“电子技术”整合教学模式研究

本文针对电子技术课程的教学特点和传统教学模式中存在的问题,阐述了整合教学模式的思想来源和内涵,以及整合教学模式下“电子技术”课程构建的基本方式和原则。明确提出了以现代信息技术为基础,构建“电子技术”整合教学模式的最终目的,是培养具有主动探知能力、协同合作能力和自主学习能力的综合型高素质人才。     

异体字("重文")漫议

<说文>的异体字("重文")和现代异体字有着错综复杂的对应关系.就现代异体字情况看,它与繁简字、古今字、通假字、分化字、错讹字、新旧字形等多种文字现象有关涉.异体字是有历史层次的,应从历史发展的观点看待异体字.从研读古籍和文字使用方面看,应分清全同异体字和部分异体字.从整理异体字角度看,<说文>是历史上第一次对异体字进行了大规模的整理,开创了历史的先例,给我们很多有益的启示.     

金融危机10年来中国股市动态演化与市场稳健研究——一个基于复杂网络视角的实证

将复杂网络理论最小生成树（MST）算法和滑窗分析相结合，在2008年全球金融危机和2015年中国股市震荡的背景下，以2003年至2017年的上证A股收益率数据作为实证样本，构建股票市场动态关联网络，并从网络节点移除和连边变化两个角度出发，对其在不同时期的动态演化特征和市场稳健性质进行探讨。研究结果表明：网络结构整体上在金融危机之前和之后较为松散，而在金融危机和股市震荡期间则变得非常紧凑，节点的度分布和影响强度分布更加聚集。这意味着在金融危机和股市震荡期间，系统重要性公司的影响力持续增强，其股价的变化对其它公司将产生更为显著的影响；不同类型的事件对股市网络连通性和稳健性的影响程度不同，区域性事件（股市震荡）比全球性事件（金融危机）对市场的冲击更大；短期来看，金融危机和股市震荡对网络连边的稳健性并没有造成太大的冲击，整个研究时段网络的存活比率都维持在较高的水平。但随着步长的增加，网络的存活比率急剧下降，这意味着股市网络相关结构的长期稳健性是减弱的。     

Schulentwicklung — ein kritischer Blick auf ein aktuelles Phänomen

School developmement, a critical perspective Today, everything dealing with school becomes subsumed under the keyword school development. The demand for school development is raised by two sides: on the one hand by political and social groups, on the other by schools themselves. In this way, very different ideas and demands on school development arise. School as institution and schools as highly complex organizations can’t be reformed with programs derived from economy and management methods. The legal and social context as well as school theories, organizational culture, internal structures and the self concept of teachers constitute the frame, in wich school development takes place as a continual process and whose neglect causes frustration and failure.     

Inter‐professional working in child protection with families with long‐term and complex needs

Within the United Kingdom there is growing awareness of the need to identify and support the small number of children who are living in families experiencing multiple problems. Research indicates that adverse experiences in childhood can result in poor outcomes in adulthood in terms of lack of employment, poorer physical and mental health and increases in social problems experienced. It is acknowledged that most of these children are known to child welfare professionals and that some are referred to social services, subsequently entering the child protection system. This paper reports research conducted with 28 experienced child welfare professionals. It explores their views about families known to the child protection system with long‐term and complex needs in relation to the characteristics of children and their families; the process of intervention with families; and the effects of organisational arrangements on practice. The research indicates that these families are characterised by the range and depth of the problems experienced by the adults, such as domestic violence, mental health difficulties and substance misuse problems, and the need for professionals to have good inter‐personal skills and access to specialist therapeutic services if families are to be supported to address their problems. Tests based on equivariant estimators

Let ?⁽¹⁾ and ?⁽²⁾ be location-equivariant estimators of an unknown location parameter μ. It is shown that the test for H₀: μ ≤ μ₀ versus H_A : μ > μ₀ that rejects H₀ if ?⁽¹⁾ is large is uniformly more powerful than the one that rejects H₀ if ?⁽²⁾ is large if and only if ?⁽²⁾ is “more dispersed” than ?⁽¹⁾. A similar result is obtained for tests on scale using the star-shaped ordering. Examples are given.

氨汞化合物的性质研究

通过实验讨论了二价汞盐与氨反应生成的氨汞沉淀在过量氨水 ,铵盐及氨性缓冲溶液和常见酸中的溶解性 提出 :在NH3·H2 O_NH4NO3 溶液中 ,二价汞与氨水反应生成可溶性氨配合物 ,沉淀溶解 ;在H 与配离子Cl-,Br-,I-,SCN-等共存时 ,氨汞沉淀也能形成配合物而溶解 ;单一Cl-的存在不利于氨汞沉淀的溶解 同时 ,还从配位平衡 ,硬软酸碱理论 ,结构等方面对实验现象作了简要解释
