产权结构与企业投资-现金流敏感性的实证分析

通过检验、比较我国不同产权结构的上市公司的投资一现金流敏感性得出结论：产权结构对我国企业的融资约束和投资行为产生了重要影响。国有股比重越高,则企业所受的融资约束越低,现金流对投资的影响也就越小。国有绝对控股的企业基本上没有受到任何融资约束,而国有股比重较低的企业则面临严重的融资约束。     

基于博弈论的工程造价咨询业激励-约束机制研究

文章从博弈论的角度,对工程造价咨询业的激励-约束机制进行分析,探讨从薪酬奖励的博弈中得出对工程造价咨询人员实行合理的物质激励与非物质激励,实行合伙制的组织形式等激励机制;从人职匹配的博弈中得出必须实行严格的准入制度,建立效绩评估制度,建立配套的责任赔偿制度以及建立工程造价人员继续教育制度的约束机制。

Gendered experiences of physical restraint on locked wards for women

Physical restraint is used in inpatient services for people with intellectual disabilities as a way of holding a person to avoid injury. This article uses data from an ethnographic study in a locked unit in the north of England to explore women’s experiences of physical restraint using a feminist disability studies analysis. Data consists of field notes as well as interviews with 16 of the women who had experienced restraint, and 10 staff who worked with them. The women gave insights into the gendered phenomenon of restraint in light of their past experiences of violence. The authors argue that restraint is used with women to encourage passivity at times when more relational and therapeutic methods could be used. The article offers recommendations for alternative strategies that services can encourage.

Examination of the relationships between dietary restraint,alcohol, and adverse problems among women

Objective: Women who report greater chronic dieting consume more alcohol, drink more frequently, and experience greater problems than women who report less chronic dieting. Alcohol may also temporarily disrupt a woman's dietary rules, leading to increased caloric intake and subsequent restriction. This study examined whether alcohol use mediated the relationship between dietary restraint and alcohol problems in a woman's daily life. Participants: Women (N = 59) completed the study by the fall of 2013. Methods: Participants completed up to six assessments for 10 days, including intended dietary restraint, alcohol use, and problems. Results: Drinking quantity partially mediated the relationship between dietary restraint and alcohol problems. For each drink consumed, there was a 1.4 times greater likelihood of eating after drinking, which was associated with greater intention to subsequently restrict calories. Conclusions: The types of drinks consumed and reasons for restricting one's caloric intake may inform the relationship between these behaviors.

Two recursive schemes are presented for the calculation of the probabilityP(g(x)≤S _n (x)≤h(x) for allx∈®), whereS _n is the empirical distribution function of a sample from a continuous distribution andh, g are continuous and isotone functions. The results are specialized for the calculation of the distribution and the corresponding percentage points of the test statistic of the two-sided Kolmogorov-Smirnov one sample test. The schemes allow the calculation of the power of the test too. Finally an extensive tabulation of percentage points for the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test is given.
