北京市商业服务网络发展中的问题与调整对策

城市商业与居民服务业是满足消费者需求、服务于人民生活的行业,其在空间所形成的网络是一个具有一定规律的等级系统。该系统的形成、发展与演变,既要满足各级、各类商业服务企业盈利的需要,同时也必须最大限度地方便居民出行购物与生活。目前北京市的商业和服务业网络还不能完全适应北京城市的发展与居民生活的需要,需要认真研究加以调整,使之更好地服务于市民。     

功能与角色：中加社会工作者比较——以社区发展为视角

从社区发展的视角比较分析了中国和加拿大的社会工作者在社区发展中的角色和功能发挥的异同。认为两者在促进社区参与、维护居民利益、实践政府的社会保障（福利）政策方面扮演着同样的角色。所不同的是，中国的社会工作者更多体现的是政府的意志，在适应居民需求方面相对较弱；加拿大的社会工作者独立性强、专业化程度高，更能及时回应社区居民的现实需求。     

完善失业保险立法之我见

失业保险是一项重要的社会保障法律制度,建立和完善符合我国国情的失业保险法律体系,已是经济社会发展的必然要求。本文以失业群体为研究对象,就我国《失业保险条例》中存在的问题,进行了探讨,并提出自己的看法。     

Transnational community enterprises for social welfare in global civil society

Considerable attention has been devoted thus far to transnational economic and political enterprises in globalisation. This article focuses on the phenomenon of social globalisation. Specifically, we call attention to the need for research and development on transnational enterprises to support and maintain individuals and families that are members of transnational communities in the USA and Mexico. The social fallout of transmigration on the health and social wellbeing of sending and receiving communities is enormous and costly, and far beyond the capacity of transmigrants to handle merely through self-help, mutual aid or small voluntary clubs and associations. This article raises questions about whether it is possible, or desirable, for civil society organisations to expand the scope of their vision to include social welfare activities that promote and enhance the health and social wellbeing of host and home communities simultaneously.     

教育的公正与公平——从高校的"扩招"反思公共政策的影响

追求教育公正与公平是人类社会古老的理念,在现代社会,教育的公正与公平显得更加必要.教育的公正与公平的实现,需要政府部门的大力支持,需要国家公共政策的强有力的保证.笔者从我国高校"扩招"政策的角度出发,分析了在这一政策过程中所呈现出的教育的不公平的现象,并对如何实现教育的公正与公平做出简要的探讨.     

构建学习型和谐社区的法制化思考

高校与地方共建学习型和谐社区是社区自身精神文明建设的需要,是新形势下高校德育工作的需要,是社区与驻区高校精神和谐共建与良性互动的需要。实现社区与驻区高校共建学习型和谐社区法制化,首先必须制定与完善相关法律,做到有法可依;其次开展法制宣传教育,提高社区居民法律意识;最后完善社区与驻区高校的法律服务工作。     

在线论坛中的意见领袖分析

将论坛中帖子间的回复关系映射为发帖者之间的关联关系,构造出一个社群网络,并采用了统计物理学中的方法对这个复杂网络进行了特征分析,验证了其具有小世界网络的特征,并对基于小世界网络在线论坛中意见领袖的发现进行了研究,找出了论坛中的意见领袖并验证了其正确性,为进一步研究复杂网络中的人物行为奠定了基础。     

亚伦斯基与美国的社区行动及其评价

亚伦斯基是美国2 0世纪著名的社区行动领导者,先后创立了后场邻里委员会、工业地区基金会等社区组织,提出了一套被称为“亚伦斯基主义”的激进社区行动理论;推动了美国社区发展,为美国后来的各种社会运动提供了理论武器。     

How Using a Marketing Approach Helps Social Work Students to Develop Community Projects Successfully

With only one academic year in which to develop a communityproject, social work students can hardly gain the experiencethey need in this field, while providing their clients witha suitable service. The present study investigates the relationshipbetween implementation of the marketing approach and the successfulexecution of a community project. Four aspects of this issueare probed: adherence to the programme implementation plan,the programme’s effectiveness, its contribution to theorganization it is intended to serve, and client empowerment.Participants were 146 social work students at a university inIsrael; the findings show a statistically significant connectionbetween the market variables and each of the project’ssuccess variables. On the multivariable level, all the successvariables proved to be clearly influenced by different marketvariables. The application of a marketing approach by socialwork students undergoing their training in community practiceis discussed.     

科研领域关联网络的社团结构分析

利用复杂网络对我国自然科学基础研究领域关联网络的社团结构进行研究.科研项目管理部门为申请者提供了代表各个研究领域的申报代码体系,每个立项建议书中填报了一个或两个研究领域代码.通过这些立项建议书构建了研究领域关联加权网络(WNRA),提出了一种应用于加权网络的社团结构发现算法,并使用公共实验数据验证了算法的有效性.应用本文提出的算法.对多个年度的领域关联网络的社团结构进行了分析,参照管理部门给出的申报代码体系,发现各年度的社团结构的变化状况.有助于了解我国各个学科领域的发展状况,并对管理部门调整申报代码提供支持.
