Towards a language of sexual gray zones: feminist collective knowledge building through autobiographical multimedia storytelling

This article examines the narrative and discursive feminist labor of the Swedish 2010 Twitter-initiated #talkaboutit campaign focusing on sexual “gray areas.” The campaign sought to lessen the perceived gap between experience and discourse and work towards an adequate language encompassing difficult sexual situations presented as residing in the gray area between choice and coercion. Autobiographical narratives of negative sexual situations amounting to something less than rape were summoned, produced, and intensively disseminated online and in print media. I mainly analyze the autobiographical stories produced by what could be called the core members of the campaign as they signal the purpose of collective autobiographical storytelling as well as what is sayable and culturally exigent. I analyze how new grounds of contention in between sex and violence are staked out focusing equally on the feminist act of personal/political storytelling and on the story told about sexual “gray areas.” The article discusses the tension between the feminist collective, side-by-side, mode of storytelling and knowledge building and the equally present neoliberal narrative arc which culminates in a subject personally responsible for acting differently next time.     

刑事初查电子数据取证措施适性研究

最高人民法院、最高人民检察院、公安部联合下发的《关于办理刑事案件收集提取和审查判断电子数据若干问题的规定》,首次规定了初查中可以采用电子数据取证措施,但该规定未区分电子数据取证措施的强制性与非强制性。基于我国刑事初查程序禁止采取强制性取证措施的基本法律原则的要求,需要明确各种电子数据取证措施是否可以在初查中使用,即需要讨论电子数据取证措施的适性问题。讨论了网络在线提取、网络远程勘验、调取电子数据和电子数据冻结等电子数据取证措施的刑事初查适性问题,认为网络在线提取、网络远程勘验、调取电子数据的部分行为具有强制性,因此其在初查中应当有限制地使用;冻结电子数据属于强制性取证措施,不应在初查中适用。     

供应链视角下零售商股权融资最优估值模型

股权融资激活了成长型企业协同供应链上下游捕获发展机会的能力,而基于市场套利定价理论的估值未能缓解投融资双方不断涌现的估值冲突,使得股权融资的合理估值探索显得愈发迫切。因此,为刻画供应链与博弈新视角下的股权投融资本质特征,构建了零售商股权融资模型,分析了新战略视角下缓和估值冲突的合作共赢空间,进一步探讨了股权融资战略中合理估值存在性,核心研究发现是,零售商股权融资中存在能协调各参与方利益的“合作估值区间”与最优估值,且最优估值受零售商在供应链结构地位的影响。     

分销，平台还是混合?—零售商经营模式选择研究

随着市场竞争的加剧和市场环境的变化,经营模式的选择及调整对于零售商来说越来越重要。研究零售商经营模式选择条件及当市场环境改变时经营模式的转变机制,通过对比零售商在分销模式、平台模式、混合模式下的利润,给出了零售商经营模式选择条件,并分析当市场环境改变时零售商不改变经营模式和转为混合模式的利润,得到了零售商经营模式转变机制,最后结合我国网络零售业发展现状验证了本文主要研究结论。研究表明,第一,随着产品之间价格影响系数、佣金费率、固定成本的增加,最优经营模式由分销模式逐渐变为混合模式、平台模式; 随着间接网络外部性的增加,最优经营模式由平台模式逐渐变为混合模式、分销模式。第二,当市场环境变化时,最初采取分销模式(平台模式) 的零售商,若产品的潜在需求变化为正且佣金费率较高(较低),随着潜在需求变化的增加,零售商更倾向于转向混合模式; 若产品的潜在需求变化为负且佣金费率较低(较高),随着潜在需求变化的增加,零售商更倾向于不改变经营模式。

The new information frontier: toward a more nuanced view of social movement communication

Abstract

The information environment that social movements face is increasingly complex, making traditional assumptions about media, messaging, and communication used in social movement studies less relevant. Building on work begun within the study of digital protest, we argue that a greater integration of political communication research within social movement studies could offer substantial research contributions. We illustrate this claim by discussing how a greater focus on audiences and message reception, as well as message context, could advance the study of social movements. Specifically, we discuss a range of topics as applied to movement research, including information overload, selective attention, perceptions of bias, the possibilities that entertainment-related communications open up, and priming, among other topics. We suggest the risks of not adapting to this changing information environment, and incorporating insights from political communication, affect both the study of contemporary (including digital) protest, as well as potentially historical protest. The possibilities opened up by this move are immense including entirely new research programs and questions.     

Culture,boundary, and identity: a comparison of practices between two online punk communities in China

This article analyzes how digital technology can shape cultural practice in Chinese online communities. By using the concepts of boundary and identity, it explores the formation of two online punk communities in China, created by those who are interested in punk music originating from Anglo-American countries. Drawing on data from participant observation and 10 in-depth interviews, this article first reviews literature on Internet culture in China, online communities, boundaries, and identity. It then focuses on the differing practices of the two online punk communities. A discussion is subsequently provided concerning how boundaries are constructed in online communities through the exclusion that is enabled by the technological platform. An analysis of how the members identify themselves with online communities and form punk subcultures encouraged by the boundaries of their respective communities is then presented towards the end of the article. It is through this process that the members empower themselves in their relationships with the surrounding society.
