素质教育应贯穿于整个教育过程之中。在考查课中贯彻素质教育的思想，由于没有考试的压力，更容易调动学员学习的积极性，只要方法得当，会取得很好的效果。     

A Commentary on David Drucker's “Ask a Silly Question,Get a Silly Answer

ABSTRACT

This commentary views Drucker's paper as an example of practitioner research aimed both at developing a stronger evidence base for the profession, and promoting a form of thinking useful to Western social work practice. Links are also drawn between the ideas expressed in “Ask a Silly Question” and participatory social work in several non-Western parts of the world.     

Community-based approaches to social exclusion among rural-to-urban migrants in China

Rural-to-urban migrants in China face numerous forms of social exclusion. This article argues that community-based approaches offer innovative ways with which to tackle the problems of social exclusion for rural-to-urban migrants, yet these approaches have been neglected. This article first provides an overview of the concept of social exclusion, as developed by Western European scholarship and policy discourse. Next, it examines the ways in which these concepts are relevant to the context of rural-to-urban migrants within China. Finally, this article conceptualizes the social exclusion paradigm from a community practice perspective and offers the implications of this paradigm for community-level interventions.

高职院校考试管理体制及其运行机制的构建与实践

本文分析了目前高职院校考试管理中存在的主要问题；结合我校考试管理的实际情况，构建了包含管理机构、命题制度、考核模式、考风考纪、试卷分析、管理手段等环节的考试管理体制及其运行机制；指出了考试管理体制及其运行机制在树立工作理念、规范管理程序、促进校风建设等实践中起到的重要作用。     

林业院校非英语专业双语教学的探索与思考——以中南林业科技大学林学专业双语教学为例

通过近4年林学专业双语教学的实践，对林业院校非英语专业双语教学的教学目标的确定、教学方法及考核方式的变革进行探索和思考，旨在为相关专业的双语教学体系提供理论依据，为培养符合当今时代需求的复合应用型人才提供实践参考。
