案例教学法在专业课教学中的应用与实践

案例教学法在应用型人才培养中发挥着重要作用,应用日益广泛,但实践应用方面尚有诸多需要研究和解决的问题。文章围绕案例教学中案例教学准备、小组讨论、课堂讨论、案例教学评价、案例教学条件保障5个环节对案例教学实践应用进行初步研究和探讨。     

胡锦涛“七一”重要讲话哲学思想探析

如何面对国际金融危机和不断变化着的国内实践,是中国共产党必须要解决的重大理论和实践课题。胡锦涛同志"七一"重要讲话运用发展了的马克思主义对变化了的国内外形势做了最新的哲学概括,从历史唯物主义的基本原理出发提出了继续坚持以经济建设为中心,坚持经济、政治、社会、文化四位一体的和谐发展,用发展的马克思主义指导新的实践等重要思想,给我们当前及今后较长一段时间的发展指明了方向,是我们应该长期坚持的重要指导思想。     

The Subpoena of Ethnographic Data

This essay outlines the author's experience of having his ethnographic data subpoenaed. It outlines the challenges of subpoena's to research, and suggests four solutions: (1) Apply for and utilize the National Institutes of Health certificate of confidentiality by asking health‐related questions over the course of one's research; (2) Establish a task force that articulates clear ethical guidelines for ethnographic research, with attention to the conditions wherein ethnographers can break confidentiality (and might also comply with subpoenas). These ethical guidelines should then be made clear to research subjects as a part of informed consent processes; (3) Demand that institutions (institutional review boards) that require confidentiality as a condition of research be required to defend that confidentiality through the office of the general counsel; (4) Socialize the cost of subpoenas, wherein scholars can be part of an insurance pool that will defend them in the event of a subpoena and thereby defend the general enterprise of ethnographic research.     

Contingent Eclecticism

For more than a century, methodological diversity within the social sciences has been the source of recurrent paradigm wars, and no obvious winner seems to be in sight. The aim of this article is to explore the contingencies underlying this diversity. It is argued that the shared condition of complexity forces us to adopt a pragmatic perspective from which even relevant ontological and epistemological assumptions should be thought of as contextual rather than absolute. In particular, the extent to which social causality is perceived as stable and universal vs. dynamic and contextual and the extent to which research‐related reflexivity is an issue appear to set apart the different approaches. Towards the end of the article examples of methodological fit and misfit are provided to illustrate the relevancy of the “contingent eclecticism” observed in practice.

The embodied becoming of autism and childhood: a storytelling methodology

In this article I explore a methodology of storytelling as a means of bringing together research around autism and childhood in a new way, as a site of the embodied becoming of autism and childhood. Through reflection on an ethnographic story of embodiment, the body is explored as a site of knowledge production that contests its dominantly storied subjectivation as a ‘disordered’ child. Storytelling is used to experiment with a line of flight from the autistic-child-research assemblage into new spaces of potential and possibility where the becomings of bodies within the collision of autism and childhood can be celebrated.

研究边界的日益模糊、研究对象选择的随意性和研究方法的非历史性,是制约我国国外马克思主义研究进一步走向深入的三大核心问题。应当对国外马克思主义研究的边界和理论性质作大致明确的规定,并且立足于推进中国马克思主义理论建设和现代化实践这一目的出发,破除形而上学的两极思维方式,展开对国外马克思主义理论的研究,实现国外马克思主义研究在当代中国的价值。

矛盾是一个普遍存在的哲学命题,也是很多经典文学作品中的一个重要母题。在世界文学大师米兰·昆德拉的代表作《不能承受的生命之轻》中,存在着多组对立统一的矛盾,其中包括轻与重、肉与灵、偶然与必然、梦境与现实以及谎言与真实。这些多元共生的矛盾体相互作用,它们的对立、转化和消解推动了情节的发展,也加深了作品的哲学内涵。通过分析这些矛盾体,可以从中管窥出昆德拉的许多哲学理念,这对于研究他的创作与思想有着重要意义。

中国传统思维方式中的思想精华和合理内核,是中国特色社会主义理论体系方法论的一个重要来源,并在中国特色社会主义理论体系中得到传承和发展,主要表现在从“经世致用”到理论与实际相结合、从“一多统一”到主导性与多样性相结合、从“循序渐进”到顶层设计与摸着石头过河相结合、从“重视整体”到整体思维与协调发展相结合、从“贵和尚中”到和谐相处与求同存异相结合、从“知行合一”到认识与实践相统一等方面。研究中国特色社会主义理论体系方法论中的传统智慧,有利于进一步增强民族文化自信,坚持和发展中国特色社会主义,促进马克思主义中国化。
