社会资本范式下农村城镇社会治安管理研究

城镇化对农村社会治安既有正面效应,也有负面影响。但城镇化带来的社会公共安全需求与基层派出所警力不足的矛盾更加突显。要构建良好的社会治安环境,创新农村城镇社会治安管理模式是关键。而管理创新离不开村民自我管理和主动参与意识的培养。通过社会资本范式分析村民自治意识,对创新农村城镇社会治安管理提供了一种有益的视角。     

农业互助合作运动中的农民心态——以太行边区壶关县为中心(1945-1949)

农业互助合作运动是中共统一战线策略在生产实践中的典型应用。通过动员与组织农民进行互助合作,在保障物质利益的同时,最大限度地争取了农村各阶层的团结,进而有效地巩固了农村抗日民族统一战线。农民在革命中心态的变化在一定程度上决定了互助合作运动的成效,以及统一战线的加强。以太行边区壶关县为个案,分析不同时期各阶层对互助合作的解读与诠释,揭示农民在革命与变革中的心态趋向及其表露出的历史真相。     

从革命到后革命:一个村庄政治运动的历史轨迹——兼论阶级话语对于历史的建构

政治运动是 2 0世纪 5 0～ 70年代我国用以塑造革命化社会权威与秩序的重要方式 ,作为影响此一时期社会发展的一个重要现象 ,其本身又存在着自身的发展走向和惯性 ,即从革命到后革命状态的历史变奏。运用口述史和田野调查的方法考察某一村庄政治运动的历史 ,场景化地展示这一走向和惯性在微观场域中的演绎 ,可以进一步揭示出国家权威性政治话语与具体历史事件之间的动态关系     

《大公报》与南京政府初期之裁兵运动

南京国民政府成立之后,随着北伐成功以及中国形式上统一,裁兵运动重新提上议事日程.<大公报>认为裁兵不仅反映了民众呼声,亦是救民众于灾难之中的一项重要行动,遂担当起舆论鼓吹的角色,为裁兵运动大声疾呼,力图促进各界人士共同推动裁兵事业取得应有之绩效或实质性进展.该报详细报道了裁兵运动发展的全程并连篇累牍地发表评论,比较全面地分析了此次裁兵的缘起及其失败的后果.     

对女性主义社会性别概念的哲学透视

"社会性别"概念是女权主义理论的核心概念。后现代理论并不能克服女权主义理论及社会性别理论的局限性。而且,由于后现代理论自身的缺陷,它决不会引导女性走向最终的解放。     

民国时期四川农村合作运动的发展轨迹探析

民国时期,四川农村合作运动的发展轨迹与中国其他地方大致同步,但也有其自身特点。"防区制"时代,由于缺乏中央政府力量的介入,四川合作事业发展明显滞后;川政统一后,通江、南江、巴中等"剿匪区"的农村善后催生了大量的合作预备社,四川农村合作运动得以初步发展;全面抗战爆发后,政治、经济和军事地位的提升极大地促进了四川农村合作社数量的急剧增长,农村合作运动进入全面发展时期;抗战胜利后,四川农村合作运动仍旧保持着一种惯性的发展态势直至国民党政权在大陆终结。     

Mobility of ‘the defeated’: internal migration and social advancement in a post-civil war society

The article examines the relationship between the movement across space and social mobility by analyzing the conditions for internal migration in Spain during the years of the Franco regime. Specifically it reflects on the ways in which migration from the countryside into self-constructed shantytowns in the greater Madrid area was perceived by migrants themselves, and on the strategies that enabled migration to be carried through. By focusing on the challenges that internal migration posed to the spatial practices and mobility regimes of the dictatorship, the article also explores the relationship between spatial movement, social mobility and political repression within the context of a nationalist dictatorship.     

“Difficult,Messy, Nasty,and Sensational”

Feminist publishing played an important role in the feminist art movement of the 1970s and into the 1980s, and Heresies: A Feminist Publication on Art and Politics was a key journal in this landscape. This paper argues that Heresies is important not only because it was a forum for some of the most influential feminist art women of the period, but because it experimented with an editorial structure that required participants to reckon with the discomforts of difference. Editors of the periodical took seriously the feminist critique of hierarchically structured organizational cultures and both promoted and practiced collective publishing. Moreover, through an emphasis on editorial statements, I consider how Heresies gives expression to the affective entanglements of the women involved in Heresies' specific form of collaboration and collective feminist politics. An examination of the editorials as sites of affective intensity helps to come to an understanding not of what women were thinking, writing, and making, but how they may have felt about their work and their relationships with women with whom they worked.
