刍议研究生学术人格的偏位与养成——从研究生的新生知识分子身份说开去

高等教育是从事知识生产与再生产的机构。研究生处于国家人才培养体系的较高层次，历史赋予他们进行创造性研究活动的使命。然而，作为知识分子，研究生对前人和他人学术成果过度依赖，在选题、行文上过度借鉴，甚至过多引用，这些现象虽然性质不好，可以归结为研究生学术人格养成的偏位，而不能断然以“学术腐败”定论，如及时加以矫正，研究生良好学术人格的养成依然是可能的。     

生态、城市与救赎

关是在人的实践活动中形成的。美的形成通过实践却对实践的功利性有一定程度的超越。生态美学强调的是人与自然的共生关系。实践美学是在哲学美学中引入实践层面的思考，其投射到城市建设上就是：一座城市要有个性才是美。城市美的根源是多样的，但最终还是由城市中人的主体创造精神来决定。当代美学的救赎使命之一，就是通过“拆墙”来打破美学的“围城”，其在实践中体现为生态关学，这是哲学、伦理学和美学都背离了生态的原则之后尝试实现的一种美学回归。     

基于个性发展的高职校园电视台人才培养探索

以国家示范性高职院校广州番禺职业技术学院校园电视台为案例,探索基于个性发展的高技能人才培养理念。启迪学生的非智力因素,促进其人格完善。开创职业道德与综合素质的教育平台。构建文化育人与个性发展的多维平台,自我教育的兴趣生长天地,多专业优势的有效互渗,三大课堂的有机整合。     

The Security of Gambling and Gambling with Security: A Rejoinder

Social media has become an established tool to engage and maintain customer loyalty. However, its successful use involves a balance between promotion, public relations and corporate social responsibility. Nineteen individuals working in the Australian gambling industry were interviewed. The aim was to explore how gambling operators are using social media to engage with users and promote products, their considerations underpinning these actions, and the extent to which responsible gambling practices are included. All operators were active on social media and used these platforms to attempt to increase customer engagement and strengthen existing relationships. Gambling-related content was usually balanced against non-gambling content, or operators focused exclusively on non-gambling content. Sales goals or raising revenue were not direct aims of social media use. Operators sought to use social media as an indirect way to maintain their customer base and attract new customers via favourable ratings and information transfer. Few operators provided specific responsible gambling messages, despite being mindful of the dangers of targeting vulnerable populations, specifically young people and problem gamblers. This study is unique as it provides an in-depth first-hand account of how gambling operators are using social media.     

Online strategic communication: A cross-cultural analysis of U.S. and Chinese corporate websites

This study applied a cultural divergence approach to examine online marketing interactivity and corporate public image on corporate websites. It analyzed different online strategic communication of corporate websites from two different nations—the United States and China. Results indicated that U.S. corporations were more likely to highlight online marketing interactivity and social responsibility, which integrated marketing and public relations as their online communication strategy. Chinese corporations provided more online spaces for the consumer–consumer interactions and emphasized corporation-oriented information.

Sex and Gender Implications in Cases of Elder Abuse

This paper focuses on caregiving which has failed. Although little attention has been given to the role of sex and gender in elder abuse, an analysis of 77 cases of elder abuse seen in the Detroit area in 1981 revealed that both factors play a role in generating elder abuse, neglect, or exploitation, or in determining its form. Gender issues included: patterns of spouse abuse in old a e; gender differences in the types of abuse/neglect/exploitation wfich were perpetrated; gender concerns of the abuser which generate abuse; and sex or gender discrimination as a type of abuse of the elderly. Sexual factors observed included: parent-child incest; marital rape in old age; and problems of sexual malfunction which helped to generate the abuse. Suggestions for improved professional identification and management of elder abuse cases are made.     

美国社会教育对我国大学生人格教育的启示

美国社会教育机构注重学习世界先进国家发展社会教育的成功经验,调动当地社区居民参与社会教育的积极性,充分利用各级学校教育机构的设施和师资兴办社会教育,根据当地社区居民的需求变化及时调整社会教育的内容,把文化知识教育与职业技术教育结合,注重对当地居民进行美国化的教育和采用灵活多样的教学方式和先进的教育教学手段进行教学,注意使社会教育为提高当地社区居民的生活质量服务,也对青少年健康人格起了巨大推进作用。可以借鉴美国社会教育的历史经验,加强对大学生人格培养具有重要意义的社会教育的发展。     

基于信任特征的荔农营销渠道构建研究

渠道制胜是现代市场营销的新观念.通过对广东省高州市根子镇柏桥村荔农的入户抽样调查,发现导致其荔枝增产不增收的关键因素在于渠道单一、组织松散、冲突频繁且缺乏促使相互信任产生的交流沟通平台等方面.为此,从加强荔农教育着手,通过创新种植模式、加大关系专用性资产投资、搭建信息交流平台等措施,尝试构建了基于信任特征的荔农营销渠道.
