媒体类平台商业模式与价值创造研究

以视频门户网站为代表的媒体类平台企业，凭借其独特的商业模式实现了飞速成长，成为人们日常生活娱乐和信息获取的重要工具之一。以Bilibili公司为例，从价值主张、价值创造、价值传递、价值获取4个维度出发，分析媒体类平台商业模式的构成要素和理论框架，探索其价值创造的逻辑。研究表明：商业模式的本质是创造价值；在价值创造的四个要素中，价值主张是核心，价值创造、价值传递和价值获取服务并支撑价值主张；财务数据可以作为一种有效的发现价值创造环节存在的问题以及评价商业模式价值创造效果的工具。研究成果可以加深对该类型商业模式与价值创造机理的认识，也为实践领域提供一定的参考借鉴。     

The resilience of the entrepreneur. Influence on the success of the business. A longitudinal analysis

The literature regarding entrepreneurship suggests that the resilience of entrepreneur may help to explain entrepreneurial success. In this article, we test whether a connection exists between resilience dimensions and the success of established entrepreneurs in the Spanish tourism sector, and whether any gender-specific differences exist. Resilience of subjects was measured 5 years before the follow-up data was collected. The results show that the three dimensions of resilience (hardiness, resourcefulness and optimism) help to predict entrepreneurial success. The key factor in predicting the success of the entrepreneur is resourcefulness. This could be said about both men and women. However, the ability to predict entrepreneurial success of those who have hardiness and optimism is different for men and women. The influence of optimism on the success of their businesses is greater for women than for men.

At what point in a business cycle do long‐term unemployed persons gain most from participation in active labour market policy programmes (ALMP) as compared with openly unemployed persons? This article studies this question from the perspective of individual human capital with the hazard of labour market exit and chances of future labour market stability and equal post‐unemployment income as output variables. All the long‐term unemployed in Sweden were followed on a four‐year basis, with 1993 (recession) and 1999 (boom) as starting years. The study shows mainly positive effects among participants regardless of the state of the market. However, ALMP training has a ‘bridging’ effect over different labour market conditions, and a quick return to the regular labour market is, therefore, not as important for the success of participation as it is among ALMP employment participants.

Encouraging emergence of cross-business strategic initiatives

We explore how strategic initiatives emerge at the business unit level in the context of multi-business firms. Findings show that such initiatives create cross-business synergies in the absence of any direct intervention from the headquarters. Four factors appeared to foster the development of autonomous cross-business collaboration: a sense of urgency at the level of the firm, the existence of a few broad but strong corporate strategic guidelines, the existence of a set of cross-business integration mechanisms, and an organizational culture promoting collaboration. Our findings suggest that, in addition to developing and enforcing top-down cross-business initiatives, headquarters would benefit from acknowledging the importance of business units' local knowledge by creating an organizational environment characterized by the four conditions identified in this paper.     

An On-Line Estimation Algorithm for Periodic Autoregressive Models

This paper develops an on-line estimation algorithm for periodic autoregressive models (PAR). Indeed, we provide an adaptation of the well known recursive least squares algorithm (RLS), which has been successfully applied to classical autoregressive models (AR), to deal with PAR models. The obtained estimators are shown to be asymptotically efficient under mild conditions. Moreover, the performance of the periodic least squares algorithm (PRLS) is assessed via an intensive simulation study.
