金代南渡诗人对陶渊明接受摭析

金室南渡以后,与当时特殊的社会历史背景相适应,南渡诗人在诗学视阈之下对陶渊明的高洁人格给予评价;对陶诗的现实精神进行审视;此外,南渡诗人对陶诗的美学品质亦大为推崇和效仿。这种异代共鸣在很大程度上既体现出接受史上的普遍性,又表现出了特定文化建构和时代背景下接受心理的特殊性。     

福建农村公共服务供需矛盾分析与对策

改革开放以来,福建省财政用于推进农村和农业发展的支出稳步增加,农村公共服务取得了显著成绩.但是,目前农村公共服务体系仍然存在供给总量不足、结构矛盾突出等问题,制约了福建农村经济的进一步发展和繁荣.因此,要进一步创新农村公共服务供给决策机制,实现农村公共服务供给主体的多元化,构建财权与事责相匹配的农村公共财政,并加强对农村公共服务供给的监督和约束.     

Attitudes toward gambling among adolescents

It is well documented that attitudes toward gambling are a good predictor of problem gambling during adolescence. However, so far, little is known about what factors are associated with adolescents' gambling attitudes. This study used cross-sectional data (N = 2055, response rate 70.4%) from a representative sample of 17-year-olds in Norway to investigate the relationship between demographic, personality, motivational and social variables and gambling attitudes. Overall, adolescents' attitudes toward gambling were slightly negative. A multivariate analysis revealed that more favourable attitudes toward gambling were most strongly associated with family/peer approval of gambling. In addition, significant associations were found for gender (males more favourable); Sensation Seeking (positive association); Agreeableness (negative association); and family/peer gambling history (positive association for lifetime gambling, negative association for problematic gambling). Although a variety of individual-level and social factors are associated with more favourable attitudes toward gambling, it appears that family and peer approval of gambling are most important.     

Personal(ized) Health Monitoring,Personalization, and Personality

Use of technology in individual health monitoring is predicted to be widespread in near future healthcare systems and in smart home environments. The term Personalized Health Monitoring (PHM) is proposed for these applications. A framework describing aspects of personalization and personality that are relevant to personalized health monitoring is presented. The framework addresses personal data, adaptability, feedback, and personality. Influence of personality on approach, interaction, and adherence to PHM technology are discussed. Personality is both a variable influencing monitored data, as well as a variable that can be monitored itself. An agenda for future research in the field of Personal and Personalized Health Monitoring is presented.     

对老子“圣人”等人格概念的联想与解读

“圣人”是《老子》中的理想人格,远离具体事务, “君子”、“侯王”等是具体的现实人格,忙碌于尘世之中.理想人格的力量渗入现实人格,现实人格有通达“道”的可能.从历史渊源与对具体事务的关系等方面对二者的定位予以考察.并对王弼、河上公本中“君子”、“圣人”概念的置换提出自己的看法.对这些人格概念的灵活使用有利于减少现代社会理想与现实的隔阂.     

Object relations theory: Cultural and social implications for psychotherapy with individuals who are deaf

The case of Rita highlights the importance of integrating a multicultural perspective with psychodynamic theory for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. Social constructivist theory suggests that the meaning and stigma of deafness influences the parent‐child relationship as well as the numerous socialization experiences that an individual encounters. As this paper shows, the Deaf community, with its unique linguistic, cultural, and social processes, played an integral role in developing whole object relations for Rita. This case exemplifies the importance of integrating psychological, sociocultural, and linguistic components, which are essential to the development of those who are deaf.     

体育活动与大学生心理健康和人格特质的相关研究

面对日益激烈的社会竞争和就业压力,大学生心理受到巨大的冲击,大学生心理健康已经成为高校乃至全社会普遍关注的问题。为了解大学生参加体育活动与大学生心理健康、人格发展的关系,采用SCL-90自评量表和艾森克人格量表对387名大学生进行测试。结果表明,大学生喜欢并参与体育活动的心理健康水平明显提高（F=3.23）;大学生是否参与体育活动在人格特质的内外向、神经质也存在显著差异（F=9.49;F=4.73）;大学生参与体育活动与心理健康、人格特质有显著相关。     

人格特性与环境认知对高校学生创业态度的影响

以广州及珠三角地区十余所高校学生群体为样本,探讨高校学生人格特性和其对外界环境的认知如何影响创业态度。实证研究发现：人格特性对创业环境的认知产生正向影响;创业环境和创业态度有显著的相关性;人格特性对创业态度需通过创业环境传导,二者没有直接影响联系。所得结论能很好解释现阶段高校学生创业持续性和成功率极低的现象,并在此基础上提出激发高校学生创业态度的对策。     

基于家庭视角的儿童双性化人格教育研究

随着社会的发展,双性化人格教育已经被认定为较为理想的性别教育模式。双性化人格是一种集男性和女性优点于一身的性别模式,更符合现代社会对人才素质的要求。家庭作为儿童早期成长的重要环境,家长及家庭环境对儿童双性化人格的形成起着至关重要的作用,在家庭中实施双性化人格教育势在必行。要求家长摆脱性别角色刻板印象的束缚,因性施教,鼓励儿童向异性学习,增加父亲参与教育的时间,为儿童营造一个幸福平等的家庭氛围。     

关联公司扩张适用公司人格否认之检讨——兼评最高法院指导案例15号

最高人民法院发布的指导案例15号就人格混同的关联公司如何承担责任作出裁判指导,即由人格混同的关联公司对外承担连带责任。该裁判要旨折射的法理契合我国公司法学界通说。然该通说忽视关联公司背后滥用股东权利的控制股东,实践中易造成关联公司的控制股东利用关联公司谋取不当利益、逃避责任。故关联公司扩张适用公司人格否认时,除了揭开人格混同的关联公司的面纱外,还应进一步揭开关联公司背后滥用权利的控制股东的面纱。
