中韩港口经营人责任限制制度比较研究

港口经营人能否限制赔偿责任取决于其法律地位的正确界定。文章从承运人责任限制的立法依据入手，比较分析中、韩法下港口经营人的法律地位以及法院对提单背面的港口经营人责任限制条款的效力的态度，认为港口经营人应为独立合同人，其不能直接根据《海商法》享有责任限制的权利，但司法实践中应认定提单背面的港口经营人责任限制条款有效。     

Psychosocial variables related to transit safety: The application of catastrophe theory

This research applied a paradigm for the study of occupational safety and health risks in manufacturing settings to the risks associated with urban and regional transit operation. Subjects were 290 transit operators who completed a questionnaire measuring safety management, danger ratings, beliefs about accident control, work experience, physical stress, social stress, anxiety, environmental hazards, transit hazards (assaults and insults upon the operator, the need to reprimand passengers for various infractions, etc.), vehicle crashes and operator injuries, and alcohol and drug use. Principal findings were that operator injuries were most closely associated with transit hazards, which were more frequent at night and on the least desirable routes. Injuries occurred in a climate of elevated stress and anxiety which may have hampered the operators' ability to respond effectively to potentially dangerous situations. The cusp catastrophe model provided a non-linear dynamic explanation for accident occurrence and was more accurate (R = 0.71) for modelling accident incidence than the next best linear alternative (R = 0.51).     

PROPERTIES OF THE PATTERNED VECH OPERATOR

The vec operator arranges the columns of a matrix one below the other. When the matrix is symmetric such elements are not distinct but an extraction of only the distinct elements on or below the diagonal forms the operation denoted by vech. For other types of patterned matrices a ‘patterned vech’ operator is defined. The transformations from vech to vec are not uniquely defined. Here we examine properties of linear transformations which overcome the lack of uniqueness and develop properties of such linear transformations.

基于农业技术推广的视角,对异质性农业经营主体技术采纳行为的差异性及其影响因素进行了理论探讨,并利用微观调查数据进行了验证。研究表明：农业生产要素规模、结构及技能水平差异,导致异质性农业经营主体技术采纳成本、收益及风险判断的不同,使其技术内容、推广途径及推广主体选择呈现显著差异;小规模兼业农户偏好由政府推广机构通过技术人员现场指导的方式提供生产阶段的技术;家庭农场（专业大户）偏好由农资企业通过公共传媒提供与其规模经营特征相适应的技术;农民专业合作组织偏好通过组织自身的技术选择及应用满足其多元化技术需求;农业企业偏好通过经营性推广主体的多元化推广途径,获得服务其经营目标的各类技术。因此,为了提升农技推广效率和农技服务有效供给水平,应针对不同规模、不同组织化的农业经营主体制定农技精准推广方案,提高农业技术供求的匹配程度。     

结构功能主义视角下乡村旅游的可持续发展

乡村旅游的管理结构可以视为具有一定结构的系统,要维持该系统的有效运行,政府、投资经营者以及当地村民应该发挥既有的功能。近年来我国乡村旅游产业发展速度虽然很快,但也存在着政府未充分发挥社会治理职能、投资经营者对乡村旅游可持续发展的认识较浅显、当地村民缺乏相关专业知识且缺失话语权等一些不容忽视的矛盾和问题,直接影响了乡村旅游的可持续发展。为了促进我国乡村旅游的可持续发展,政府应设立专项资金,吸引投资并进行科学规划与规范管理;投资经营者应深入挖掘特色乡土文化,同时构建并延伸产业链;村民应该积极参加专业培训,增强自身参与性。     

How to beat early movers: The role of competitive strategy and industry dynamism on followers’ performance in the telecommunications industry

The idea of first-mover advantages is frequently used by both managers and academics alike. Despite its importance for understanding the performance of entry in new markets, the evidence remains mixed. Our study advances research on the entry timing-performance relationship by adopting a contingency perspective that includes both micro (competitive strategies) and macro (industry dynamics) dimensions to explain differences in entrants' profitability. In this paper we focus on follower firms and propose that cost leadership is the best strategy for them to successfully entering a market. In addition, recognizing the contingency effect of industry dynamism, we also examine how market growth and technology evolution affect the effectiveness of followers’ competitive strategies. Specifically, we propose that followers will be better off by using cost strategies in growing markets, while when operating in contexts of technological change the performance of the cost leadership strategy will be lower.

Asymptotic normality for limiting discrete distributions

Three basic asymptotic normality conditions for limiting discrete distributions are given in terms of differencing operators. Under these conditions one can establish asymptotic normality by directly dealing with the limiting behaviors of distribution functions themselves without resorting to the central limit theorem.     

基于电信运营商二级库存系统的物资仓储集中化研究

针对中国电信运营商的仓储管理实践和运作现状,基于经典的级库存理论,采用周转库存与安全库存相结合的方式,提出了一套完整的电信运营商二级库存系统建模体系,并应用于某运营商3个省公司的2类面向库存管理的重要物资———终端和光缆,用以指导电信物资仓储集中化的管理实践。同时,通过对计算结果的分析比较,总结影响物资集中化的内外关键因素,给出了电信运营商物资仓储集中化战略如何发展演进的建议和措施。     

一类多元Bernstein型算子加Jacobi权的逼近

本文首先用递归法定义一类新的多元Bernstein型算子，并给出其在一致逼近意义下的特征刻划．然后指出这一算子加权逼近的无界性．最后利用一类修正的加权K-泛函给出了该算子加Jacobi权逼近的特征刻划定理及其光滑性刻划．
