjin municipality and Guangxi province) to highlight both the extent of regional variations and the common challenges facing Chinese policy‐makers. It discusses a number of key issues that should assist policy‐makers to address the challenge of population ageing. It concludes that the challenge facing China is no more severe than that already faced by other countries in Europe and Asia. Moreover, the ageing of the population is not uniform across the regions of China. Consequently, those areas where the demographic shift is more advanced will provide some opportunity for policy experimentation. Given the experience to date of slow progress on various aspects of pension policy reform, the article suggests that it seems unlikely that paradigmatic change will be significant. Nonetheless, the study suggests a range of parametric policy measures that China should consider. The challenge facing China’s policy‐makers is to ensure that China gets old and rich at the same time.     

精神慰藉与健康老龄化--以北京某大学离退休教师为例

本文从当前我国养老中的精神慰藉出发,通过对具有典型意义的北京某大学离退休教师的调查,分析了老年人精神慰藉问题突出的主要原因,提出了从个人、家庭、社区、社会等方面入手,满足老年人的精神需求,实现精神慰藉的基本对策。     

我国空巢老人家庭状态

据全国第五次人口普查资料 ,本文研究了我国空巢老人年龄性别、户口、婚姻及地区构成 ,探索了空巢老人家庭产生的问题和形成的原因 ,提出了空巢老人家庭生活照料对策和建议。     

老年志愿者活动的理论思考和实证分析

鼓励和支持老年人"老有所为",参加志愿服务等社会公益活动,有助于他们个人资源的效用最大化和健康老龄化,有利于社会资源的合理配置,是一项利国利民的事业。当从转变思想观念、提高社会认同、确定牵头机构、提供信息服务和疏通参与渠道等五个方面着手促进老年志愿者活动的发展。     

高龄老人的经济和医疗保障现状、问题与对策思考

我国高龄老年人口中享有社会保障和医疗保障的比例非常低 ,且城乡差异显著。医疗费用支出给老人及其家庭带来极大压力 ,构成了高龄老人生活质量下降的重要原因。本文提出建立多层次的养老保障制度 ,逐步实行社会养老保障、企业补充养老保障、家庭养老保障、商业养老保险、储蓄养老保障、自我养老保障相结合的养老保障体系等政策建议。
