Uncertainty Analysis for Functional Computer Output: A Simulation Study in Inverse Problems

Computer models with functional output are omnipresent throughout science and engineering. Most often the computer model is treated as a black-box and information about the underlying mathematical model is not exploited in statistical analyses. Consequently, general-purpose bases such as wavelets are typically used to describe the main characteristics of the functional output. In this article we advocate for using information about the underlying mathematical model in order to choose a better basis for the functional output. To validate this choice, a simulation study is presented in the context of uncertainty analysis for a computer model from inverse Sturm-Liouville problems.     

An Automatic Test for the Umbrella Alternatives

The paper proposes a new test for detecting the umbrella pattern under a general non‐parametric scheme. The alternative asserts that the umbrella ordering holds while the hypothesis is its complement. The main focus is put on controlling the power function of the test outside the alternative. As a result, the asymptotic error of the first kind of the constructed solution is smaller than or equal to the fixed significance level α on the whole set where the umbrella ordering does not hold. Also, under finite sample sizes, this error is controlled to a satisfactory extent. A simulation study shows, among other things, that the new test improves upon the solution widely recommended in the literature of the subject. 教育贷款审计的方法研究

网络社会问题是当今社会日益严重的全球性问题.网络社会问题的类型有:网络犯罪和网络黑客、网络色情、信息化污染、网络沉溺、信息垄断与两极分化等等.网络社会问题具有以下特征:全球性、高技术性、主观认定上的文化差异性、后果控制的艰难性.根据这些特征,网络社会问题的控制要诉诸技术、法律、道德和人文观念的力量.     

小微企业网贷风险定价模型研究

对小微企业网贷平台的运营模式进行深入分析,发现其运行机制包括需求的同质化解构、需求的模块化生产、需求的风险评估、个性化需求加总,在此基础上构建小微企业网贷风险定价模型。为验证模型的有效性,抽取国内典型互联网金融平台“人人贷”上近期发生的小微企业标的并进行风险定价,将定价结果与实际利率进行比较,发现该模型适用于“卖方市场”的小微企业网贷,能够提供差异化的贷款利率,从而向小微企业提供个性化的网贷产品。     

Crisis perceptions,relationship, and communicative behaviors of employees: Internal public segmentation approach

This study examines when and why employees engage in external communicative behaviors during the periods of a corporate crisis. Combining a cross-situational factor (i.e., pre-crisis relationship quality) and a situational factor (i.e., crisis-specific perceptions), this study segments internal publics to understand employees’ motivations of becoming advocates for or adversaries of their organization. The results of an online survey demonstrated that employees’ pre-crisis relationship to their organization plays a critical role in encouraging them to advocate for their company; meanwhile, their crisis-perception—whether they feel fewer constraints in solving a crisis—is more likely to make them share negative information externally. Segmented groups of employees with high levels of both relationship and activeness are most likely to engage in both positive and negative external communication behaviors. Theoretical and practical implications for public relations and internal crisis communication are suggested.
