台湾地区农民专业合作组织的发展及其对福建的启示

台湾地区在农业产业化过程中,通过转变农业经营模式,扩大了经营规模,使农业经营走向企业化和专业化。通过发展农民专业合作组织,降低了农民在市场竞争中的风险,提高了农民的谈判地位和利益保护能力,最终达到了增加农民收入的目的。福建与台湾地区具有"五缘"(地缘相近、血缘相亲、文缘相承、商缘相连、法缘相循)的独特优势,在福建省委提出建设海峡西岸经济区的战略构想和闽台农业试验区扩大到全省的背景下,两岸农业合作的平台更加广大,台湾地区发展农民专业合作组织的做法对福建发展农民专业合作组织更加具有借鉴意义。     

明朝对中朝朝贡的组织管理及其影响

朝贡的组织与管理是明朝朝贡制度完善的具体体现,从中央到地方,都有专门的机构和人员负责朝贡事务,不仅设置完备的机构,在朝贡的组织过程中也有条不紊,有章可循.对朝鲜的特例,使明朝与朝鲜的朝贡关系比其他朝贡国更为密切,给两国之间的政治、经济、文化发展带来了深刻的影响.     

Ordering competition: the interactional accomplishment of the sale of art and antiques at auction

Auctions provide an institutional solution to a social problem; they enable the legitimate pricing and exchange of goods where those goods are of uncertain value. In turn, auctions raise a number of social and organizational issues that are resolved within the interaction that arise in sales by auction. In this paper, we examine sales of fine art, antiques and objets d'art and explore the ways in which auctioneers mediate competition between buyers and establish a value for goods. In particular, we explore how bids are elicited, co-ordinated and revealed so as to rapidly escalate the price of goods in a transparent manner that enables the legitimate valuation and exchange of goods. In directing attention towards the significance of the social interaction, including talk, visual and material conduct, the paper contributes to the growing corpus of ethnographic studies of markets. It suggests that to understand the operation of markets and their outcomes, and to unpack issues of agency, trust and practice, we need to place the 'interaction order' at the heart of analytic agenda.     

党的执政能力分层建设之思考

中国共产党这一概念所包含的主体可区分为:党的整体、各级党的组织和党员个体。这三种不同的主体在党的执政实践中,分别具有不同的职能。我们只有在区分它们各自职能的基础上,对其能力有针对性地分别加以建设,才能把党的执政能力建设落到实处,有效地推进“党的建设新的伟大工程”。     

宋代专门编敕机构——详定编敕所述论

详定编敕所是宋代"以删立法令"为主的一个机构,设立于仁宗天圣五年(1027年),历经了从详定编敕所到详定敕令所的演变.它由提举、同提举、详定官、删定官和一定数量的胥吏组成.通过对"宣敕"的删、润、编,进行编敕,并在立法建设上取得了重大成绩,在宋代立法链条上是散敕上升为一般法律的重要环节,同时也是终端环节.     

A praxis and Research Agenda for Multicultural Human Services Organizations

Human services organizations in the United States are currently faced with the problems of a diminishing and shifting resource base coupled with increasing demands for services. In addition, national demographic changes with increasing social diversity, and a rise in racial, ethnic, gender and other group-based tensions have posed special challenges for human service organizations. By tracing the history of social work approaches to working with ethnic minorities, this paper argues that responses to environmental flux have in fact been inadequate in addressing issues of social inequalities and injustices. We articulate a vision of socially just and diverse human services organizations that are both empowering and empowered. We call these Multicultural Human Services Organizations (MHSO). We spell out praxis and research agendas that continue the social justice-social diversity mission that is central to our vision.     

Beyond bureaucracy and entrepreneurialism: Examining the multiple discursive codes informing the work,careers and subjectivities of management graduates

This paper examines how discursive codes and demands associated with ‘bureaucratic and entrepreneurial regimes’ of work and career organization shape the work, careers and subjectivities of management graduates. The study is based on an analysis of 30 narratives of management professionals who graduated from an Austrian business school in the early 1970s or 2000s. Its insights suggest that variegated discursive codes manifest in the graduates’ articulated professional practices and subjectivities, thereby challenging established assumptions regarding the organization of work and careers. While the practices and subjectivities of the 1970s graduates are often informed by codes and demands ascribed to ‘entrepreneurialism’, those of the 2000s graduates are infused with several codes commonly portrayed as ‘bureaucratic’.     

协同进化:党组织与虚拟空间法治发展的必然趋势

党组织法治化为虚拟空间法治化提供导航明灯,顺应了虚拟空间治理诉求。虚拟空间法治化为党组织的法治转型和形象塑造提供了时代契机,顺合了党组织的现代化角色需要。这种进化逻辑为党组织消解网络"新疆域"的各种挑战、推进虚拟空间协同治理提供了空间和舞台。     

Cyborg Writing as a Political Act: Reading Donna Haraway in Organization Studies

Extending the works of scholars who have elucidated writing as the quintessential site for social transformation, the aim of this article is to locate the myriad possibilities for actualizing Donna Haraway's concept of cyborg writing in the field of organization studies. I contend that cyborg writing functions as a discursive mechanism by which to disrupt Enlightenment ideals of Cartesian duality, objectivity and rationality. These ideals inform the very structure of masculine privilege that emerge from having a society that is organized along androcentric values. Situating the scholarship of Jo Brewis, a contemporary scholar in the field, I illuminate how cyborg writing can be practised effectively, whereby greater richness is imparted into conceptualizations of, and theorizing on, organizational and management phenomena. I conclude with a discussion of the implications of cyborg writing, and with the identification of two trajectories that scholars can pursue in future studies. Progress along these two paths will move towards actualizing the feminist project for gender egalitarianism.     

现代企业组织内部关系研究综述

改革开放以来,经济体制形式的多样性使得现代企业组织既传承了计划经济体制下“单位制”的特点,也采用了所谓先进的“科层制”来进行管理。然而,随着构建和谐社会理念的提出,现代企业组织内部关系也出现了许多新矛盾和新问题。从经济学视角来看,这些矛盾和冲突的根源是资源占有的不平等;从管理学视角来看,组织内部的关系更应该提倡合作和双赢,即和谐。笔者在归纳组织理论和组织关系相关研究的基础上,探析组织依赖研究,进行简要述评,提出从社会学视角开展基于资源交换的组织依赖研究的意义。
